The quality of this KOA does not live up to the standards of a Holiday KOA. The entrance road into the campground is filled with many chuck holes. The bathrooms were not heated. The positive things were the view of the mountains. and the nature ambience with deer and wild turkeys roaming through the campground.

Cute cabin was comfortable, clean, and cozy. Staff was very friendly and fun.

There was no camp Manager and the place was kind of rundown

Trish Waters the Manager. She is absolutely amazing. Her personality, customer service is above excellent. Shes kind, considerate and very caring. We appreciated her so much. Her personality suits her. She cares about what she does. Her passion is natural. Needless to say. We thank her so much for her kindness. We stayed there a week. Shes wonderful. We love her.

We love Pleasant Creek. It is such a beautiful clean campground. The location is perfect with fabulous views. It is quiet and if you stay up late enough the Milky Way lights up the night sky. The campground host Trish is efficient, kind and so helpful. She is a gem!

2nd year that we stayed there great campground clean facilities friendly staff. The trees could use trimming to allow our larger trailer under them other than that everything was great. Will be back to enjoy more of Mt. Pleasent

Love the atmosphere! There are no signs from highway to direct you to the campground. The property could use attention. The sites need to be leveled. WiFi was fair. There were no local TV stations or cable connect. Pool was closed for the season. There is no one on site two days a week and no response to phone calls. Even with these slight inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

First impressions mean a lot. So as we enter we enter to some bad pot holes. And when we exit we go through pot holes, our trailer hitch drug. Please fix the entry and exit. The pot holes are bad. Bathrooms are always something else that says alot about a park. The men’s restroom was clean, but the ceiling fan screened so loud we left it off. Trish was great as well as Sadie and Devin.

First we want to say the camp hostess Trish was amazing! She is very friendly and went out of her way to help with anything needed. On the park side, it is very quiet and peaceful but could use a little TLC. The first thing that you encounter are VERY LARGE potholes when pulling off of the road. The bath fan in the mens shower needs replacing, loose boards on the foot bridge... All in all not bad.

The camp host Tish was very helpful and friendly. The campground was clean and had build in entertainment aka wild turkeys and deer ! Very peaceful location. The entrance/exit to the camp could be a bit larger, making it easier for large rigs.

I’ve stay at this KOA three times in the last year. You can tell they are making upgrades as the facilities are a little dated. The trees in many sites will scrape your larger 5th wheels so they could use some pruning. The office staff is pleasant and helpful.

The grounds grass and trees are dying out due to lack of water and personal care. There’s not a water shortage. Take a look at the trees. Also, the full time trailer spaces rentals are ruining the the visual aspects (junk, extra car's, and overall appearances are not pleasing when coming there too relax and enjoy the atmosphere. That is not typical of other KOA’s I have been to in other stat

Such a beautiful area. So quiet and peaceful. We saw many wild turkeys each morning as well as deer. The clubhouse was very nice and we enjoyed watching football on their large screen. We had some tree branches that were touching our slide out and the office quickly sent someone over to clean up the branches. The on-site manager was very nice, helpful, and friendly.

Worst Koa ever. Unavoidable potholes, site was so unlevel we didn't have enough blocks to level. Not a person around. Office was closed at 230 ( when we arrived). The camp was empty. Felt like a ghost town. Don't list this as a Holiday Koa. Totally misleading.

We love Manti-La Sal KOA! It’s a hidden gem in Mt Pleasant that has great amenities, is clean and the manager is very nice and accommodating. SXS trailhead to Skyline Drive is just a short 7 mile ride from the campground on quiet streets, not highways. Skyline Drive is breathtaking! Highly recommend if you’re looking to get away and/or looking for an incredible trail ride!

Beautiful resort. I wish the pool was still open but can understand it being closed. A little tight with a bigger rig. Overall a nice quiet clean well kept resort.

The pads are not level buy about 4 inches no hot water in the curtesy showers the laundry room facilities was shut down. Camp site amenities are adequate with fire ring and shade trees.

The only complaint I have is that the branches need to be trimed up higher, they drag along the top of my trailer.

We used to visit this site years ago when it wasn’t a KOA now that the kids are adults and have their own children they wanted to come and share some memories with their kids. There are a few cosmetic things that could use updating but the Hostess there I believe her name is Trish was beyond amazing she was so friendly, very approachable and always busy! She made our stay great as well!!!

The manager was great. Did the best she could. The facility is in bad shape however. Needs maintenance and repairs. The sites are too close together and not level. We were there last summer 2023. And thought it would be better this year. Disappointed.

The KOA host was very helpful and accommodating. The KOA is nice as it has a lot of trees, however the trees need to be trimmed in a lot of locations. It made it very difficult to navigate with a bigger rig. The property needs a lot of improvements done to it to include the tree trimming, pot hole filling, laundry services, hot water issues in the pool showers. It is a very nice location though.

We paid for full hookups and the sewer dump was broken. There was no hot water in the shower house. Pool was great but full of dead bugs.

Its a nice and pet friendly place. I just questioned my bill as we stayed Wed, Thurs, and Friday night. We had one night at $55 and 2 nights at $70 each. I think its should have been only one night @ $70 as the weekend nights are more???

We were very disappointed in this KOA. Bathrooms were dirty. No hot water. One bathroom only had one stall with a functioning lock. The initial tent site we were given was actually smaller than our vehicle and had no tent pad or picnic table.

Trish is a gem,but the property is far from KOA Holiday quality.It's 60 yrs old and still built for small rigs.Took 3 sites to find one to fit a 36 ft MH.Trees are untrimmed and ready to do real damage to fiberglass.Exit has a huge pothole that tore off the mudflap.The people using this CG for the last 60 yrs love it,but it def doesn't meet our KOA Holiday expectations.This CG needs MAJOR work.

Love the tent sights. Lots of shade and distance between campers. Would like a picnic table on the site though. Overall a nice location and upcoming KOA with lots of potential.

A very nice campground! Not too busy, sites could be a little more level. We had lots of rain but there was enough gravel to avoid the mud. Easy access to town and the mountain. Skyline Drive is a must do ride. We watched turkeys walk through the park and a doe and her little spotted fawns. We would come back. We were in a 45’ motorhome towing a trailer with a sxs.

We reserved a cabin for a family of 4 (2adults and 2 children), but the cabin was set-up to sleep 3 persons as there was a queen bed and a small futon. One ok my kid end-up sleeping in the closet during 8 nights. The manager told us that he cannot do anything to accommodate us. Also there was dog hairs everywhere on the floor, beneath the bed on the mattress. We ended up to have dog hairs on us.

This RV park is a fantastic getaway, with beautiful mature trees creating a peaceful, scenic atmosphere. The new owners are making great improvements, and the bathrooms are impressively clean. The camp managers are incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. Our kids had a blast at the playground and pool, and we loved spotting the wild turkeys roaming the grounds. Whether you're here for ATVing or just to relax in the cozy cabins, this place is a perfect retreat!

Pleasantly surprised! We'd been here before in the past and it's looking better than ever. Kids loved the play area and things were nice and tidy, even the bathrooms. Will be making this a stop in the future for sure.
