Just an overnight layover but the staff was very polite courteous and professional. The spot I was placed in only had 50 amp service and my unit was only capable of 30 amp. They quickly provided me with a 50/30 adapter and got me going. My space was clean and well maintained as was the entire park. TYes I would stay again and plan on it but the next time will be for 4-6 dyas.

Sam’s Town KOA was great! The showers/bathroom were clean, well stocked, and warm. The general store had a little bit of everything. The tv spots were well maintained and roomy. The only thing you need to keep a heads up about is any grassy area, dog owners tend to not pick up after their pets.

Needed a place to stay for the weekend with our dogs and they did not disappoint. The paw site with fenced area was great and the entire place was very clean and nice.

Stay was good but the selection of television stations was very poor. Only the local channels had audio and all of the rest had poor pictures and the audio was not working. Please get it fixed so all the channels listed in the brochure are available to view and enjoy.

This is our 2nd time here and we would come back and stay here again anytime. The staff is always so kind and helpful. Pull thru sites are easy peasy, great location.

The office staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable. The restrooms are very well kept along with the pool/ hot tub. Great stay at a reasonable price.

Not safe. KOA in alow income area, lot of homeless people. People roaming & cutting through the campground. Bathrooms vandalized, toilets broken & clogged. Repairs took a day. Our bike was stolen from our patio. Parked at front door for 1/2 hour. door and windows open & we were inside. KOA had broken dump site, broken propane and water leak. It is not gated and no security. Spaces short & close

brief but very good. the remote rest room only has one stall, which can cause a wait.

It was not good this time around… people who were living there ran there truck for 4 hours well we smelled his exhaust, the next morning someone from his party woke up at 4am and had to warm up his truck for 45 minutes, they had 3 trucks out front of there spot. Thank god I was leaving or I would have requested to move.

we are sorry your experience was not a great one. we are also sorry not everyone understands camping etiquette. that person apologized and moved all of his spare vehicle to the parking garage where they should have been in the first place.

Nice accommodations, located right next door to Sam's Town. Very helpful front staff. Only annoying event was neighbor expanded into our spot when we had left for the day, and we had to move to another spot. Luckily the front desk was still open or we would've been out of a spot! Not KOA's fault, but the respect of others that come here.

The lots are very roomy, the streets are wide. Everything is kept so clean, staff is amazing and communication is second to none. Easy access to repair techs and cleaning services for our rigs. An easy walk to Sam's Town casino and all the awesome restaurants. We will be back in march for the races!!!

Everything was very clean and it was easy in and out. However, I think your web site should show both the length and width of each site. It only shows the length.

We've always had a good stay at the Sam's Town KOA. The only issue I can think of is that we had some pushback when we asked for a late checkout. Our son has special needs, and sometimes we must time our schedule around his needs. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

Enjoyed our stay here overall. Someone was chain smoking in the bathroom, so that kinda sucked. But that's not necessarily the KOA's fault. Other than being a little loud, since Vegas is well, loud. We'd likely stay here again.
