They were not there, called , they said I was in space 2 campers were in there called back 3 times no answer left a message on web site I took another site they didn’t get back to me for 3and a half hours very mad to toilet paper not paper towels not happy at all

This feels like a new KOA. The site we stayed in for the night was not very level. We arrived around 5pm & the office was closed which wasn’t a big deal but I did want to chat with someone about late checkout. The WiFi needs some improvement. But the location was quiet & the campground was clean overall. I think with some small improvements this will be a great KOA which is why I give it a 4/5.

Other than a little difficulty finding the campground, the stay was 5 stat. Hostess, Sadie, came out to check on us before she left for the day to confirm " All was well." It was only an overnight, and we have not in the past stayed at many KOA's, but may start staying more??

This KOA has great potential. Previous reviews are correct that the pool is closed. It has a fun play ground for the kids and the sites are spacious. I did stay here for the UTV trail access and realized that you have to drive on roads to get to entance 8 miles away so know that if you dont have street kit you cant get there because the roads near KOA are private property and are closed.

No one in the office. Wi-Fi was not cared for, thus never available. Packages I had shipped to the campground, with permission were finally found at the Post Office. Despite being shipped UPS. But, it was nice staying in a virtually empty campround.

I understand this is a newer kampground, they need more staff to maintain facility, the trash cans around the park were full, no waste bags in the dog area. Also office was closed at 5pm and on weekend. Otherwise it was nice and quiet and shady.

This is a fairly new KOA conversion and I am not sure if it was well planned out. There was no one at the office and there were no available amenities in service. I did receive a phone call to give me a heads up that there would not be anyone in the office. We spoke with the few other campers that were there and found out that they had similar and worse experiences with their stays. Just beware.

We had a great time here. The only issues were that the internet connection didn't work, and things in the bathroom were either broken or missing. I understand that KOA will be doing some serious renovations this winter. That will be nice. We like the park. The hostess was friendly and fun to work with and so willing to help where she could. We'll probably stay there again.

We were super bummed to learn that the pool was closed and drained when we got to the site. Says on the website that the pool is open year round, so maybe need to correct that. The site was great otherwise, but a big reason we chose to stay here was because of the pool.

They were very accommodating, I just can't believe they were closed on Sunday, most RV Parks that I have been were open on Sunday. With one person, but still there.

Quiet clean campground in the pines. Far enough from highway noise but close enough to all necessary amenities.

No ability to choose your own spot at time of booking. No staff onsite on Labor Day weekend. Spots are very tight. Most have tree branches hanging into them that hit your RV side or roof. Approach angles to spots are poor.

You are priced way too high for where are located. I stayed there before you were KOA for $35. Now it's $55 just because you put up a KOA sign ???? Fix the pool. Stock the store. Water the grass. Cut some weeds. Your hook ups are all in the wrong places. I think $35 a night is fair.

Pool that is advertised as open and heated year round is green with slime so deep you can walk on it. Lawns that are beautiful and green on website pictures are dead and have weeds growing in them. Office that is advertised as open 9 to 4 was only open long enough for posting of site location for incoming campers-usually 1/2 hour. One of the three washing machines was broken.

Campground is not being maintained. Dead trees, dead grass, pool is green. We have been camping here for years and struggling to continue paying for an unmaintained site. Wish someone would care and take care of this campground. It could be a beautiful place.

The campground provided a quiet place to stay and playground was nice, but it was getting run down. Even though online it said there was a pool, the pool had dark green, swampy water in it and couldn’t be used. There was dog poop on our campsite and no picnic table available. Grass/weeds between sites were overgrown. Bathrooms were dirty. There was also no camp host or anyone around to help.

The campground is very run down. The pool is filled with green algae. Weeds are growing everywhere. The American Flag that hangs in front is tattered and hangs by a thread. The office is closed most of the time. This campground has a lot of potential and is in a great location but is currently in very bad condition.

Stayed several times before it was a KOA and we enjoyed it. Brought four children and when we arrived it was so hot and the pool was closed and very green. If the pool is closed should have been on front page of reservations. Not on info tab and have to search. Very disappointed. When we reserves our spot it said only 1 left for my size RV. Wrong Park was pretty much empty.

