The A/C in the cabin did not work and there was not an after hours number we could call. We didn’t arrive that late, around 6:30 pm. We could not leave the cabin door open because the screen door was broken off two hinges. The cabin itself was clean but stuffy and hot with only 2 windows and no A/C. I told the staff about it the next day and they were apologetic and nice about it.

Arrived after hours and was not given a code to use the bathroom and shower facilities. Had a small insect issue in our cabin. Other than that, we appreciate the facility and will return in the future.

Everything was ready when we got there late at night. The cabin with the half bath was perfect for our needs. I would definitely stay again and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The camp store was very accommodating, even let us use the microwave to heat up some food. Cabin worked great, glad for the new air conditioner.

Very disappointing. 1 out of 10. We stayed in one of the cabins. There was so many issues. Loud air conditioner right above our heads in bed. Very weak spot on floor. Could not regulate water in shower (was burnt). No place to sit in cabin except 1 kitchen chair. The whole deck area was dirty. (NO sitting there). No blanket on any bed, jWe could have stayed in a motel for what we paid. YUCK!!!!!

Mattress could be turned. It lists to L as lying on it but comfy enough. Staff was wonderful!

For a deluxe cabin and the price it was a cabin that was abused and never fixed back properly. Upstairs where the loft was had filthy carpet. The memory foam on double ..sunk down through the night to the point of feeling the floor. And no we are not big people. The shower handle was broken couldnt ajust temp...unusable.,the mirror was missing, no flat sheet on bed, spreads smelled dirty.Misrepre

Very clean, peaceful. Cabin had everything we needed. Only thing if they ever replace the toilet a HC toilet would be nice for the older folks. We will be back. Thanks

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was in a pretty corner of the campground. I have to say of all the cabins we have stayed in this one smelled fresh. We could smell the clean aroma the moment we stepped on the porch. Most cabins have a musty smell. Not here! Cabin was clean, bed was super comfy, sheets were very nice-not the stale overused sheets of other places. The people were all friendly.

I only spent the night but what a nice place to stay. It was beautiful and I loved having a cabin that had a bathroom. It was so convenient. I will definitely be back through and stay there again. I wish the TV offered some channels. I don’t know why you have the TV if you can’t watch it.

Stayed in a deluxe cabin, it was joined together with a second unit in same building, did not know that when booking cabin. Love the campground and have stayed many times but would not have rented cabin if i had known it had joined rooms. Just needed bigger cabin for this trip didnt do my research.

Host were super helpful and friendly awesome people. Cabin was clean and maintained well. Only bad thing was we couldn't stay longer, we had to get home for work. Duty calls. �

Its a great stay - cute cabin, well maintained area, etc. My only complaint is that the stairs to the loft are wood with zero grip strips. Last year, my friend fell down the stairs while walking barefoot. This year we purchased socks with grips to keep us safe on the steps. But, ultimately, this should be fixed by KOA.

Its currently a lot of construction to get between the KOA and OKC. Nothing for them to improve on unless they have some pull with the OK Department of Transportation.

Everyone was friendly, cabin was clean. The only thing we did not like the bed was terrible to sleep on The mattress was too soft and for a four day stay for 2 people we were given 4 towels and 2 rolls of toilet tissue.

It was a great place to stay HOWEVER the first night there, getting ready for bed I pulled the bed pillows away from the wall, and a large fiddleback was on the wall right behind one of them. The next morning, we found there were no extra rolls of toilet paper. I called, left a voicemail and no call back (called before they opened.) ladies at the office inside gave me run around for asking for tp.

The hosts were friendly, helpful and efficient. Excellent KOA. The amenities were good and the ground workers where visible throughout the day, The grounds were well manicured and the whole campground were very clean. Very quiet too. The only one comment I have is to make sure all heating elements are currently working or let customers know an alternative b/c our heater didn't work.

Good location for those traveling i-40. We stayed in one of the Kabins and while we liked that it had a screen door as it was pretty warm mid-day, it got very cold at night and our heater wasn't working. Bathrooms were nice and private, individual shower + toilet units, some of the toilets were running and had a difficult time flushing. Good spot overall though. Great for RV.

we only stayed for about 10 hours. Just passing through with an open truck of goods. I felt safe leaving the truck overnight without worrying about someone taking anything. They we very accommodating to our changing plans. The unit was clean and as advertised. Would stay there again

The grounds are beautiful with lots for kids to do. However, the mattress was bad on the bed and both of us almost got burned with the shower changing temps suddenly. Scalding hot one second and ice cold the next. The toilet ran constantly. They have some plumbing problems in cabin 2. The actual camper spots looked great but I can't speak to the actual hookups

Beware of issues in cabin K1. The door barely opens and then gets stuck on the floor. The mini split A/C unit did not have a remote control so we couldn't regulate the temperature (Note: There is another A/C wall unit but instructions NOT to use it). The showers were fine but 2 of the 6 units were unavailable for use.

We stayed here last night in our motorhome. We ended up getting there pretty late due to road construction on the interstate. Our spot was easy to find and easy to get into. The spots are huge! This is the nicest KOA we have ever stayed at. We absolutely loved it!

Over all a nice campground just need to maybe keep the store open a little later than 6 PM and change the shower handles because they're too long and you turn and hit the handle you would get burned and it really really burns
