First, I’m aware this is a relatively new KOA so I’m sure improvements will be made. My site was very good. It was level, it had a BBQ, table, and nice propane fire table. Now for the not so good. The bathrooms are very outdated. Only one toilet was working when I was there, the showers (although clean and large) are in need of upgrading. Tiles were missing etc. Serious upgrade needed.

Everything was good. Site we had was a patio site but they were doin work right next to it so there was dirt pile right next to the patio area. Overall it was good.

Space was a bit tight-but we did have lots of kids next door. Staff was incredibly nice and friendly and very helpful. This is a rather new KOA. We went to Havasu twice and Oatman too. Woke up each morning with water reflecting on our ceiling and ducks floating by our front window!

Park well maintained, clean, staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay very much and plan to return next year. Lots of long term (4-5 month) repeat guests who are very friendly and fun to get to know. Plenty of activities including a game new to us called Bones on the Beach (Bunnock) introduced by some of the Canadian guests. The only things we wish were available are biking paths and a Pickleball Court. Something management might look into??

Pulling in, the entrance and office had no signs to where you go. Confusing for sure. Your office staff was very nice and helpful.

Super nice office staff! We arrived after hours and they had my documents and check in papers ready at the office outside. Plenty of space to back in and everyone was real nice and inviting!

Had a great time family and pet friendly. Looked like park was still a little in development. Restrooms showers clean, suites a little narrow but all sites had great views of the river.

Very nice facility that is clean and friendly. Right on the river wit boat ramp and mooring area. Would definitely stay again.

The employees are super helpful & nice. Awesome customer service. The park is small and has everything anyone would want. Being along the water was the best. Fellow campers know how to enjoy life!

Check in was easy and the staff was friendly. The spot backed up to the river. The view was amazing. It was a little tight getting out due to rigs parked in front of their RV's but doable. I would definitely stay here again.

This is an OK RV place to stay, but I believe it has quite a way to go before it should have the KOA name, as it does not have a KOA look or feel. It is strange to have owned residences on site and the traditional KOA amenities are either lacking or not available. Did not feel like a park for families, but more for adults. Staff was nice.

Friendly and helpful staff, however, the grounds need to be kept up better, bathrooms were not in use, power and water were out almost every week including sewer. Some sites could not get cable. No amenities to speak of , especially for a KOA , internet was great paid a big increase for “beach front”, which was unusable because of nothing but rocks, no sand. Tables were in really bad shap

Great location - right on the river! Two things that would have made it perfect. Better signs signifying what route to take to find the office and navigate when inside the park. It is very maze like inside the park with the mix of park models and rv sites. Second, sewer hook up at site was being used by long-term stay at the neighboring site. Should have been noticed by the staff.

We were there for only one night and had a patio site that was beautiful! First time there and our children had a great time as well, can’t wait to come back!

tight sites - restrooms are clean, large and dated - good wifi, did not check cable - all sites FHU only river side sites have view all other sites boxed in by RVs/park models - large park, 3 long rows of sites - small boat launch area - small beach area - office store located on river with small river wading pool - store is more souvenir than supplies - no wkly rates - not for us

Next time we will bring a boat! Who knew snow birds could be so much fun!! They had all been going there for years and to to included in their fajita night was great. The store was well stocked…thank you for a nice trip.

We had a great site location at the river's edge! We realize you're new to the KOA family, and your signage had not been installed yet. Directional signs would be helpful inside the campgrounds. We had to circle around a couple of times. Best wishes in the future! See you again someday!

it was AMAZING! LOVE THIS PLACE!! there is not a bad spot on the grounds. although i believe we had the best spot ever!! we loved that we were able to fish from right outside our door. the staff was very friendly and helpful. we will definitely be back asap!