We showed up with the kids and family and the pool was as green as a backwater pond. This was one of the amenities that we were looking forward to. I also feel the charges for the quality of the park were out of line. The store had no product to speak of and we needed to go into town to get anything we needed instead of being able to utilize the convenience of the onsite store. The store also only

They first put us in an end row sight that was sooo small, shouldnt be considered a sight. They moved us to a different spot when we asked. The camp sites were nice. Other KOA amenities were run down. Pool was under maintenance. Office and store were closed all weekend. Someone was reachable by phone. It was a good location to access the Arapeen trail on ATV.

This has the potential to be an amazing place if only the pool were operational the grass was watered and they would answer the dang phone! We were there for 4 nights over a holiday weekend and the staff was only there for a few hours of one of the days. It has awesome tree cover for shade and perfectly spaced trailer pads.

Our stay wasn't any better then going to a random place on the mountain. The only benefit to our stay was that they had full hookups. None of the amenities were open. Never was anyone on site or in the office. We were told when we make the reservation a few days before our arrival that the pool was working, and there was outdoor movie, and crafts for our kids. The pool was a swamp and closed.

The camp ground didn’t have a host or even office staff. The grounds the grass was dead and didn’t look kept up. The receptionist who took our reservation said there would be a pool and games activities for my kids. The pool was closed and looked to have been closed for quite some time. No activity’s for the kids. Luckily they had a pool in town.

We loved the campground and the employees were awesome. However, the pool was never operational, which was disappointing, since the was a big reason that we chose this location. Out of 3 washers and dryers, only 2 were working and they were dirty inside and out. We enjoyed our stay and will most likely come back.

They list the pool as amenity Ut in the middle of July the pool closed. Our billing is messed up still. They are trying collect more money from me and I showed them the proof they owe me money. They promised to look into it and straighten it out and it’s still crickets from anyone getting back with me. They used to be better cared for. I suspect there are new owners now trying to save a buck.

Very disappointed , there was nobody in the office! Over grown weeds , just nobody around ,had to call to tell them the trash was over flowing in the dumpster by us. Pool was closed . Looked like a ghost town. Had to carry a picnic table from another site to our site! Probably the worst KOA we’ve stayed at.

When we arrived at 1pm, there was no one in the office. Doors were locked. We found our map taped to the front door. Once we arrived at our site, we discovered that someone was already there and had to wait to get new assignment. Never saw anyone managing or cleaning . Grass overgrown. This place has tons of potential but needs a lot of TLC.

I’ve stayed here before. The pool was out of order and I had to pull weeds at my campsite to keep from tripping. When I tried to check in, at 2pm, the office was closed (the entire weekend). I received a call the next day asking me to pay the balance. Since I wasn’t in a position to do so, I called back later that day and was chastised for not checking in at the office by a different person.

This campground has awesome potential but has been neglected..I understand there has been illness but it needs lots of attention..host did let us move to a better groomed spot..if it is cleaned up and groomed we would definitely go back

Have been going off and on for over 30 years and this was the worst we have ever seen this park. Theres 1 girl running the entire park, the pool was & had been closed for weeks All grassy areas were all but dead. The bathrooms were atrocious! Big clumps of black hair in the shower drains which stayed for the entire 3 days!! Left and went to KOA in Richfield and it was lovely!!!

We won’t be back to this campground. We drove all day to be able to enjoy the advertised pool on our fresher action and website. Arrived to no one there and pool locked. Called the number and was told pool wasn’t ready to open. No mention of this online or in our reservation confirmation. Not a way to do business. False advertising. We left.

I could see it's a work in progress but it is very nice. The staff member who checked me in was very sweet & helpful. One suggestion. Use site 17 at the end of the row for overflow. There is alot of traffic headed to the loop past the pull through site. t looked like people were camped there as accommodations while working near by & their trucks were rolling in & out. They were loud & left early.

It is a beautiful area. The hosts, Mike and Roberta are very friendly, engaged and professional. The amenities were top notch with plenty of activities for the kids and family to do. They have a heated pool. They have nice showers for when you get out of the pool and there are multiple different bathhouses for showering at night. One was nice and new with separate locking rooms for each shower. We will definitely be back. They are open year round.

Hands-down, one of the best camping experiences I have had in a long time! Check-in was a breeze, staff were knowledgeable, and helpful. Cabin was Simple, tidy, and clean. Free pancakes available at the push of a button. And the ATV trails were at their prime! A little snow for a snow ball fight And the local historical sites were having a few festivals. This is America! God bless! Hope to hold our company Summit here this fall. A bit out-of-the-way, but that's what you want with Camping.
