The campground was okay and the staff there were friendly enough but they are just way over priced. We stayed at this campground two years ago and thought that they were overpriced at that time. There prices have increased 25% since then. We do not plan to return to this campground.

Overpriced, $84 for one night? Rediculous. Road noise, industrial noise from the grain silo. Restrooms a little dirty and the faucets covered with calcium deposits. A lot of flies. When booking you can’t find what the fees are and the phone number doesn’t work. I’m wondering if the kid overcharged and pocketed a few dollars for himself. I’d hate to think so, but $84 for one night???

We stopped for one night the pad was level we didn’t need to unhook.

People were nice. Bathrooms were nice. The main issue was there were no trees or green space. It was a stop on the way to somewhere else. Nothing to see.

The women’s restroom had a plugged drain that needed attention. The staff was very courteous and helpful.

The gentleman at the checkin was very nice. Gravel site that was mostly level. 30 amp and water worked just fine. The water pressure is high so used a regulator. I didn’t use any of the amenities. I was there for one night in a motorhome.

very narrow sites I asked to be moved and told they were full they were 3/4 empty and same in the morning lots of dog poop in the dog park which was disgusting I didn't check the washrooms or laundry . NO I wouldn't stay here again

September 2024, Limon, CO. Front desk person was very friendly and helpful. This was not our first visit/stay at this koa. I was SHOCKED at the price, Two nights @ $84 per night, $169 total cost. I have never paid that much for an RV spot, and I will never pay that again. two other nearby koa’s were similar in cost. Even a 10% discount will not entice me to stay at koa again.

He did give us a pull through site as requested. The campground wasn’t pretty like other KOA’s and we didn’t even have a picnic table. Very small sites.

Outstanding! Nice young fella greeted me at check in and that took 60 seconds max. We had a reservation. He sent us on our way to a nice long FHU pull through. Maybe site 5? We didn’t encounter a single fly and the legend of the hordes of bunnies wasn’t true either. I did see one or two. Anyway, nice level site and of course all utilities worked as they should.

We use this as a stopping of point for a longer trip. The Czechin process was flawless, and the two young man that checked us in we’re very pleasant and very helpful. The campsite itself was relatively level, and there was no trouble in leveling off our coach. I was concerned about the road noise from interstate 70, but it was minimal. The campsites are a little close together, but not too close

Outrageously expensive. No cable TV and OTA for only 4 channels was unwatchable. Upon starting to dump the sewer port overflowed. Never again.

We arrived at 630pm The ladies bathroom was so dirty and smelly I chose not to even take a shower it’s the worst koa bathroom I have seen! The flies were horrible Never coming back

One night stay traveling. Clean and parking easy with mostly pull-thrus. Can hear hwy noise otherwise quiet. Very nice large dog park!

It’s ok for an overnight stay but if staying longer just dirt and weeds by the site. Not inviting to sit outdoors. The pool was clean. Very expensive for what you get!!

Restrooms very clean easy check in. Where it’s located you are in a dead zone for internet an tv. There is WiFi but you can’t stream with it. For the price of staying they should have better WiFi . That is my main reason for 3 star

It was in a very small town nothing really to do don’t go for more then an overnight unless you like nothing to do. Also was kept very well. Our site was not very clean some trash on it and the sites are close together were you can almost see in the other campers window

The restrooms were clean but had a musty odor. The shower head literally crumbles in my husband's hand. Parkingwas easy and the hookups were fine. I just expected a little more for the price we paid.

campground was nice only problem was the mosquitos were terrible and made the stay uncomfortable.. I realize this may be out of the control of the owner but maybe there is a way to spray for the mosquitos.

What was supposed to be a one night stay during a trip from Illinois to Glenwood Springs turned into a 5 night stay due to an extreme snow storm. Not only were they out there everyday plowing the snow the staff was very nice and accommodating. They even gave us a free night. Would definitely stay here again. The sites were a little narrow but level and well maintained.
