I only stayed one night, but this is the cleanest RV park that I ever stayed at.

Stayed two nights for a craft event. Park was very clean and quiet. I used the showers in the park and they were super clean and well maintained.

If i had any issues they fixed them right away. It is nice and quiet. And i feel safe.

This is an extremely noisy campground with grassburrs covering the entire area. The nightlights posted throughout the campground are at window height and shine in the windows all night long.

This campground is basically a gravel parking lot with electric, water and WiFi. When it rains it is a muddy mess. There was no one in the office when we arrived a 2:00pm, and we never saw a camp host. They should be charging no more than $30 per night for this place.

So far we stayed twice at this camp ground. The facilities look like they have been remodeled recently and are nice and clean. The same goes for the camp ground itself. I saw a gas grill that can be used (with a gas bottle you bring) under a covered area right next to the lake. There's a buffalo whom showed himself each time we stayed there. On staff Sara, was very nice and helpful.

Went to a sight, couldn’t hook up to 30 amp electric as outlet was missing. Moved to different sight and water spigot leaked so couldn’t use the water. Too tired to try a third sight. I think this campground was overpriced.

Our 5th wheel here for the last 5 or 6 months. Very nice, quiet RV park, close to everything that you could need, right in the heart of Breckenridge. We are only there 10 or so days a month. I feel that it is a safe place, as we have had no issues. We have a dog, so the dog park is a nice touch, I can turn her loose in there and let her run freely. The staff are very attentive and helpful.

Enjoyed the stay. Very peaceful and quiet. Super clean. Sharon was always available to help with anything needed. If and when I have to work in the Breckenridge area again, I will come back to this location.

Our stay was for 4 months. Very peaceful and quiet. A great oasis in the desert! Wonderful new bathroom facilities and laundry. Free Wi-Fi as well ! Easy pull through spots !

Advertising is misleading. New owners are trying but have a long way to go. Some sites have no picnic tables, store and playground are minimal to say the best. Rust poured out of faucet, and handle leaked. Should be called a site in progress. Regular rates should not be charged. Most RVs were permanent residents and not campers. Pictures on flyer and home site are NOT from this campground.

My sincere apologies that you did not enjoy your stay. This was our first month as a KOA and indeed, many of our current customers have been with us for a while. The playground, store, K9park, bathrooms/showers, corn hole, horseshoes, fire pits, and etc are brand new and the pictures I took myself.

OMG , Thank you David!!! My son took my RV which had me locked out here i am stuck out side hot has bacon and David from KOA is a locksmith and got me in my RV . David u are awesome. And i stayed in the lobby while he was out there getting my door unlocked🙌🏿
