Everything was excellent. Park was very well maintained and the staff were very helpful. The events for kids was excellent and the fire wood was actually dry! Would highly recommend to anyone.

We came with our daughter and 3 grandsons. The park facilities were superb, washrooms and showers were great and always clean. The area and towns nearby were fantastic with lots to see and do. The highlight for us was hiking to the top of Gros Mourne, huge accomplishment for our 9 and 11 year old grandkids! KOA campground in Gros Mourne is highly recommended by us!

Nice private sites, clean washrooms & showers. The laundry room was Great & affordable. The hiking trail along the lake was well done, not to mention their own beach. You could rent peddle boats etc. we definitely enjoyed our stay.

A Lovely campground! There is a beautiful clear lake (they call it a pond, but it’s a lake!) - with lots of fun water equipment to rent. There’s Pickleball courts and playground and bouncy jumper. Fun for everyone! The staff, Jessie and Wayne were so helpful and friendly with lots of suggestions for the local area. We wish we had booked all of our stay here as it’s so close to everythin

The campground and communal showers were clean, and so was our accommodations. Quiet hours were enforced which was really appreciated when camping with young kids. Lots of amenities for children. Overall excellent experience and we will be back again. Thank you!

We have stayed at numerous KOA Campgrounds over the years. Gros Morne/Norris Point KOA is absolutely the best one! The sites are spacious and private, the facilities are spotless and the staff is friendly and helpful. I easily give this a 10 out of 10! Can't wait to go back next year.

We had the most amazing weekend with the most amazing view. We also forgot to take a frying pan for breakfast, and the owner let us borrow his personal one. They all went out of their way to make our stay perfect!!!

Stayed 4 nights. For 2 of them there was no electricity due to a power outage. I approached the main desk on what they were going to do(partial refund) the campers that paid for electricity but did not get any. The answer was “I don’t know, we will have to get back to you”. I did not hear back. Hence the rating. The park itself was standard KOA with standard amenities.

We stayed two nights. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Facilities and public areas are very clean. We booked a basic cabin. Only thing I didn’t like was the long walk to the bathroom in the middle of the night in the dark. Otherwise, our stay was perfect!

Loved it! First time staying here, been to gros Morne many times and can confirm we will be coming back here! Beautiful private sites, lots of amenities and a very considerate staff!

With a 72 hr hydro outage, they handled it well and enjoyed our stay.

It was amazing. We expierenced a power outage in the area for most of our stay, the owners kept us informed, had generators for water, and served a hot breakfast!!! Despite that unplanned event, we had a blast. Seeing how they managed the outage, was great. 12/10. Amazing campground.

We love the KOA. However, the power was out during our entire stay. I do realize this is out of the parks control. However, I do feel that we should have been made aware of this prior to our arrival with the option to cancel without penalties or at least a discount should have been offered since the amenities advertised were not available for our entire stay.

Campground is in very good condition and staff very friendly. We had site #1 which was excellent right on the pond with a fire pit and 2 new Muskoka chairs. Site is well gravelled and dry. Service connecting electric & water. The common bathrooms and showers were quite a distance from the site, clean & basic. Free showers we didn't use. There are 2 pc baths close to the site. Very good for kids.

I absolutely loved GM/NP KOA Holiday! I travelled from NY State to hike in Gros Morne and was camping out of my car (Subaru outback). I was very impressed with all aspects of the Campground: laundry, store, checking and the well kept and spacious site. I highly recommend this location to anyone camping in this area of Newfoundland. BTW: the campground was full but you would never know. Everyone was very respectful. I am sure to be back!

Gros Morne KOA Cabin Review We really enjoyed our stay at the Gros Morne KOA! Our cabin was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a BBQ, microwave, heater, shower, toilet, regular bed, and bunk beds. The cabin was a great option for enjoying the Gros Morne area without having to tent camp. Everything was clean and in good condition. A couple of small things to note: firewood was not provided, so you'll need to purchase or bring your own, and the fridge is quite small, so don't plan on storing a lot of food. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again. 👍🏕️
