Stayed 2 nights. At first we got a small spot, no table or anything…asked for another spot right by the office and public area where there were tables and chairs and a barbecue. It was the best spot! We walked over to the casino at night. We got an uber to go to the strip and Fremont st. Lots of action!

Very quiet on this trip. In all the times we have stayed here, never saw the camp spaces so empty - especially with a NASCAR race in town.

One of the nicest, cleanest, places we've stayed. Reasonable prices. Ate at The Angry Butcher in Sam’s Towm next door and it was amazing. Store folks were sweet and kind. Thanks!

A clean friendly place. Staff would drive you to Samstown casino, shops and restaurants if requested. We would stay again.

Highly recommend this KOA. It’s large but very quiet. Great store. Close to Walmart. Sam’s Casino has decent restaurants and is within walking distance.

Oh Boy, talk about a black-eye. Had our E-Bike stolen right out of the campsite. Told the office & the staff member who answered said "Me too and mine was locked!" Talked with another camp worker and the same thing happened to him along with 2 other guests he mentioned. WHAT?! Couldn't mention THAT when we checked in??? Warn us? Nothing?? We won't be back and will tell others STAY AWAY too!

It was a wonderful stay The pool was beautiful so it was a hot tub The bathrooms are very clean and the people were extremely friendly I definitely will come back and highly recommend this to anybody else that is going to come to Vegas and their RV

Our second night at KOA the lock was cut on our electric bike and bike was stolen. The office kept our other bike for us but gave no compensation. We were given a notice after bike was stolen that they were aware of the bike thief. We had our daughter and two year old grandson fly in to vacation with us and did not feel safe at all. Will not come back again.

We stayed for 6 nights. Very quiet. Easy access to hiway and shopping. Easy to get to Samstown casino.

This location definitely needs better security at the entrance. The area is full of homeless, drug users, thieves and such. I had my e-bike stolen from a far back campsite… the person should not have been able to access the campground…. Unfortunate KOA doesn’t do more in this arena due to the neighborhood they’re located in. I will not stay there again. Property is not safe!

We liked this campground. The location was convenient- having the Sam's Town casino next door was a plus. Our site had a paw pen but our dogs came in with thousands of sticky burrs in their coats. We set up our own and didn't use the paw pen again. The laundry was good as were the showers. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

We used this KOA as a launching pad for the NASCAR race. We have stayed here before while visiting Las Vagas and we enjoy the fact that it is just far enough from the strip as to be much quieter. The amenities were clean , the staff very helpful. We will be back soon William and Shirley Henry. With friends.

Very Nice stay, it was our 2nd time staying here. It's safe, and Wal-Mart is across the highway. Everything is in walking distance.

We have been staying here twice a year for the nascar races since march of 2022. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating every time. The site is always clean and everything functions as it should. We look forward to staying for many more years to come.

We’ve stayed at Sam’s a couple times now. We like the location, the park is clean and the roads are wide making it easier to maneuver through. It is an easy short walk to the casino for dinner. The staff was friendly and helpful except for the maintenance man driving the golf cart who was unpleasant in appearance and attitude. All in all, Sam’s RV is a very nice park to stay.

Loved being able to just pull in a drive through spot, hook up & relaxed in record time. Park was very clean & well maintained. Neighbors were very friendly & helpful. We actually arrived late (& in the dark) & friendly neighbors helped us find our spot. The dog run was very useful. We were exhausted and to our surprise when we hooked into the park's internet signal it was clear and fast.

Spots were so-o-o close together. Truck had to be parked half on the road. Guy next to us looked like he lived there with small sleeping unit. Played music outside extremely loud and looked to be high on something.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

everyone enjoys camping differently, i assure you your neighbor is just visiting and stays here short term about twice a year, sorry your experience was not as good for you as his is for him.

Nice park. I would stay at KOA Las Vegas at Sams Town again. I would also eat at the Angry Butcher in Sams Town again. Great food and great KOA, a winning combination.

40' spot and could hardly fit 38' RV. Very expensive for little spot. Absolutely no room between sites. Others parking extra car on your lot. Worst RV campground i have ever staid in.

The park is a shopping store for theives. I stayed her for a year and the amount of theives and druggie that come into the park was surprising. The management didn't seem concerned about it even though they got several complaints. The park needs cameras abd 24 hour security to be safer They were building a n entrance gate when we left and it was the worst construction I have ever s÷en.

Nice overnight stay. Concrete pads make it nice, I wish there was some grass or rock in-between spots. Just an FYI that there isn't any air conditioning in the restrooms/ showers so it is very hot in there in the summer. Nice little store has a little bit of everything you need and the staff are.very nice. I would stay here again.
