We only stayed one night. Very friendly staff. Super clean & wide sites. Very nice pool. Nice desert landscape & stone hardscape throughout. Trees would be a nice addition for shade at the RV sites. However the sites are positioned to get shade in the afternoon. Good planning on their part.

Rolled in at 8pm, hooked up. Quiet everywhere. Watched TV went to bed. Got up at 6am. Still quiet. Rolled out at 8:30am. Place was clean as a whistle. Nice spot. Good price.

We frequently use Needles KOA as it is perfect location as we travel to CA from AZ. The staff is friendly and their pool is clean and spacious. The limitation of tree shade makes it difficult to get a cool spot but I understand this is a desert so we adapted because our Camper has AC. We will be backl

Weather was hot as expected. All staff were very nice & helpful. Spot was perfect as we had a little shade from bushes. Pool & showers were clean.

It was the perfect distance for us on this trip. 5 hours in with 8 to go. The campground was very clean and there were lots of spaces (summer = hot).

They need to add lights in the camp ground It was dark when we arrived and we had a flash light but it was still dark. Bathroom was clean and the grounds were neatly decorated with flowers and cactus.

Over all the KOA was ver nice but the time of year that we stayed was not so nice, 118 degrees. We could not enjoy the great out doors and were stuck inside our van were it was very hot as well.

OMG this KOA was a dream to stay at. It was close to the property we purchased but was still in the process of being developed. Every time we had an unexpected wrinkle that extended our stay, the owner was a dream to work with. She exceeded our expectations and lowered our stress level.

We have stayed here twice. Once in 2020 during COVID, and once in June 2025 for one night. The gravel sites are flat, and roads are easy to navigate with big rigs. Plenty of room in the pull through sites to unhitch our 5th wheel and park. Pool was clean and comfortable. Easy access off of HWY 40.

This not the place to stop in summer. We had one of the few 50 amp services and h two air conditioners so we were fine. It was 102 and 103 the days we were there. Many of the big trees in the park have died Looks like a good winter stop. Park was neat, clean and quiet. Showers were clean. I think all the sites were pull through. I gave it a lower score due to lack of enough 50 amp sites.

Yes it is in the desert, yes it is hot, but this KOA is clean, neat, friendly and a decent price. Great for a one night stay

The KOA is conveniently located just outside of town. The sites are mostly level. Small dog park Not much shade for 108 degrees. The camp store was fully stocked. Carla, camp host was pleasant enough. Good place for an over night and get out by 8am.

We phoned on our reservations on two occasions to tell the staff that we were 40' RV's towing 18' trailers and we were still put in a pull through RV space where our RV and Trailer stuck out into the drive aisles. This is the 2nd time this has happened to us. We did not want to disconnect the trailer for our one night stay so we left it out in the drive aisle hoping nobody would run into it.

The top amenity at this KOA is the staff. When I came in we were experiencing load noise in the engine compartment. The staff person gave me options for servicing in the area. Also made sure we were in one of the better shaded spots. Everything worked out and we stayed an extra day. Older facility, but it is well maintained.

Nice little park and easy check-in. There is white oleander at every site which made it worrisome with our curious pups. Otherwise, a nice overnight spot.

Well kept and clean. Only downside was there are a lot of permanent / long term RVs in some of the better spots. Their sites were clean, it just gave it kind of a trailer park feeling. I can't comment on the facilities since I never used them. I just needed a place to park my travel trailer as a home base for a week while I was visiting family in Needles. For that purpose the KOA was perfect.

The sites were pretty close to being level. Area was clean, neat and the landscape was beautiful for being in a desert area. Restrooms were old but very clean.

This park was perfect for our cross country trip . We were having vehicle issues due to the 111 degrees and the owner Carla gave us helpful information. The Park was well kept and easy access to I -40. We would stay there in the future and would recommend it as a friendly place to stay. Five plus!👍
