Really nice customer service, we were greeted with a warm welcome. The laundry price was reasonable, showers and washrooms were always clean. Highly recommend.

The park is beautiful and the staff and the owner Sean are great, very friendly and helpful. For big rigs, the sites are not level, and are muddy.

We had an amazing stay at gros morne KOA. Very beautiful and well maintained grounds, private lots, all services + laundromat. Would definitely return!

This has been 10th summer stay at KOA. It was great. The management and all of the staff were always very helpful and courteous. We will be back next year.

It's not really my style of place to camp. It was too loud, way too crowded and way too rowdy. It's not the KOAs fault, i just enjoy a more peaceful and quite camping experience like what you get at the national park sites. I did enjoy your washing machines and found the staff helpful though

I loved the dog park. It is the only campground I have stayed at that had a dog park that was big enough to count as a dog park and all the installations inside were fabulous. The amenities were clean. The people were genuine and kind. Everything was great. This park was far and away the best I have ever stayed at with my dogs. I am only sorry I did not have time to stay longer.

all staff were great, with an emphasis on wayne & bobby. wayne was very clear with info and he helped us in G3/G4 with our hot tub situation. our hot tubs needed to be drained and cleaned. when we came back to our campsites after a few hours away, the hot tubs were perfect. he arranged bobby to go take care of it and bobby did excellent. thank you all so much. PS thanks for the caesar mixes lol

We had an enjoyable stay at the KOA Norris Point. The staff were very friendly and the facilities were very clean. The kids enjoyed the bouncy pillow, basketball court and lake.

Upon arrival I knew that it was going to be a lovely stay. I was greeted soon as I came in the office to register, and my family and I were treated with the same cheerfulness and respect the whole time we were there. The area was very clean and well kept. Told a few friends about it and they've already booked a dome for next week. I do six stars if possible.

We just completed a 2 week motorcycle trip to Newfoundland (we are from Ohio in the U.S.), and weren't sure of our exact itinerary. Despite being fully booked, Jesse was able to accommodate us, as we had tents. We were in a pinch, and he went the extra mile, and was very helpful. Due to this, we stayed there again 2 days later, this time in a cabin. It was perfect. Thank You!!!

An amazing campground for families. Our kids loved the jumping pillow, playground, go karts, and water rentals. As parents, we loved how quiet it is in the evenings! The store had everything we needed. We stayed in the camping cabins and it was a beautiful waterfront location, where the kids could walk out and go for a swim or paddle in our inflatable right from the front door. We will be back!

We have been staying at KOA for years now and look forward to that every summer. We swam and the kids used the equipment. We enjoyed the peace and trails. Always worth the stay!!!

The roads need to be made wider to allow campers over 25 ft to easily back in to the campsites.

While there’s nothing the campground could do about the 30mm of rain that fell that night… we setup our tent on the high ground and woke up in a massive puddle of water. Also there was 4 inches of soil for us to put the pegs of our tent into the ground and we were tying down to trees, table and car since the ground wasn’t able to hold with the wind.

Campground is in very good condition and staff very friendly. We had site #1 which was excellent right on the pond with a fire pit and 2 new Muskoka chairs. Site is well gravelled and dry. Service connecting electric & water. The common bathrooms and showers were quite a distance from the site, clean & basic. Free showers we didn't use. There are 2 pc baths close to the site. Very good for kids.

I absolutely loved GM/NP KOA Holiday! I travelled from NY State to hike in Gros Morne and was camping out of my car (Subaru outback). I was very impressed with all aspects of the Campground: laundry, store, checking and the well kept and spacious site. I highly recommend this location to anyone camping in this area of Newfoundland. BTW: the campground was full but you would never know. Everyone was very respectful. I am sure to be back!

Gros Morne KOA Cabin Review We really enjoyed our stay at the Gros Morne KOA! Our cabin was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a BBQ, microwave, heater, shower, toilet, regular bed, and bunk beds. The cabin was a great option for enjoying the Gros Morne area without having to tent camp. Everything was clean and in good condition. A couple of small things to note: firewood was not provided, so you'll need to purchase or bring your own, and the fridge is quite small, so don't plan on storing a lot of food. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again. 👍🏕️
