RV park facilities are very run down, showers filthy, people did not clean up after their dogs. Very friendly staff.

Very clean, level sites. Excellent customer service. Only downside is the nois from demolition of the high rise next door, air plane traffic and highway noise. None of which is the fault of the rv park. Planning on returning.

We always enjoy our stay at the Vegas KOA. Staff is friendly and helpful as well as the park, pool, hot tub, laundry are always clean.

Lots of sites available, very clean, friendly service, great pet areas. Overall very nice. The only problem we had was having enough parking space for our truck, but thankfully our neighbor worked with us to accomodate the parking situation.

Staff was very nice and helpful. My wife and kids were walking to Sam's for dinner and the staff offered them a ride in the golf cart. My kids were tired and hungry from traveling and this kind gesture helped tremendously. The staff also helped provide small RV parking recommendations so we could visit the strip after our check out.

It is a lovely park, very well kept up. When we found a water leak at 6am and tried both the emergency number and the office number were not working. A little frustrating to not be able to contact some one, but other then that this is always a great place to stay, close to everything you want to do.

Campsite was well maintained. We checked in late and even a host was waiting for us and help us check in. Bad thing is not the fault of the campsite or KOA. There is a pair of selfish couple locked up the 3 showers stall and enjoyed a long showers by themselves. Of course I was waiting waiting and waiting, they enjoyed the long showers, made a mess and everything are wet, floor was wet and dirty.

Just a quick stop over on our way back home to Florida. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The park is well kept and convenient.

Very neat, clean park. Sites nice and long. Neighbors are close. Used laundry and pool - both fine. Easy to pick up bus into the strip. Close to shopping and dining. Obviously nearly attached to namesake casino. Staff was excellent and helpful. Would stay again.

Wonderful park…. I loved the layout and spaces…..the pool and hot tub were clean and operational…. Much appreciated the laundry and showers also ….. we were here in December of 2019 and we came back here for better weather and the park is great!

Super clean! Heated pool & Jacuzzi :) Just finished our overnighter there and we live in Vegas! Amazing staff including when checking in, easy pullup check in! We will return :) They also have a safe lighted walkway to the Sam's Town Casino....

The campground is kept so nice. Very clean and pleasant. They seem to leave a spot in between unless they are busier. We've had spots with a shade and table with chairs, and a small fenced dog area. We really like this campground. Been here twice. We haven't checked any others out in this area. The casino is also kept very nice so the two times we've been there we have really liked it!

The campground was clean and safe. The pool, hot tub and bath house were lovely. I was surprised to have to pay $10.00 extra to have a picnic table at our site.

Very nice but bare minimum sites. No tables, packed in like sardines! Nice dog oak! Very nice grounds. Would stay there again if passing thru!

All staff were SO friendly and helpful. The bathroom and laundry room were so clean. The grounds were well kept. We were particularly impressed with their attention regarding the security of our e-bikes and offered to keep them in the office and accommodated us to bring them in after office hours. Hope to return.

The facility is clean, well groomed & maintained, staff:nice and accommodating- an 8! An extreme mentally unstable (uncontrolled vulgar and nonsensical outburst's) person secured the keypad code to enter the restroom facilities.I was alone, showering-frightening! Staff said they cannot control who gives out the keypad code. Reasonable, BUT- THEN install a vehicle AND pedestrian gate & KEY card.

Front desk friendly but NO SECURTIY. They have a bike theft issue & only tell guests to secure their bikes. We did, they cut thru 2 lg stainless steel locksets & stole 4,000.00 e-bike. Neither KOA or Sam's Town have added security to mitigate problem. Police called and said crime on Boulder Hwy is bad. Recommended to stay at other locations in Vegas. Shame on KOA. DON'T BOOK HERE.

Like most city campgrounds, it is basically a parking lot with utilities. Bathrooms are very clean. Pool is nice and clean. Bathrooms are not sure conditioned. Laundry was also nice and clean.
