Location is great. The staff is friendly. But the park is tight and in need of a lot of maintenance. Good for a rest stop but not a destination park.

Too pricey for location and conditions of Campgrounds. Bathroom was filthy. Tons of rabbits if you like wildlife. Not going back. It's a franchise so owners must not care.

Our stay was just for one night but it was good. Staff was great. Site were dirt which was okay but not very level. It was quiet, you could hear some of the highway noise but it didn't brother us.

It was okay for an over night. At lot of dirt and not much gravel or grass. Had a pool and other things but we only pulled in late and left early. The people at the park/front were very nice and accommodating.

Highly overpriced. $70 for an overnight. We only used the 30 amp electric. No propane fill on site. It is winter and the place was mostly empty. I will stop short or drive further to avoid this park.

Bathrooms were fair. Right off of freeway. Booked 1 night stay over app at 1:20 and noted late arrival. When we arrived nothing was in the after hrs box. Not the biggest deal but we always get an uneasy feeling when not checked in properly.

Despite having recently had a significant snowstorm, the sites were clear, the restrooms clean, and the young people who checked us in were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

We were only there overnight and did not use any of the facilities. The campground was very full. We were parked next to 2 young couples who were very nice.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Restrooms are clean, but showers could use updating. Spaces are easy to get into. We stay here often when traveling CO to KS. Ground level KOA sign is a little hard to spot.

Nice campground and stopping point. Very friendly staff. Two nice dog runs. One large and a smaller one. No over the air TV and cable tv cord was there, but isn’t connected. Showers were clean, but could use some TLC. Nice playground for the kiddos.

Site had been dug up it rained and turned to mud no stone put back on dig up- Full timers in and out noisy trucks running between sites ��

We were there for only 1 night. Staff very helpful and friendly. Bathroom/showers were dirty, cold and had obviously not been cared for.

The site was tight and not well maintained. The sewer was low in the ground so I had to use an extension which I just recently started carrying.

Although a sign was placed on the door to alert us they were short staffed, this was a huge inconvenience for us as we wanted to sign up for the KOA rewards program! Eight dollars down the drain. Also, the laundry area was a wreck, door broken off one washer, another washer and a dryer out of service which was nicely marked. Game room, Pool table, couldn’t get the balls out, and tip less sticks

Way overpriced!!! Pedestal threw breaker in middle of night, ladies bathroom stinks of either pee or dirty mop water, trash hadn’t been emptied anywhere around the park and just overall appeared unkept. No real reason to have assigned us a spot right against another camper when half the sites were empty. Wouldn’t stay again.

We were told that the only sites left were full hook up. Paid $74.18 for the site. Sewer cap was stick and would not open. Bathroom had horrible smell. Most machines in the laundry room were out of order. Soap dispenser was empty. There was a box of laundry soap, so maybe that was put there to compensate. Understand it is a small town, but feel we were way overcharged for what we got.

We normally stay here overnight when traveling to Colorado or back. It’s an easy in and out, has a nice dog park and staff is friendly. Restrooms are clean and sites are pretty level. There is some traffic noise, but that’s the price you pay for an easy in and out!

Checked in after darj and there was a large hole beside the water and power hookup. I tripped and almost fell. There was no reason for this torn up ground to be at the space and it was definitely a fall risk!! (Photos available.) In addition, the spaces were so close together that our "patio" space had the grill and firepit UNDER the pull-out of the trailer next to us. HAZARD!!!

Men’s restroom faucets had thick caked on stuff on faucets and GFCI plugs broken so both receptacles were not available. Protruding cut tree branch near trailer a safety hazzard. Infrastructure does not justify high price. Front desk people were very nice and helpful, however.

Excellent accommodations. Aliyah the manager went over and above to take care of us. Entire staff was pleasant and helpful. Laundry room and restrooms were great. We look forward to our next visit there. Thank you all! Congrats for running a great place!

What was supposed to be a one night stay during a trip from Illinois to Glenwood Springs turned into a 5 night stay due to an extreme snow storm. Not only were they out there everyday plowing the snow the staff was very nice and accommodating. They even gave us a free night. Would definitely stay here again. The sites were a little narrow but level and well maintained.
