Of 50 overnights at KOAs, #1 for us. This was by far our favorite KOA; a great pool and overall setting. As evening comes on and the sun sets, string lights lit up the pool and grounds. The staff was engaging. Clean and well-thought out grounds, with options for all ages! Enjoyed ping pong in the game room. It is a must stay!

Very nice to walk in and meet a friendly staff after traveling all day. Very nice camp grounds!

We're campers who knock out too many hours a day on the road. We know we shouldn't, but like our guests, we often don't have as much time to travel as we need to match the plan. A solid welcome is great after a long day! Plus, we LOVE hearing guests' trip stories!!

We love the chance to meet folks at the Night Registration box! Little bit cooler with the sun being down, a little bit quicker for our guests, and a lotta bit more rewarding helping a family get situated after a long day on the road! :)

This place is a hidden gem. Prettiest swimming pool I have ever seen. The man running the place when I was there was way more than accommodating. Quiet and serene. Next time going through this area, I will make every effort to stay here again. Very pleased. Thank you very much indeed.

This Koa is definitely an improvement from the last time we stayed there. New owners and you can tell they have done a lot of work at this KOA.

On a multi-week trip where we stayed at 15 campgrounds, Toomsuba KOA was easily the nicest. Clean and spacious facilities, huge pool, lots of free games for kids - including a pool table, football, and ping pong.

We had a great time here! The pool was fantastic and the woods surrounding the KOA were filled with wildlife.

First-time KOA campers and longtime boondockers, we were blown away by this place. Cabel and his staff were welcoming, the grounds spotless, and the facilities top-notch—especially the bathrooms. Our beagle loved the dog park, and we enjoyed the pool and games. This stop was meant as a test run, but we’ll return thanks to the exceptional staff and experience.

Great RV park. Staff is very friendly and helpful, and the park is clean and well maintained. Will definitely stay again!

We were a last-minute reservation made while on the road and got a space immediately. The owners were very nice and were so easy to work with. The facilities were well maintained and the showers were pristine--a real plus. We will gladly stay there again if we are in the neighborhood.

We were glad to get to meet y'all on this trip! Heads up to future campers: while we generally have a spot open for smaller RVs, try to book early for campers over 35ft! :)

Beautiful campground. Cabin was clean and bed comfortable. Only wish there had been TV and maybe a small microwave. But I still highly recommend. Management is super nice.

The age-old question: microwave or no microwave? We decided against installing microwaves after a little trial run. Between burnt popcorn and cooked fish (yikes!), we decided we couldn't reliably make a cabin fresh for the next guest after the previous guest left cooking odors. A TV..maybe so

First, let me say they have great signage making it easy to find.Most private campgrounds make it difficult to find them once you are off the highway.Second, this place was well-designed, clean, and had just about everything you would need for a stay-over.It is the best KOA I have ever stayed at.Third, the staff was friendly and helpful. I normally stay at state parks but will put this on my list.

Very clean and quiet campground. The bathrooms/showers were the nicest/cleanest I have encountered at a KOA to date.

A little bit off the highway but that means a nice and quiet stay. Pool was nice and clean with music playing. The shower/restrooms were clean, cool, and had a bench and hooks to put you things. Check in was quick and easy. There is a small dog playground with BBQ pit and chairs. They also have a community fire pit with chairs. Playground was nice but has sand. As always our stay was nice.

Great overnight stay. Very clean, large pool, very cool. Full hook-up, a dog parks around, very nice. I would highly recommend a stay at this KOA

Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of trees so between that and bad weather we couldn’t use our DISH. Due to all the trees be aware of your slideouts.

We're ready to swap rainy season for waterhose season! :) While we love the loblolly pines for their shade, satellite service can be a bit of a challenge with some sites. Good thing we have SUPER-fast Wi-Fi across the campground to support lots of streaming!

The string lights that went around our campsite were way too bright and lit up our entire camper when I was trying to sleep.

We added the string lights to create a cozy campground glow, and guests have absolutely gushed over them. Every camper has different preferences, but this has been one of our most loved little touches!

The Toomsuba KOA provided a safe, super clean, relaxing overnight stay. If we weren't on a schedule, we would gladly have stayed longer. The pool was amazing. The service was friendly, informative, and very convenient. We highly recommend and look forward to enjoying their facilities during future travels. Thanks much.

Our extended stay (30 days) was great! The owners were very accommodating, they were always available whenever we needed anything and everything was extremely well maintained!

This has to be one of the best campsites I have been to. In all of my years traveling. The staff was fantastic! But the campground itself was spectacular. So clean, so many amenities, the lights were great! I would have liked to stay longer just to enjoy the campground. Thank you !
