Second time here, it’s a small park with nice staff good facilities, clean modern showers and a wide open well taken care of dog park area. Will stay here on next trip through.

Very friendly owner/ office manager. Recommended JoJacks barbecue, walking distance, and it was excellent. Great overnight stop. �

I’ve stayed at the cabins a good number of times and I can say for sure it’s one of the best cabins I’ve stayed at. The staff make sure it’s warm for the cold days and are friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!

The cabins are well equipped and maintained. Great hosts. We love this KOA for all our trips coming and going from Texas.

My family and I stayed here twice on our round trip from Texas to Tennessee. Upon arrival of our first stay we were greeted with a friendly staff and a very clean facility. Second stay did not disappoint. We have a 47ft toy hauler and could easily maneuver around the campground and into our spot. The dog park is huge and our pups loved the extra room to stretch their legs after a long travel day.

It was a one night stay, unfortunately. The camp ground was a very nice, well kept park. The owners are very nice and accommodating. Nice big dog park, great open area to play or walk around a neat little pond. We will make sure to come back.

The campground was well laid out and very clean. All the services were in perfect working order. Access for our larger rig was very easy. The directions provided were perfect.

I Love this Family owned KOA! Mandy and Jay and their long time friend, Brenda are the Best at making you feel at home and part of the Family. Mt Pleasant is a wonderful town and within a few days, I felt like a part of the community. Appleby's, a BarBQ within walking distance. The sparkling pond walking trails and open field are an added plus!!

This is always our stopover when we head this way. They are so friendly and the campground and restrooms are always very clean. We use the dog park to let our young dog run off some steam. Our older dog likes the walk around the lake. You are by the highway, but at night the noise really slows down so it is not a bother.

The site was concrete and fairly level. Management was friendly and helpful. Entire facility was clean and well cared for. Will stay again.

Couple running place are great to deal with. Well kept up and very clean. My lay over place when traveling to and from Arkansas for deer hunting.

Close to the highway, so easy for quick stays. Nice park. Clean and well kept facilities and laundry. Great little historic small town to visit. Great little stop off of I-30. We will be back.

Loved the staff and the park. Our puppies enjoyed a stroll around the pond multiple times a day. Lots to do in the area.

Beautifully kept grounds, cabins, and facilities. Always friendly staff. A real gem. This is my must-stay KOA on every Texas trip. Great walking trails in Dellwood Park are just a few miles away.

One of the nicest, well maintained parks we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in 50 or so different parks over the last 40 years of RVing

Good place for short stay. Enjoyed the free cable. This KOA would have been better if there was larger distances between parking spots.

The lower full concrete pad lots were very nice . We were assigned a sloping gravel lot and that is why the review is lower.The staff were very nice , and the entire campground was very clean .

Unfortunately, you booked the same day and we only had 1 gravel pull thru available. Hopefully, next time we can get you on one of our concrete pull thrus. Thank you!

nice visit.. easy arrival and had a direct guide to our site. sites are well cared for. A little close to each other in the pull thru area, but as an overnight it was just fine!

The owners are fabulous, the cement pads made it a dream to level the RV, the pond was peaceful and I love the black trim on the buildings.

Great folks. Park is a little tight for big rigs but it is very pretty and right off the highway. Nice pond. Some spots always seem to be full of water when it rains but they pump them out quickly. Would recommend this park.

Bathrooms are very nice and tent camping spot with a table and electric and water just what we needed. I will definitely be looking at coming back and also trying some other KOAs.

This is a lovely KOA! Very nice area for dogs. Clean bathroom! Good gravel since it was raining. Definitely come back.

Clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were a little old with water puddling in the showers. While it was conveniently located close to the highway, that did cause some highway noise at night. Otherwise great stay.

We were there for two months and only had 1 bad experience with one long term guest. The management handled the problem. We left 5 days ahead of our scheduled checkout date so we could arrive at our next destination in time to vote. The park is lovely.

Nice sites, they don’t police the sites very well. Had to wipe down patio furniture to be able to use.

Final stay of a two week trip from Texas to Penna and back. Stayed in all KOA's all but one night. This was by far the best of the bunch. Great location, everything clean. well organized, and picture perfect. Great dog park, pool, pond, open space, and friendly people. Especially appreciated the level, concrete, pads.

The staff is very friendly and the sites are very nice, enough space. We only stayed 1 night, I would recommend it to others.

This is a great place to stop over on our way to southeastern destinations. They always have a flat concrete site for us. We're always out of season for the great looking pool. When it's not raining they have a great open field to walk the dogs. They have a great looking dog park up front. The owners are always great to deal with. Our 8th or 9th time here and we'll be back.
