Our stay was a simple overnight but the staff was excellent. Entering the office to see folks gathering in a TV area and a well stocked c store was unique. The young man behind the desk had our paperwork ready for us, asked if there was anything he could do for us. He jumped in his golf cart and guided us to our site and again assured us that if we needed anything all we had to do was ask.

The Lyman KOA Journey was ok. The black water connection was terrible, and backed up to about 8 inches from the top connection. The blackbwater connection area is concaved I could not connect to septic system due to that issue. Our site was about 25 yards from sewer sludge pond. Bad smell from sludge pond. Other than those two issues, it was a pretty good stay overnight.

We were in a cabin with a kitchenette, bath and two sleeping areas. The cabin met our needs for preparing meals (many common food allergies) and was equipped with A/C so we slept comfortably. We were there one night and had no problems getting in and out. Plan to rent this cabin again.

Although being full due to a little league tournament, the hosts of this campground went out of their way to make overnight accommodations for us at the end of a long tiring day. the bathrooms were clean and plenty of hot water. This KOA will be on our list for our future annual trips to South Dakota.

Unappealing. Mostly there was a group allowed to play bean bag game and be rowdy until well past midnight. A journey KOA should be for resting. Not making noise until all hours keeping travelers up. Not sure where the owner/camp host was during all this. Sorry to have to leave a less than stellar review. The girls in the office were friendly and great though! No issues there.

Staff was friendly and very helpful! Nice surprise to talk to them directly when we called late from the road. They were able to find us a spot, guide us to it, and help get us settled. Nice pull thru buddy sites with swimming pool, fire pits, and dog park.

Very pleasant and courteous service. Well maintained grounds and buildings. Great location and easy to find. Swimming pool was a favorite but we spent time on the horseshoe and basket ball court as well. Restroom facilities clean and pleasant appearance and great shower set ups. Overall a very positive experience. Thank you.

We always have a wonderful experience at the Lyman KOA! This campground is amazing with exceptional amenities! We held a family reunion here using the Bowery which accommodates a large group, the swimming pool was close by which the grandkids love, and they set up pickle ball on the basketball court next to the Bowery. The owner and staff are friendly, accommodating, and treat you like family!

The swimming pool is clean, as are the cabins and bathrooms. A door hinge broke on a cabin door, and it was fixed right away. The staff is friendly and easygoing. We’ve stayed here before, and it’s a great spot to break our journey.

They did a great job of making my stay great from the time I called to say I was running behind til I found my campsite !are at night they also have me a site close to restrooms which was much appreciated as I make trips at night to use and am basically night blind. If I need to use them again I will in a heartbeat

This is a very nice campground with easy pull through sites and some backin sites. Families were enjoying the pool and playground. Restrooms and showers were clean and nice. Staff was great and the camp store and snake bar were nice. The soft serve chocolate ice cream finished off my day perfectly.

Super convenient location, close to Interstate 80. Staff was very welcoming and pleasant. Perfect for an overnight or two. Not much to do in the immediate area, and restaurants are scarce.

Probably the friendliest campground ive had the opportunity to visit. Very peaceful, well kept with overall cleanliness, friendly staff and reasonably priced. I’ve camped here several times and highly recommend this koa.

The Lyman KOA is very pleasant. There is lots of space between lots, especially for tent campers. Great activities for families. Ice cream is available for warm days. Very green and well kept lawn spaces.

Location: perfect! Quiet, peaceful and beautiful. The camping cabins were quite dusty and in need of a good clean. The location makes up for it.

Noreen was fantastic! The camp was clean and quiet. Our only issue was our final morning and our showers were cold due to other campers taking VERY long showers. Thanks for providing a great base camp for us as we explored this corner of WY!

We stayed 2 nights in a small cabin. We enjoyed the pool, friendly atmosphere, clean bathrooms and the use of the laundry facilities. This was part of our vacation and a stopping point for Flaming Gorge Scenic Byway and Fossil Butte National Monument.

The park was small ,grassy clean.the lots were long but a little slim but we fit fine. Noreen the manager was the nicest person, I felt like visiting a old friend when I talked to her. Would for sure go back and spend a some time in this park.

The staff was extremely friendly and available each time I needed them. We stayed in a large cabin and it was pretty clean and perfect for our family (2 adults, 4 small children). The pavilion was great for our extended family gathering. The pool and public bathrooms/showers were clean and well maintained. The volleyball court needs weeded but my kids liked playing in the dirt it provided!

Everything was clean. Pet accommodations were good, children accommodations were very good, and staff were friendly. The pavilion was a great place for family to eat together and have fun on some warm summer nights playing games and eating ice cream!

Top-tier quality customer service! We were immediately welcomed by caring staff. The high winds were severe enough to be a safety concern. Staff members made every effort to provide us a site with enough protection so we could pitch our small tent for the night. THANK YOU STAFF! Facilities and grounds are well-tended and clean. We will definitely visit again when we travel that direction.

It's far enough from the interstate that you don't get any traffic noise. The pool looks nice, too bad they didn't have a hot tub to soak the travel woes away. The have a snack bar in the evening plus Ben and Jerry's ice cream in the gift shop along with some other goodies and miscellaneous travel items.

Great experience! Everyone was kind and professional. Facilities were clean and well kept. Showers were great. Pool was very good.
