Other than the hot water not working in the shower house nearest our site, the stay was exemplary. The staff warned us about the hot water issue and apologized. They even warned us about bike thefts in the area and offered to store our bicycles in the back of th office for added security. This was much appreciated. Staff was friendly and attentive. Great people!

We checked in at 1:30am. We were super late and forgot to follow the instructions to contact the hosts. However, host was kind enough to answer the phone and let us know the bathroom door code which we are able to use the showers. Showers were clean and I felt safe all the time. Thank you

It would have been nice if this koa let you know that construction was in progress right next to the resort and loading dump trucks starts at 6 am. We would have stayed somewhere else had we known.

We always love to stay at your beautiful RV park in January. Too bad the city allows construction to start at 6 AM. Tearing down a building was quite disturbing first thing in the morning.

very sorry about the noise, we have been told they are going to blow up the structure we would love to make this an event and a watch party. we will also be glad when the noise is over with.

Staff, check in, and sites are great...always stay here when in Vegas with the RV. Bathrooms and showers do need cleaning...for as nice as this campground is I was surprised at the lack of cleanliness of the bathroom and shower areas.

Great park. Wonderful location. Staff were fantastic. Only issue was no hot water in the closest facility. It was cool though, walked to the other one.

We stayed at Sam's Town Las Vegas and my husband has accessibility issues and we were staying for a longer period of time they ended up moving us to the further away lot even after I offered doctors notes. They pick and choose who the rules are bent for. And the further away lot is nasty they dont make the long term people keep clean areas. Old fridges and rotten furniture outside of their Rv.

We love this Koa it is a great property. This time they are tearing down the old casino south of it and was a little noisy. Not the koa fault but hopefully it will be do e soon

I appreciate that the campsite had lights and I saw the staff drive around several times both day and night. I paid attention to this because the immediate area outside the campsite is located in a very rough part of Vegas.

Sharon from the office was so great! Very friendly and informative. We also LOVED the paw pens! We have two fairly large dogs and to not have to keep them leashed up while outside was so nice! I wish all the campgrounds had those!

Very clean bathrooms very clean showers. Enjoy staying here. Hot tub area are a good place for kids. We enjoyed the hot tub it was a great day for a family close to the strip close to restaurants. Every time we come to Las Vegas this is where we stay love it here.

I have stayed here several times and each one has been enjoyable. Very friendly staff, Sam’s Town has a lot to offer and is located right on the property. Easy on and off the main highway.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Campground was clean and well maintained. I found this location to be convenient since it is directly across from a Walmart. I did not realize until arrival that a site picnic table was not included in the rate and had to be separately added to the total cost.

Guests walking their dogs are letting them go to the bathroom in RV spaces. A lady walking her dog let her dig poop right behind our neighbors motor home. See a guy let his dog pee on the water hookup in a unoccupied spot. Need to enforce the use of the dog areas. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Everyone here is very lovely. I enjoy walking in the park in the morning with my dog. I am a single camper and feel very safe. The casino Sam's Town have a movie theater, bowling alley, restaurants, and so much more. Fun and a great place to stay

We extended a day because we were told 25% off to do so. It was 25% off a higher rate than what we had paid for the days we were there. (Let me give you a 25% discount after I increase rate 20+ percent). We called ahead to ask about the pool as our granddaughter was going to stay with us and wanted to swim. Yes, it is heated was the answer, but it was too cold to swim in. Hot tub was warm

The staff is inept. We paid on the phone and got there late. Told the girl we would be late. No packet, could not use internet and had to call customer service to take a shower. Got attitude from the staff. Not going back and putting the issue on social media.

We had a great stay! The entire staff couldn't have been nicer and more friendly to us. One of the staff members even gave us a ride to the Casino in their golf cart. We will most definitely be back next time we are in Nevada. Thanks, Sam's Town KOA!

Nice overnight stay. Concrete pads make it nice, I wish there was some grass or rock in-between spots. Just an FYI that there isn't any air conditioning in the restrooms/ showers so it is very hot in there in the summer. Nice little store has a little bit of everything you need and the staff are.very nice. I would stay here again.
