This is one of the nicest KOA campgrounds that I have stayed at. This was my third time and probably my last. It is sad to see that this KOA has a syringe disposal box in the bathroom with children access. As a diabetic, I know how to handle and dispose of my equipment and can only assume this is for drug abuse and I don’t wish to have my children and grandchildren access to this.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Hi there, all bathrooms in KOA RV park's are required to have one sharps container in them. They are mounted on the wall for safety purposes. The new bathrooms which are all separate rooms has one in them. I hope this clarifies any issues concerned. We hope to see you soon.

Plenty of big & roomy spots, clean facilities and nice staff. For a quick stopover on your way anywhere or a longer stay, this is the place to go.

We were in town for the Columbia Cup Hydroplane races so the location worked out for us. The staff were very friendly and the accommodations were satisfactory. Two of four showers didn't have hot water and we were awoken by gunshots in the early hours, which seemed way too close. The grounds were really clean and well taken care of. Many Thanks!

It has nice grass around the sites. The laundry room was clean. Park is well maintained and they pickup your trash every day at your site.

Due to a sudden RV mechanical problem, our trip required a change in destination to address the issue. We were very pleased when calling this KOA late in the day for a possible 2 night stay. The park is enormous with many seasonal campers yet is an immaculate property. Landscaping was thoughtful and we appreciated the beautiful grass at each site. We were grateful for this dependable stay.

Great place, very quiet and clean. The bathrooms and showers are very large and nice. Although, some are lacking a shower curtain and the shower heads don’t put out much water.

Beautiful campground, large sites with grass and new well maintained bathroom/shower facilities. Our only wish was for the pool & spa to stay open later than 9pm as we didn’t get an opportunity to use it.

Very nice Koa, well ran, front desk was very helpful with our questions. The section we stayed in was we'll planned out with trees and picnic tables, it will be great when the trees are grown. The small bathhouses in each section were amazing and nicely done. It was great not to have to go up to the main building.

All of the Staff is super friendly and very accommodating. It was our first time staying overnight at a KOA campground and it was amazing and super clean. Just wish there where a few more trees and the electric box to be near the tent spot and not so far away.

It was a one night stay, they had staff stay after hours to help us find our site. Place is super clean and can't wait till the trees in the new area frow bigger. Acces to two rv dealers/repair shops was very convenient.

Great facilities. Some sites with bbq's and fire pits. Centrally located and close to anything that you would want to do in the Tri Cities with easy freeway access. We've stayed there numerous times over the years and will continue to do so.

just a travel day stay but was very impressed with this location. Paved Road and curbs had an upscale feel.

Sprinklers came on overnight and got water in my outdoor kitchen compartment (4 feet off the ground). Internet connection was spotty.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Hi Dan, our maintenance crew have been working on the irrigation changing out sprinkler heads to avoid water hitting the RV's. Unfortunately there was an Internet outage with several carriers for a few days that is beyond our control. We hope the rest of your stay was comfortable.

This is a quiet beautiful campground. The only issue is your sprinkler system. You need to put in different heads so they don't spray the entire trailer and vehicle. I understand you think green grass is important but we would prefer to not have our trailer and pickup water spotted. One of the sprinkler heads is so large it reached the roof of our trailer.

"Rooms" are individual RV sites. This RV park is one of the very best RV parks we've patronized. The sites were spacious and the restrooms all had showers and were luxuriously large and clean as were their laundry facilities. We didn't require much interaction with the staff, but they were friendly and professional.

Pretty easy on/off freeway. Long enough pull thru to not unhook. Nice grass in sites. KOA is always too expensive for an overnight. Wish the pricing was based on whether you're using amenities.
