Staff was awesome (let us borrow a hammer, changed our site location to be able to use the power hookup. Our one issue was the excessive mosquitoes at the site. There were so many there was no way you were not going to be a bugs dinner.Other than the bugs it was great.

Our lodge was great. It was clean. Some pots, pans and dishes were provided. AC worked well. Pool was heated and nice. Staff was very friendly! We bought some souvenirs from their shop.

Very nice camping area that includes a pool, laundry and restroom, cabins, tent sites and RV sites. The RV sites are very close together. The campground was maintained, and the staff was great.

Staff very friendly. Great to have a snack bar available after a long travel day. Park could probably use an updated exit route vs driving over the grass-a little uneven at the time due to rain. 3 large dogs were off leash and ran up to us barking, very startling; dog owner apologized, we took about 20 steps down the road, the dogs were on us again barking right up to us -no leash

The best-kept KOA I’ve ever seen. Well maintained by friendly and capable staff. Great location: convenient access to the interstate but far enough off for quiet.

Great park. Staff led us right to our assigned spot. All grass parking site which made things cooler. Dog loved it. Far enough from the interstate to not hear any traffic, but not too far to get back too. Will stay again

Th The park is in a nice green area. Sites are large and staggered so plenty of space for a little Airstream surrounded by big rvs. No freeway noise or any noise at all. Pleasant staff. Verizon a little slow but works. Only issue was our Gerard water heater stopped working because shared water spigot did not provide the water pressure it requires. Would definitely stay again.

The employees are always courtesy and friendly. Gracious and welcoming. We have stayed at the KOA in Lyman, Wyoming numerous times and each experience has been superb. There were large family gatherings on June 21-June 22, and each group was nether disruptive or noisy. We feel at home when we are in Lyman and look forward to our next visit.

There had been an error in the dates when I booked the reservation. The staff jumped through the hoops and went way out of their way to make sure that we had a site to stay in. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The site was very nice and the area around it the site was very beautiful. Definitely recommend this particular KOA site.

We visit family in Colorado and typically stay at Lyman KOA on the outward and return legs of our trip. Nice campground and staff.

Such a family oriented place....the kids and their activities added to the stay. Heated pool a plus. Staff very helpful and customer oriented. Bathrooms very clean . Good Showers

Great place. I always stay when traveling from Ohio to Idaho. People are amazingly kind and accommodating. Restrooms are neat. The tent sites are huge and grassy with a line of trees.

Cabin was spider infested. I expect bugs and spiders in a campground but this was excessive. The beds were covered in webs, the heater was covered in webs. We bought raid and cleaned it ourselves, I’m sure the campground would have helped but I wanted to make sure we got them all. They were falling from the ceiling, needless to say we didn’t sleep. Camp host was SO nice! Beautiful place!

While swimming in the pool our grandkids saw kittens scattered near the road. We gathered them up to save them and realized one was up a tree! Abby from KOA helped by climbing the tree and pulling the kitten down! We called the local humane society and they cam to pick them up. Noreen took care of them until help arrived. EXCELLENT CARING STAFF! Our grandkids will always love KOAs!

Top-tier quality customer service! We were immediately welcomed by caring staff. The high winds were severe enough to be a safety concern. Staff members made every effort to provide us a site with enough protection so we could pitch our small tent for the night. THANK YOU STAFF! Facilities and grounds are well-tended and clean. We will definitely visit again when we travel that direction.

It's far enough from the interstate that you don't get any traffic noise. The pool looks nice, too bad they didn't have a hot tub to soak the travel woes away. The have a snack bar in the evening plus Ben and Jerry's ice cream in the gift shop along with some other goodies and miscellaneous travel items.

Great experience! Everyone was kind and professional. Facilities were clean and well kept. Showers were great. Pool was very good.
