I really enjoyed my stay. Abby and the managers were very kind and did everything they could to make my short stay a great one. The pool was perfect for cooling off after a long day of driving and my tent site was grassy & comfortable.

The amenities were clean, the snacking options were plenty, and the shower was perfectly hot with lots of pressure. Everyone from the staff to the long term campers were extremely generous and kind. I’m not sure when I’ll be back in the area, but when I am there’s no where else I’d rather stay :)

Called at the last minute and the owners were very accomodating. The restrooms were very clean. Our dog was very happy to have a fenced in dog run. It was nice enough that we stayed here on our return trip.

We were surprised to find an outdoor kitchen. We didn't use it, but that would be great to make use of if we're ever in the area again. The pool looked inviting, but it was a cold evening, so we passed.

Not being from the area the directions of finding the KOA at the rest area seemed confusing. But the location was good. The pool was enjoyable. We used an electric site and we ended up being very far from the bathrooms (handicapped, but need electricity). Calm, quiet, peaceful KOA. Large tent sites with shade. Bathrooms were good though there was a step up, if I recall.

Very friendly staff. Showers were hot but claustrophobic. Great play ground for kids. Love the grass and green space. Stayed in late June and there are horrible mosquitos.

The check in was great. Our Camp site was great. The only issue was that the shower had drainage issues, and one shower ended up flooding the restroom.

Noreen was extremely helpful and she made the stay pleasant. If I could I would give Noreen 10+ stars. Didn't care for the mosquitoes and the long walk from tent to the bathroom.

Although being full due to a little league tournament, the hosts of this campground went out of their way to make overnight accommodations for us at the end of a long tiring day. the bathrooms were clean and plenty of hot water. This KOA will be on our list for our future annual trips to South Dakota.

We always have a wonderful experience at the Lyman KOA! This campground is amazing with exceptional amenities! We held a family reunion here using the Bowery which accommodates a large group, the swimming pool was close by which the grandkids love, and they set up pickle ball on the basketball court next to the Bowery. The owner and staff are friendly, accommodating, and treat you like family!

They did a great job of making my stay great from the time I called to say I was running behind til I found my campsite !are at night they also have me a site close to restrooms which was much appreciated as I make trips at night to use and am basically night blind. If I need to use them again I will in a heartbeat

The Lyman KOA is very pleasant. There is lots of space between lots, especially for tent campers. Great activities for families. Ice cream is available for warm days. Very green and well kept lawn spaces.

Staff was awesome (let us borrow a hammer, changed our site location to be able to use the power hookup. Our one issue was the excessive mosquitoes at the site. There were so many there was no way you were not going to be a bugs dinner.Other than the bugs it was great.

Great place. I always stay when traveling from Ohio to Idaho. People are amazingly kind and accommodating. Restrooms are neat. The tent sites are huge and grassy with a line of trees.

I wish there were tents sites with electric but customer service was amazing! It was well maintained, clean bathrooms and showers! There was good landscaping and greenery around.

Check in was easy and fast. I ordered dinner at the snack bar and Noreen delivered to my camp site. Clint had the office opened promptly at 8am so I could get coffee and get on the road. Bathroom and shower area was very clean. I really enjoyed my stay.

We just retired and this was the first time I had been at a KOA in 40 years. The Lyman KOA exceeded expectations, nice location, friendly check, clean showers and facility. The overnight stay included a bonus sighting of Sand Hill Crains and a big buck in the field next door. As we travel more in our campervan, I will not hesitate to look at KOA's in the future.

Top-tier quality customer service! We were immediately welcomed by caring staff. The high winds were severe enough to be a safety concern. Staff members made every effort to provide us a site with enough protection so we could pitch our small tent for the night. THANK YOU STAFF! Facilities and grounds are well-tended and clean. We will definitely visit again when we travel that direction.

It's far enough from the interstate that you don't get any traffic noise. The pool looks nice, too bad they didn't have a hot tub to soak the travel woes away. The have a snack bar in the evening plus Ben and Jerry's ice cream in the gift shop along with some other goodies and miscellaneous travel items.
