Spots are really close together so no privacy. Great store and game room. Not a destination for long stays but great for overnight. Everyone there was super nice. Hopefully new owners get things turned around.

Large RV pull thrus are very skinny. What small amount of area outside our motorhome we did have was mounds of dirt, couldn’t sit in a chair. Grounds are not kept up, weeds everywhere. Unnecessary junk laying around. No definition of spaces. Dog park was a mess with trash, weeds, gates not working properly, no bags. You should be embarrassed to get 81.00 a night for this place.

Slips are not near leveled out, the wifi was sooo weak signaled you couldn't pick it up most of the time, the grounds were weed laiden, the office doesn'topen until 9AM????. Not what you would expect for $90. NEVER A SECOND TIME.

Really this place is over priced. A portion of these lots are well maintained another portion hadn’t seen a lawnmower or weed whacker in weeks. We had to take a picnic table from 2 lots over to have breakfast. No internet as advertised. No cable, if you have a dish they give you the coordinates- big whoopy. Pwr, H2O & sewer worked as promised. I ran out of characters- see my Google review

1) Bathrooms filthy and without toilet paper in the morning !!!! 2) Bathrooms full of mosquitos 3) Rabbits running everywhere, delicious meals for snakes!

We've stayed at this KOA many times, and always impressed at how well cared for. This time, there are weeds growing everywhere, they had known outages of no phone service, no TV service, no WiFi service, yet we were charged the normal $73.00 weekend rate. This will be last time we stay there.

Deserves serves several awards for LEAST in the following categories friendly & helpful staff facilities meeting KOA standards and on and on EXTREMELY overpriced at $75/night worth at most $15/night Will stay in rest area or Walmart or state prison before I stay here again

The town has no over the air TV stations, KOA Website says this place has cable TV, but NO, it doesn't work. Internet was good enough for streaming till park filled up later that night

Office staff were very nice, but the koa itself was a dirty mess. Trash everywhere. Looked like a tractor drug out the rocks and pulled up the cloth line from under the rock, had to drive over the trash to park on a spot.

We stayed here at the beginning of June, right after the major rains when the park was very wet. The staff was friendly and the pull thru spots, 39-40, were decent. The spots had gravel on them, some weeds, but was no issue. We stayed again on our way home, the staff still very friendly, but they used a drag on all the sites, which made then very unlevel and very soft, also super dusty. (41)

This is a no thrills stop. The town is small. The sites were level , place is sort of kept up . They should get rid of the grills as they are nasty. Picnic table was old and warped .

Ill stay there again because its okay and in a good location. But it’s depressingly unattractive. Example - Weed barrier under the campsites is shredded and scattered.

Sites are way too close for big rigs. We have a diesel pusher 43 feet with slides on both side and it looks way too close to the other sites. Picnic table is next to the neighbors sewer system and on the other side grill is 3 feet from the coach. Sites are not level. It’s a decent place for small RVs

This KOA was fine but nothing to write home about. Almost no trees. I know it's eastern CO but maybe try having a few trees or bushes. It's a place to stay where there aren't many options. Bathroom was clean. But for the price versus what you get...I'd prefer not to stay again.

I think this was my most disappointing KOA experience. No escort to our site and never once saw a staff member or host around the campground, neither on foot or cart. Weeds taking over all the sites and dog areas. Very pricey. Have had much nicer stays at other KOAs for a fraction of the cost. Hopefully new mgmt will be able to turn it around. It's okay for a 1 night stop if needed.

The staff at the Limon KOA was extraordinary! And they all went out of their way to make sure every camper was happy and comfortable! And the manager, Aliyah, was a phenomenal host and manager! You could also tell a lot of work had been done to the campground to make it more scenic! I was very impressed!

The young lady working the front desk at checkin was unbelievably awesome at her job. I needed to renew my membership (hadn’t renewed because of Covid). She was very efficient in getting everything all taken care of. Recommend places to eat in Limon. Very sweet young lady with a great personality. Right off I 70. Our spot was nice, big pull through. High water pressure. Need a regulator.

Stay was good. Considering that was a back up site I found it expensive for the night. But in general the campground is good and well maintained.

What was supposed to be a one night stay during a trip from Illinois to Glenwood Springs turned into a 5 night stay due to an extreme snow storm. Not only were they out there everyday plowing the snow the staff was very nice and accommodating. They even gave us a free night. Would definitely stay here again. The sites were a little narrow but level and well maintained.
