Power plug in was extremely loose, causing under-voltage protection to trip, resulting in power to the RV tripping. I recognize that the park is under some construction, but this site is unsafe!

The owners are incredibly friendly and the property is gorgeous with tons of trees. Our site was level and we enjoyed our stay. There is some construction going on (because it is a new KOA) which will make it even better!

This is a brand new KOA. The new owners are putting in lots of money in upgrades and expansions. We were in brand new site (36) that was not quite ready for prime time. It had rained a lot to exacerbate the problem. The property is beautiful and has a large Frisbee golf course that runs through the property and the lawns are like fairways. They are just finishing installing new little log cabins.

Beautiful and quiet setting with lots of huge nature trees to give lovely shade.

This campground is an insult to KOA, everything except the dog run was substandard. The charge was excessive at $80 + dollars a night for what should have been $35 - $40. This campground gives KOA a bad wrap, not sure how they can call it a KOA. It's my understanding they have plans for numerous upgrades why do they charge for a first rate campground when they are a substandard campground.

We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and we were very impressed. We love the layout and how quiet the campground is. Staff was very friendly and seem to be doing a lot to improve the campground. We will definitely be staying here again.

They are in the process of construction and improving the park. otherwise I would have given them 5 stars and 10 out of 10. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. The location is ideal right off of route 70 and just over 30 minutes from downtown Indianapolis. Super peaceful and quite. They are in process of renovation so if you have a larger 35+ft RV bring extra hoses and cords to hookup.

This campground is under new ownership. As it takes time to get things going, everyone will have to be patient. You can tell they are working hard to Make things happen. We were only their for one night, but it was very quiet and nice. Owner was their working hard and wearing many hats, but with leadership like that, this campground will only improve. 5 stars comming soon for this campground.

K9 camp not finished, no dump station no alerts or warnings given before. It was all a surprise. Dump station fee buried in note on office door and again no alert or mention on website or app. Just too much not known beforehand

Very old campground in need of serious updates. Ancient 30a only pedestals without breakers. Multiple pedestals at the campsite took a while to figure out what was operational. Water was not working at any pedestal found the tap between campsites all the way at the front. Not at all what I expected for a KOA especially at KOA prices

Thank you for your review! We are working very hard to upgrade the campground. Since 5/17 we have put in 4 new 30 amp sites as well as 8 new 50 amp sites. The older 30 amp pedestals will be switched out. We hope you visit us again in the future to see our improvements!

They are trying to improve the property, but… The water is horrible and smelly. A lot of gravel that needs to be graded.

Thank you for your review! We're on Well Water, which is a different smell than city water. We suggest and sell carbon filters in the campground for sites. We are working very hard to improve our campground. We hope you visit us again in the future!

Camping spot was fine but the bathrooms were god awful. Water stunk bad like mold/rust. It was flooded the whole time.... no amenities whatsoever so just a 3star

The day that you stayed we had an incident with a pipe busting that caused flooding which we worked diligently to fix. We apologize about any inconvenience! We're on Well Water, which is a different smell than city water. We are working hard to improve our campground. We hope you visit us again!

We stayed at Cloverdale/Indianapolis West KOA for a one night stay on our way back home. It is clear the owners are making improvements to the property. It is a lovely spot. It was very quiet. We had all of the services we required. The site was large enough for our trailer to stay connected which we appreciated.
