My wife and I have always loved the stay here. The park is so well maintained, always something to do, the people who run it, staff and owners, are the best, friendly, courteous and caring, always concerned for your comfort and safety. We can't wait for our return!

Drove 6 1/2 hours and booked a dome site which I could see online was absolutely beautiful. Got there. No power had no power first or less from start to finish called over to talk to someone that worked at the front desk in the campground and she was very rude and obnoxious cutting me off when I was trying to explain my situation. Very disappointed

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Unfortunately, there was an unplanned power outage that affected the two Towns. This outage lasted 44 hours. All businesses including most restaurants were closed during this time. The staff were very busy keeping the campground operable during this difficult time.

We had a wonderful time at KOA. It is a very clean and had all the amenities that you could want. We enjoyed it so much that we even booked two weeks for next summer. And we can't wait for next summer.

Excellent service at check-in! Very helpful when we needed the help (adaptor for electrical outlet). It was quiet and well-maintained.

This KOA IS beautiful campground Our site was private with trees separating us from the next. The bathrooms were very clean and quite modern. The showers are free which I appreciate very much. The owners Charlene and shawn are excellent hosts and very hospitable. The live music was a bonus. I would definitely return to this KOA.

Our stay at KOA was excellent. Everything that was provided with our stay was well worth the price. The staff were fantastic - very friendly and helpful. We would return if visiting the area again.

It’s a very nice place. Clean, well maintained. My only complaint is that the 10:00 quiet time is not enforced. There was a large group of parties, very loud until at least 11.

We stayed for 3 nights in our tent with our 2 kids! The kids had a blast swimming, playing in the bounce pad, on the paddle board and go karts. The lot we had was very private and large enough for 2 tents and a mesh gazebo. We would definitely stay again!

Excellent park, well designed ,loved the privacy with the camp sites. Great amenities. 10pm seems a little early for quiet time 11pm as some other parks would be nice. Overall great experience.

Beautiful large clean sites. The incredibly friendly staff and lots for the kids to do. Washrooms we clean and well stocked. Could not have asked for a better start to our family trip.

Always a great stay! Beautiful park with great sites! Lots of things to do for the kids, water fun, parks, games, air pillows and even a small arcade. 100% recommend, we will be back again!

Very affordable and cute campground. Everyone was very friendly and kind. The kids loved the Viking activities that the park put on. The laundry and showers were clean and the kids loved the bouncing pillow and park. I would stay here again.

Inefficient layout causing a lot of driving around. The bathroom and shower facilities should be more centrally located, not at the entrance/office area. Need more control of late arrivals/driving around. People were still driving into and around the campground well after 10 PM and as late as midnight.

There is so much good about this campground. Everything was clean and tidy, the staff was friendly and capable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our little cabin by the water. Some constructive criticism: - garbages in the bathrooms overflowed - taps in showers take up a lot of space and make them feel small. They are also hard not to bump. - employees drive golf carts too fast and one was on her pho

We had a wonderful stay at the Norris Point KOA! The park is kept very clean and tidy. The staff were excellent. We enjoyed strolling the park and swimming in the pond. We would happily return!!

We had a wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. Family of 5 with 3 teenagers who loved all the amenities. Jesse greeted us at the front desk and provided a great overview of the park and the surrounding areas. The shower and washroom facilities were nice and clean and the kitchen building was a great bonus. An “all activities day pass” would be great to reduce trips to and from off

Charlene and Shawn are the most kind, fun loving people. Had many laughs and was screeched in at this campground. Immediately felt like one of the family when getting to know them and their family who also work at the campground. Their KOA ranks as one of the nicest campgrounds in our travels throughout the world. Highly recommend going and experiencing a great part of NFLD.

Campground is in very good condition and staff very friendly. We had site #1 which was excellent right on the pond with a fire pit and 2 new Muskoka chairs. Site is well gravelled and dry. Service connecting electric & water. The common bathrooms and showers were quite a distance from the site, clean & basic. Free showers we didn't use. There are 2 pc baths close to the site. Very good for kids.

I absolutely loved GM/NP KOA Holiday! I travelled from NY State to hike in Gros Morne and was camping out of my car (Subaru outback). I was very impressed with all aspects of the Campground: laundry, store, checking and the well kept and spacious site. I highly recommend this location to anyone camping in this area of Newfoundland. BTW: the campground was full but you would never know. Everyone was very respectful. I am sure to be back!

Gros Morne KOA Cabin Review We really enjoyed our stay at the Gros Morne KOA! Our cabin was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a BBQ, microwave, heater, shower, toilet, regular bed, and bunk beds. The cabin was a great option for enjoying the Gros Morne area without having to tent camp. Everything was clean and in good condition. A couple of small things to note: firewood was not provided, so you'll need to purchase or bring your own, and the fridge is quite small, so don't plan on storing a lot of food. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again. 👍🏕️
