We found bugs in the cabin along with empty cans on the table and trash in the cabin's trash can. It did not appear to be cleaned after the last occupants.

I was the first person to stay in the new couples cottage, and I absolutely loved it! It's a beautiful campground that is operated by the most wonderful staff. Definitely recommend! ���

Lovely cabin. The curtain print in the cabin is adorable. Lovely campground also. Very dog friendly. Very friendly host.

The cabin was a little chilly was only issue. There was a small space heater, but it was only set on medium. If it was turned up to high, I'm sure that it would have been warmer in the cabin. Nicole was great to make our reservation and had Things To Do posted on the website & in our confirmation email. She helped us on the phone w/directions too. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it more.

The keys were right where we expected when we arrived super late. (Thank you). Appreciate the map. The cabin met our expectation. A quiet, warm place to catch a few hours of much needed rest. The bathroom was clean.

This KOA has the most beautiful grounds of any KOA I have stayed at. The staff was so kind hearted and helpful. There was a pool and laundry I could have used. The cabin was clean, spacious and comfortable. Clean bathrooms too.

We had a complicated reservation (2 cabins, 1 car, 1 moving truck, 2 dogs, 1 cat, 3 adults) that they sorted out with ease. The wonderful man on duty when we arrived had us follow him to the sites, showed us where to park the truck, and even helped us dispose of some broken furniture properly. Grr, I should have reviewed this KOA closer to the stay - I THINK his name was Jim? KOA for the win!

We had a great time! It’s quiet, the staff is welcoming and friendly. It’s clean and well kept! The pool was amazing. We will definitely be back!!

My partner and I (and our two dogs) had a great stay! Just needed a quick night’s stay since we were on our way home (16hr drive). Cabin #2 met all our needs and more. And the fenced in dog area was an awesome bonus!

It was a very lovely surprise...we have stayed at many KOA cabins...and none of them have had a TV or refrigerator. The grounds were very well kept and the cabin was easy to get to. Thank you for a lovely stay...

It was a very nice place to stay. Very peaceful. Enjoyed that little cabin. We arrived around 6:30 and thought they would be there till 8:00 p.m. so was slightly disappointed we didn't get to talk with them first because we couldn't figure out the Roku TV for the local channels but that was just a very minor inconvenience. We drove around the facility and everything looked nice and clean.

That koa no place for dishwasher. I clean the dish with my kitchen towel.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

As there is no cooking allowed in our Kamping Kabins, we do not have a dish washing station. We apologize if this was unclear. Knowing how the Kamping Kabins work now, we hope you will join us again.

The best KOA we've ever stayed in, hands down! Typically KOAs are right next to the highway....not this one. We got a great night sleep! The cabin is cute and the bath/showers were clean. If we find ourselves in that area again, we'll be staying here!!

We stayed in our 5th wheel RV. The park has a real calming and tree filled setting. The staff is very welcoming! Very quiet, we would definitely stay here again!

We like to stop here when we go south east from KCMO. We tried to stop on our way back, but due to the eclipse, they were booked 2 months ahead of our trip. Will definitely stay here again on our way south east. Great over night for us.

Not disappointed…. The team were awesome! Started out as a one night stop, but our slide wouldn't retract. The folks recommended a mobile rv service that was phenomenal!!! Since the repair service had to order a part, our one night turned into a 3 night stay. Level sites lots of trees, very quaint, friendly and accommodating staff. The biggest bonus was having faith in the local mobile RV service to recommend them with hesitation. We've work camped across the US these past two years and other places just have a business card holder, there are the cards no recommendation. (No one wants to be responsible for a bad experience- I get it) At the Paducah KOA, they brought me the business card and vouched for the quality of Austin's work…. THAT FOLKS is Customer Service. It's obvious the staff strive for top tier customer satisfaction. If our travels bring us back this way, this is definitely our preferred stop.
