Very arbitrary enforcement of the rules. Forced to move our vehicles due to emergency vehicles access but other vehicles were allowed to park blocking vehicle lanes and turnarounds. Minors driving golf carts, and acting inappropriately (making out) in the game room. The staff was a bit abrupt and even forced us to move from the first come/first serve area of the beach. The manager was great!

The cabin at the KOA was very comfortable and well-equipped, with everything we needed for cooking and cleaning. A few of the floorboards could use some repair, and adding curtains to the windows would improve privacy and make it easier to rest. Overall, we had a great stay—the river was a highlight, and the kids especially enjoyed the recreation room.

Great place to stay when your friends have trailer but you don’t! The lodging was really nice and the game room was the best we’ve ever seen!!

A quick two-night stay, our bungalow had a lovely view of the River. Everything was clean and worked as expected. The staff was friendly and helpful. We look forward to visiting again.

Ran out of warm water(never got hot) very quickly in the shower, lots of bugs/spider webs everywhere, the bungalow needs a lot of detailed help. The toilet wasn’t secured, the tiles were popping off the floor and cracked. Not a “luxury bungalow” by any means… although the park, convenience and location was great.

We were disappointed - we were picturing a normal cabin with a deck overlooking the river. Instead it was a single wide, cramped trailer with no bedding for the sofa sleeper and it was 50' back from the river. It was really crowded since it was in a regular trailer park too. The manager was very nice - we got lost and got in late but she said she'd leave the key for us & gave directions.

We enjoy our stay every time, but this time the bed and boxspring was terrible. Every time you move the box spring squeaks very loud and you get woken up. It would take little to upgrade this to make it more comfortable for the guest. We usually visit twice a year for a week. Hopefully this can be fixed before our next visit.

We have been staying at Riverland Resort for many years and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We have our family/Labor Day reunion there. The entire family loves it.

Stayv was great and everything was working and set up by the time we arrived. Everything was super convenient from boat launching to store walking distance. Only thing missing was a pool,but that why we have the river.A little pricey but we also had zero issues.

The only complaint would be that the park rules are not enforced. There was lots of personal items left in beach overnight. There were unoccupied RVs on the premises. There were people that came to beach and insisted we move our boat because they had permanent buoys in the water and we were in the way. The staff in the office were great, the casita was clean and perfect for our stay.

We made reservations to join our friends that had trailer spots. Our cabin was awesome, we love that it was fully equipped with everything we needed all we had to bring was food and personal items. I was surprised that not much to do for younger children. Dinner was great for Valentine's Day Thank you.

I grew up on the Parker Strip and returning after a 40 hiatus had a wonderful time seeing all the changes that have taken place on the river. My wife and I had a wonderful time staying at the Parker Strip KOA.

All good, boat parking confusing because everyone leaves their buoy in the water, very confusing, KOA should have their own set buoy's, or have people that are not their pull them out but they leave them in and tie up space for other boats staying there.

Bungalow was fine but the bed/ mattress is terrible. It makes so much noise when turning over in bed that it wakes up other person. Also lighting In the bathroom is terrible.

I have been coming to that campground for years, when you covered over the boat slips, what is the plan? I’m here is no shade covering or furniture near the slide area? Where are your bungalow guests or campers with kids supposed to stand or sit?
