If you are driving a BIG rig and it tells you to take a u-turn on 49 we advise you to drive a little further, at the red light take a left onto Hwy 53, and at the service station on the left turn around and head back South down Hwy 49.

The Island is home to Fort Massachusetts a beautiful historic brick structure that was used during the civil war. The national park service offers seasonal Fort tours and is provided with beaches that have lifeguards during the summer.

We recommend going to this fun trampoline park! Experience wipe out obstacles, Dodgeball, foam pit, battle beam, basketball and, of course, Jump on a huge trampoline! This is a place I love taking children and teens to, even for birthday parties!
