A lot of improvements are needed

STAYED THERE BECAUSE OUR TRUCK BROKE DOWN. THEY WORKED WITH US BECAUSE WE WEREN'T SURE HOW LONG WE WOULD HAVE TO STAY. GIRLS IN OFFICE WERE GREAT.

Neither the cable nor WiFi worked and the campground needs some attention. We felt like we definitely not get what we paid for. We have stayed at many KOA across the USA and Limon has been our least favorite.

Good level site with w/e hookups, clean bath, friendly staff. That's what I got out of it since wifi, cable, and pool were nonfunctional. Had no use for the jump pad. Way overpriced for what's received.

We only stayed one night. We called ahead to make reservations since we arriving after business hours. The late arrival instructions were clear and we had no issues. We were out early the next morning so we did not use any facilities but it looked very clean. We would stay here again.

Park and dog park were completely covered in dog poop. This is the highest price we have paid for a KOA and was a terrible park. No cable, it was broken. Weeds and grass needed to be mowed. Campsites were not checked after campers leave. We found a bag of dog poop right by our picnic table. Ordered a pizza and they were out if two ingredients, They did have clean restroomd.

Cable was out of service. Wifi didn't reach our site. Too many flies, etc. Priced too high for all the inconveniences. Very disappointed, although the 2 young employees behind the counter were a pleasure, very nice and courteous.

Not at all up to KOA standards. Not well maintained. Sites are too close together. Had to have neighbor pull in his awning before I could depart.

Corp and managers need to update their park. Grounds uneven, picnick tables wore out, weeds and bathrooms need updated, other parks are beautiful. I would think managers would want to take pride in their KOA.

Needs a lot of attention.Caps missing of of sewer line.Wifi sporadic.Cable doesn’t work.Lightning in mens shower dim,no shower curtain.Cigarette butts scattered around site.Run down.

Initial site assigned electrical hookup was intermittent. There was no cable TV and the WiFi did not work at our site (54), the iPad couldn’t locate the service. However, it as was a place to park for the night, it was acceptable.

The stay was satisfactory. My only quibble is that the office hours posted online did not match the actual office hours. We made an effort to arrive an hour before "closing" so that we could be oriented by staff, but the office had already been closed for an hour. The after hours check in went fine, and it all worked out, but it would have been good to know accurate information.

We had an emergency and needed a place for two trailers. The staff was very helpful and took care of us.

The bathhouse needs cleaned and updated. Moldy shower curtains, full trash cans and just run down. The dog park had no bags available and the dog poop bins around the park were overflowing and trash was laying around them.

I would have given a 4, but we stayed in cabin 3 and the door gets stuck on the floor and doesn't open well at all, other than that it was nice. This isn't a destination KOA, as the surrounding are pretty bland, but it makes a great pit stop along the way! Bathrooms were very clean and fully stocked. Office was closed when I arrived, but my keys were ready for me, very convenient!! Thank you Limon

The site was fine, as expected. The restrooms needed some work. Mold on the shower curtains and not clean showers. Hot water was nice though. Store was good as well. Game room was worn out.

Pool had green water. Check in time is the latest I have encountered, 2:00 pm with a $5 fee for checking in early. The only good part I seen was the woman at the office was polite.

Good location. Cute town. Good service & friendly staff. Nice store. Great secure wifi. New owners working hard to upgrade cable. Would stay again!

Extremely helpful staff! Had incident with our deadbolt lock on our entry door and they really assisted. Sites were in line with other campgrounds of it's caliber. Very clean area. WiFi was good for our purposes and easy to connect. Sewer connect passed the thread test easily. Navigation was simple, even for out 43' MH with tow vehicle.

Advertising was false. No cable. No hot pizza after a long day of travel. Very weak WiFi - came and went. Didn’t use laundry or shower, but appeared clean.

Unreliable WI FI, no cable tv and over priced compared to other KOA we have stayed at. Dog park was dirty. ThIs KOA is not responsible for the park.

Upon check in just before 1:00pm, I was informed that check in wasn’t until 2, and if in the future I arrived before 2, I would not be able to check in. I WONT BE ARRIVING THERE AGAIN. Cable was not working and local TV & radio almost non existent! Grounds very unkept with grass and weeds. All of the doggie dumpsters were full and bag dispensers were empty. I think not having cable or OTA TV

Nice young man checking us in but place was in very bad disrepair. Trashy, dead landscaping. Very unappealing. Won’t be back.

No cable and no Antenna reception so any long term stay would be no fun. The Pizza machine was broken, waiting on parts? Cable TV wasnt working waiting for off season to repair? The store seemed very light on inventory, very little ice cream choices. Staff was courtious but they place overall needs work.

Ok camp. Clean laundry, nice gift shop, pool ? But no cable, although hookups worked they are old. The most annoying was 2days after we arrived, they decided to use a weed wacker on the weeds/grass between sites that was about 4 inches high. Weeds and Rick getting flung around. Worried fir our vehicle getting hit but did not. Then they just left those thick weeds laying there.

Friendly staff but very poorly stocked store, no bread, milk, can opener...The campground itself was side by side gravel pull throughs....like a parking lot.Functional but not pretty

This is one of those KOA’s that has a ton of potential but falls short due to power issues on some of the posts, weeds everywhere, and the washers inside the laundry room need to be cleaned out. New site was level and power was good. Road noise was minimal. Good for an overnight stay but a little pricey compared to 5 star KOAs. Lots of potential just a little neglected looking right now.

We feel this KOA is a good place to stop for the night or spend several days here as a base camp. We felt the upgraded tent sites are worth traveling extra distance to stay here. This KOA is no secret as it is always quite busy. Reservations during the warmer months are strongly encouraged. We visited May 2024
