It's a very nice desert KOA. This is 3rd or 4th stay. We did not use the facilities but all else was good. Nice little "store" inside. Good size spaces with foliage between. We did not have to unhitch.

Nice wide spaces, hookups worked great, office folks great, clean and pretty well kept up. Shade is in short supply, I would expect this at a desert location like Needles so not a big deal. The river area has a few great restaurants and the view is great. We would stay here again on any travels we do on (old 66) I40.

The site was level and the utilities worked. Other than that, this dirty, rocky, shade-free campground was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced.

We come here from Colorado, it's been our 4th visit this year! The people here are always friendly, it's a beautiful setting! We like it here because it's close to everything we like, Laughlin, Oatman, and Lake Havasu! The rates here are the best we have found and their Wifi works pretty good! We are already planning on coming back next year!

Very pleasant people Perfect stop for our driving habits. Quiet. Clean laundry rooms and rec area. We love the book exchange and the Route 66 merch.

We were so happy to find this campground since we couldn’t get into the Laughlin river resort so we had to backtrack to Needles as it was getting later and we are 69 ft long with motorhome and 22 foot trailer. They were very friendly and accommodating, had a very lovely store. A big bang for your buck as it only cost us $83 for 2 nights! Nothing fancy, but it worked!

The Men's bathroom shower was not clean. The bathroom Stall Doors should be replaced. It needed toilet paper the first day. The second day it was in the same condition. I had to go into the shop and tell the clerk the mem's bathroom needed toilet paper. The pool was not heated. The staff made another person wait at the counter to check in.

I was in long term area and very quiet. A covey of quail hung out in my site. I got great photos of Gambels Quail.

Easy off/on the highway and great stay. Some road noise and an occasional train but they weren’t too loud. Would stay again!

Based on the first impression when we first walked in the Needles KOA office, we did not feel welcomed. The only person in the office, a gentlemen who appeared to be filling in for the office manager, did not greet us. The lady office manager walked in minutes later and proceeded the check in for us. That same gentlemen then led us to our campsite in his golf cart without saying a word to us.

Very nice clean park and has a good customer service orientated staff. The reason I didn't give it a 5 is that the electrical wiring couldn't handle the load. The temperature was nearly 100 degrees and we couldn't run both our AC units without tripping the main circuit breaker serving our section of the park

It was a overnight stay. Been stopping here for the last 4 years. Office has always been friendly and helpful. The only thing is the sites are not very level. Other than that a nice stop.

Standard parking lot KOA with no trees and plenty of gravel. The bathrooms were not very clean and are outdated. Staff was friendly and competent.

Friendly and very helpful staff. I was having a rough day and they got me in and helped with some MH awning problems I was having. They helped me find a place in town to get a tire repair.

This was primarily a campground and that was the service we used. The spots were tidy. We enjoyed the area for exploring. The dogs loved the dog park. There were good meal options nearby. The staff were helpful and congenial.

Stayed at this KOA to visit the Burros in Oatman and on the way up to Las Vegas. Friendly staff, easy to manuver in park and pull thru site was perfect for our 40' Class A Rig that tows a 14' trailer and also a prius for our drive around car. Good price for KOA and what is around to explore. Not too far off the interstate, but far enough so no road noise. Did use the pool and seemed good. FHU site, all worked well and good location for our rig. One of the better KOA's I've stayed at for sure and great value for the price.
