Nice well maintained facility for an overnight stop. Great showers and bathrooms. Nice store, pool and playground. Only bad thing was mosquitoes. It’s very flat farmland all around and they had a lot of rain before we stayed there, which might explain that. We actually stayed there twice on one trip because of the good experience.

We paid the highest we’ve ever paid for a KOA and it looked like the worst KOA we’ve ever pulled into! There was no grass to be seen nor a tree. My dog did not have a place to go potty and the staff was rude. we are KOA members and military. We did not see the discount nor did they reflect that on our receipt! They said they gave us the discount! Not So! So.

We stayed for 3 nights and I would stay again. Good Journey campground. Well stocked store and friendly staff. Could stream on the wifi and the pool looked inviting. We did not use the laundry our showers. The high pressure was welcome for our black tank flush. We did use a pressure regulator for the rest of our water needs.

Location was ideal for travelling RVers. The grounds & dog park were well cared for. The staff at check in were friendly & helpful. Sites were big enough to stay overnight with out unhooking tow vehicle.

It was a quick nights stay, but had very good power and water. The spot was nice and level too!

Best part of our stay was the pool and pizza. You need cement pull ins so you are not walking through water everywhere due to rain storms.

Zev checked us in from our LATE night stay and helped us get everything settled. Boys enjoyed the pool and bouncy pad. Game room was good as well.

Weeds and mosquitoes are terrible, couldn’t enjoy outside at all. It’s ok , for a one night stop over, beware it’s junky.

The staff was great, friendly and helpful. The pool is great, the bathrooms clean and nice. But, the rest of the place is tired and rundown. Bath and showers too small, couldn’t use them because they were occupied. We had a pull through without sewer hookup. On the way out we tried to use the dump station but the pipe was under about 10 inches of brown water. Not worth the $70 we paid.

Tight spaces. Little to no shade. Office closes too early. Wanted a pizza. And office was closed. Also needed propane, and office was closed. Nice laundry! Pool was okay, again, needs shade. It was 100 degrees!

We were just passing through. Didn't use any amenities besides the electric. However, we were in site 49. We went out for dinner and getting the truck Nak into position to hook up again was a pain die to the lack of road access in front of the campsite.

Everything was ready for us when we arrived. Office was closed but information was there for us. Loved the pull in and pull out, as it was so easy!

Very friendly staff only stayed one night while traveling. Lots of mosquitoes while we visited so bring some bug spray but all in all very nice big spots pretty quiet being so close to the Interstate would come back.

I have high regard for KOA as my experiences always feel like KOA is not just about making the most money but trying to truly provide all the things one needs to be comfortable on ones journey. I feel a sense of home and comfort including the fact that not everything's is not totally perfect but effort is being made to provide the essentials and i feel like i get recharged

This is my second stay at this location. Perfect for an in transit trip through Denver as it positions me to be only an hour out from getting up early and beating morning rush hour. I have a very large rig and the pull thru sites are easy in easy out access. Clean bathrooms and showers. Sites however are very close together so that should weigh into your decision for extended stays.

Not our first stay here. Great location and very nice park. Would be great if the heavy dust could be controlled better. Also, may want to change directions on site since there is no longer a Pizza Hut near the entrance.

The employee who booked our reservation was patient and kind. Very helpful and knowledgeable, and was able to reserve a site for us despite the website stating the grounds were full with no availability. The bathrooms and showers were very clean. The playground was fun for our children, and the jump pad was a nice added bonus. The pool was a bit chilly, but to be expected for the area.

We noticed a campfire going outside the store front not being attended. The "kids" in the camp store have absolutely no KOA customer service training. We stayed on our way to a destination. This KOA pricey. As a previous KOA owner, I notice a lot! However, if you stay, be sure to visit the Limon historical museum, unusual quality, 9-hole golf course okay. If you are a foodie, forget it.

My site did not drain when it rained. I was under the water most of the time I was there. Had to clean my hydraulic jacks from being underwater. 60 amp electrical cord also muddy. Had to wade in water to disconnect.

It rained and the campground was practically a lake. Terrible drainage even though they said they graded all the sites recently. This campground is in need of some care. Poor grounds maintenance. Not worth the $84 we paid for the night.

My site was very tight. Could barely get my stairs down, had to retract the feet all the way in. Just to tight for the money, will stop elsewhere next time through...

Paid $70 dollars for a full hookup site, no cable or tv stations, sites are very close and hopefully your neighbor doesn’t use their fire pit. Nice pool with lots of chairs but there was kids under 14 in the pool without an adult.

The park is rundown and neglected. Location is the only thing bringing RVers in. It’s mostly used as an overnight stop. A little effort from management could turn this park around but it seems they’re content with the state of the park.

The park is conveniently located outside of Denver on the I-70 making it a perfect overnight stop for travelers heading either direction. It is quiet and clean with friendly efficient staff.

It rained a lot during the night. In the morning under our trailer was a huge puddle, made it very difficult to put everything up to leave. Had to step in 2-3 inches of water. We were in #5, looked to be the worst but others had it too. You might want to put down some more rock so that won’t happen when it rains a lot. Otherwise, everything was fine.

We were parked in space #2. Right next to the trash dumpster lots of flies and very noisy The 50 amp outlet is broken and my cord fell out 2 times Please fix If you have lots of open spaces then please park them away from the dumpster

As a Journey Koa I was disappointed, the ladies shower stall had blobs of hair and black stuff- I typically wear shower shoes and this times I was most grateful I did. For $82 dollars I would have expected better, the grounds were clean enough,

We booked a KOA even though it was more than we wanted to spend because it had a pool and showers. Turns out both the pool and showers were nasty and not usable. Also, when we arrived our packet was outside with our site number but when we got to our site someone was already there. Luckily we saw someone leaving from the office that no longer worked there but could call someone for us. Not happy!

What was supposed to be a one night stay during a trip from Illinois to Glenwood Springs turned into a 5 night stay due to an extreme snow storm. Not only were they out there everyday plowing the snow the staff was very nice and accommodating. They even gave us a free night. Would definitely stay here again. The sites were a little narrow but level and well maintained.
