We came to the KOA camp for a family reunion and were so happy with the cabins and the entire place. The cabins were very clean and the staff was so helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back soon!

We really enjoyed our stay. Only negative:1. we were surprised to see the size of the cabin; it was a lot smaller than we expected. The "loft bed" was literally a flat "mattress/cushion" laying on the floor. You had to crawl to get in or you would bust your head on the ceiling. 2. There were stain spots on a couple of the sheets/blankets and towels/washrags, we went and got our own instead.

We enjoyed our stay here- the cabin was nice and the hot tub was a great addition that our kids LOVED. However, with all of that aside we specifically choose this location due to the fact we would have river access AND a lake. While we had a great view of the lake, it was over ran with a fungus that left us not able to swim, fish or use our kayak. Due to this fact, we will not be returning.

The staff were great! So friendly. The lake was fun fishing off the dock. The only bad thing we picked the hottest weekend to stay in the glamping tent and it was extremely hot with the air conditioner. We ended up driving around to cool down. But we will go back just not in tent in summer.

My best friend and I stayed in a cabin with a beautiful view in front. We swam in the river, rented a golf cart and explored the area, and had a nice campfire to relax by. Really nice place.

Were do I begin? The weather was great, the staff went up and behind the call of duty sort of speak. It was more awesome in person. The only one thing I would suggest is a cook top in Lakeview cabin #1. We cooked on the grill, but no one knew how to work the grill. Lol... luckily I remembered the full propane tank. We are coming back hopefully again, this fall.

The only thing keeping this from 5/5 stars is the wall of algae surrounding the lake (particularly the swim beach). Everything else was perfect! The staff was friendly and caring, the facilities were clean and comfortable, the cabins were perfect and around every corner was an amazing view. We will DEFINITELY be back and will be recommending!

Beautifully maintained campground, and our cabin had everything we needed. We did one of their river floats, and had such a good time. It was fun and relaxing. Their store was cute and had cool souvenirs (some even handmade) in addition to the typical snacks and supplies. We didn't try their snack bar but saw they serve pizzas. I felt like I needed twice as much time there to enjoy it all!

The cabin was welcoming in every way. After we booked a canoe float trip and realized it wasn’t going to work, the staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure we were still able to have a wonderful time! We recommend Otahki Lake KOA to everyone who will listen and can’t wait to come back again!

Our stay was right before the Julyb4th holiday and staff were busy, everyone was available, responsive, and friendly. One night we played games in the lodge, there were other families there, too. The trail around the lake is great for dog walking. The cabin was clean and cozy. We grilled meals and relaxed before/after a float trip. Will be going back!

Was our second time staying spent a week there this year for 4th of July. And loved it plenty to do. Nice cabins. Staff is really amazing. Very helpful and always smiling. Great place for kids. No crazyness and plenty of room to your self if you don't want to n around a bunch of people. Overall great place. Will be returning. Thank you oTaki lake for another great stay

We had a very nice stay. The cabins were beautiful and very clean. The workers were all so nice and welcoming and do anything they can to accommodate or make your stay as good as it can be! We will definitely be back!

It was absolutely wonderful! I would give 5 star but the beach swim area had too much algae or water ick unfortunately for swimming there. My family and a couple others found that gross. The whole place is located within one mile of river access with cleaner water for swimming but there was a man doing some good fishing though. Cabin was clean and nice! Overall awesome! We would go again! Thanks!

Enjoyed our stay immensely! The rates to rent a golf cart are very high and the fact you have to pay for a whole day fee to rent one when you can only check in at 4:00 seems a bit unfair so I would love to see that adjusted. Other than that we plan on returning soon!

Would have given 5 Stars but the lake had to much scum or algae. Some lake management would help and make it more appealing to swim and better for fish.

The accommodations are amazing!! The cabins were perfect for our stay. The staff was so friendly and attentive and are really working hard to make the stay enjoyable. Our only recommendation would be to clean up the lake and make it more inviting for swimming. Since river access is not close and requires a drive it would have been great to have close access to a nice swimming area.

Third visit to Otahki, second in a Lakeview Cabin; club car rental a must for our two "littles" aged 4 and 6. We love the helpfulness and friendliness of all the staff. We didn't use the new food service available but would try in future. The kids have made it clear they want to return again!!

We had a fantastic stay over the long weekend with Cape County Cowboy Church. Loved all the staff. Morgan was fantastic to work with. We will definitely come again. Just a couple things want to advise that should be easy. Maybe small packets of salt and pepper in cabins with kitchen. A handicap handle by the outside of tub in the handicap bathrooms. Everything was great!!! Thanks a bunch.

Hidden gem!! Beautiful river and a quiet lake with a pier and gravel road around it, golf carting and kayaking options are great. We stayed in deluxe cabins with studio kitchen and propane grill facilities. Clean and well maintained through and through. Morgan in front desk is very welcoming and helpful. Our to go getaway from now on!

We had the best camping experience. Morgan and the whole entire team were so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that our camping trip was fabulous. We had a few things that we had forgotten or needed during our three night stay. Literally within minutes of us letting them know what we needed they responded. Five star camping experience. The Memorial Day activities were lots of fun too
