From I-182: Take EXIT 7 at ROAD 100 & BROADMOOR BLVD, go south 1/4 mile, then turn east on SAINT THOMAS DR for 1 mile. Where SAINT THOMAS DR ends our park begins.

Having a park that is 20 years old we noticed that it seemed like we were getting smaller, but in all reality, our customers' campers and motor homes were getting bigger and since we couldn't stretch our sites to make them bigger we decided to do something about it. Starting in 2020, we began the permitting process for our much-needed expansion. Our plan was to add 50+ sites in an area we were using for dry storage. After the daunting task of getting approval from the city, we broke ground on November 30th, 2020. Dealing with a global pandemic while running a park and building a park was not the easiest of tasks. We finished most of our pull-throughs by memorial weekend and completed the rest of the project by September 2021. Our new section now has 56 sites, including back-ins, back-in patios, pull-throughs up to 85' in length, and pull-through patios. I can't express enough the gratitude and pride I have in the employees that stepped forward to help get this project complete.
