The KOA staff are always inviting and helpful. The camping cabin was clean with a beautiful view of the pond. Our children enjoyed their time at KOA and all the activities that were offered.

The stay was excellent overall. I’d recommend poop bags for dogs around the park to limit the amount of poop left around. People were smoking joints constantly at yhe cabin next to mine, which I wouldn’t care but given there are so many small kids running around it’s a bit off putting. Friendly and informative staff. We loved that KOA catered to kids and pets too. Which is A+ in our opinion. The swimming area is a beautiful place. The campgrounds are really private which is important to us. Showers were clean and the grounds well kept. We loved the natural beauty surrounding us. We didn’t get a chance to walk the nature trail, but we plan to be back again in the near future.

We stayed here for one night 7th June. The campsites and washrooms were clean and no issues with checking in. Staff was really helpful and friendly. Overall great experience!

We had an excellent 3 night stay! Love the campground. Loved the water activities that were available. Showers and washrooms were very clean. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing we didn't like was on our third and final night we were advised by security to turn our music off which was okay however the campsite next to us (or somewhere close by us) had their music/bass blasting.

Norris Point KOA appears as welcoming, as soon as we drive in. The registration booth and their staff are warm and friendly. There are camp sites for all tastes: from those who prefer the large pull-through open spaces to those who like to rough it in the wilderness. The site is kept immaculately clean. There is a lake to hike around, a play ground and hearth sitting areas. We stayed 2 knight

We always enjoy our stay especially the kids but I have to say we were a little disappointed this time. We arrived Saturday expecting canada day activities over the weekend. All the other parks in the area heard them Saturday and Sunday. We left Monday morning when the activities were due to be held. Also a lot of of group had to leave beforehand due to work on Monday. A lot if disappointed kids.

KOA gros Morne national park is absolutely amazing. From the friendliness of the staff , absolutely spotless bathrooms to the fun activities for the kids this park goes above and beyond. We will definitely be returning.

Excellent park. Beautiful landscaping and activities. Clean washrooms. Well maintained. Friendly staff. We enjoyed the Moose Trail around the pond. We had a site with 3 services. All worked well and were easy to access. The park location is great for accessing Gros Morne trails and activities. Thank you for a great stay

Great 4-night cabin stay overall, but we had a serious issue. While my wife was showering, a cleaning lady unlocked and entered the shower room without knocking even with water audibly running. It was invasive and unacceptable. We reported it at checkout, and staff said they'd raise it with management. Basic privacy and courtesy should be non-negotiable at KOA.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

I wish to clarify that the staff would never unlock any door used by the public. In this case, the door wasn't locked and the staff did knock on the door before proceeding to open it to start cleaning. The staff at no time entered the shower.

What an incredibly beautiful park, it’s the nicest we’ve ever stayed at. I wish all the Koa’s were kept as nice. Kudos to the owners and staff. All the owners should really take a good look at this park.

We stayed at the Nat Park and then at KOA Gros Morne. Without any doubt the KOA is the best value. Clean, well kept, attention to detail and so nicely appointed. Excellent laundry, washrooms, park, private sites, on and on. Even the firewood is a lot cheaper than the Canadian government tries to sell you. Oh ya friendly welcome. Thank you Irene. Stay at the only KOA in NFld and one of the best parks we have stayed in ever. Congrats to the owners.

It's a very nice place for chilling and swimming a nice place to walk around in including a bouncy pillow and a nice playground. The swings can be a bit noisy but it's not that bad, I am nine years old and I've been going to KOA for many years and it's never bad at all. It's nice to walk around at night if it's to warm, it's not that quiet at night (frogs) but it's still nice and I do recommend.
