Great service at checkout and great sites

Over night stay, clean, but the park needs signs, when you enter there's no office near the entrance, we parked and walked around searching for it. Found it and registered. Borrowed a cable TV box to watch TV, box error code indicated the box was unpaid, we couldn't watch TV. TV cable is buried by dirty sewer Tried internet, & it didn't work, leaving was difficult, park needs exit signs......

We asked to move from the closer patio site as it was just too close to the general store and lagoon than we anticipated. We were offered a patio site at the end of the grounds just near the swim area and loved it. Hope to be able to have this site during our next stay and next time bringing the family that could camp right next to us and still be able to have space. Thank you we enjoyed our stay.

We have been coming here for over 5 years. Absolutely love this place. To be steps from the river is awesome. Terri and Josh in the office are amazing. This is our home away from home.

Site was very narrow & difficult to get in, actually had to move picnic tables off their pads to fit. In the morning water was shut off without notification. Called office, response was “didn’t you come by office to see note on door”? When we complained their response was “we only joined KOA for their internet exposure!”.

We stayed 3 nights and had a great time. Very relaxing and our site was right across from the beach area. Karen was a pleasure to meet and I loved the store. We will be back!

The worst KOA I've stayed at while camping across the country. Sites are way too small. Campers right on top of each other. If you like people in your site, barking dogs, screaming kids, speedboats up and down the river this is the place for you. I will never be back to this KOA.

We stopped by for an overnight on our way back to San Diego from Flagstaff. We got lost on our way, called KOA Parker and they redirected us the proper route. Upon arriving we were not sure where to park. The staff upgraded our site to a beautiful river-side location. The only reason for 4 stars was that the dump station was difficult to find and the park office parking was difficult to navigate.

We had a great time. We had a good spot, staff were friendly & helpful. The only reason I can’t give higher ratings is that we had our yellow lab with us & booked because the resort was pet friendly. While we pick up after her I guess other people don’t do the same. We couldn’t use a couple beaches because pets were not allowed in those areas. Other than that the resort was well kept & very

We had a great stay, the staff is excellent. We love this place. The only thing that doesn't make sense to us, is paying an extra 20$ to make sure our reserved spot doesn't get moved.to a different spot.

It’s hard to get a warm and fuzzy when someone begins a relationship by handing you four pages of rules to follow. Campground is in a good location, however.

We were charged $20 for chosing our site and there were many available sites regardless of where you wanted to stay. I think the park is a bit overpriced and that may be the reason it had so many sites available. All utilities worked well, we did not use the laundry or showers or the wifi. It was quiet and we enjoyed the beach area. Sites are close together but we did not have neighbors on eithe

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The grounds and restrooms are well groomed and clean. You can be as busy as you want with all the fun activities. Love the special dinners in the clubhouse.

We love camping here! simply beautiful. Friendly staff, clean grounds, peaceful and very welcoming. If I could have one criticism it would be that in today's day and age with technology WIFI should be more than enough for streaming, in our spot K01 which is as far as possible to the outside edge of the campgrounds WIFI is basically non existent. Hopefully in October it will be better!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The spaces are very small. The restrooms very old. There was not very much room between the motorhomes.

We stumbled upon this KOA while looking through the KOA book. The description sounded just like what we were looking for so without knowing anything about the surrounding area we booked a 16 day stay and boy are we glad we did! Absolutely amazing! Fantastic camp sites and amazing staff! We will definitely be back!

Everyone is SO close together. The “beach” spot you pay extra for, is not really that at all. Front desk, no information when you check in. Bathroom is dated. Clean. Staff were friendly.
