This campground is beautiful in every season, but there’s something extra special about fall/winter. The owners (Jordan family) are warm and make us feel like family. They went out of their way to make this holiday stay special for our family. Liz and Chris have made wonderful improvements to the campground. If you stayed in the past, you’ve got to check it out! They don’t disappoint.

Best summer ever. Met a lot of wonderful people including the owners and their family and their staff. Looking forward to next season and all the wonderful changes the campground is making.

Chris ,Elizabeth and there whole staff are absolutely outstanding, they have a very clean, friendly, and enjoyable ,campgrounds, things they are doing will only make for an even better camping experience, highly recommend staying there

The staff is very friendly and helpful whenever we needed something. Enjoyed camping on the channel, nice view.

We loved this campground. It was an oasis in a storm for us as we had vehicle issues and needed a place to sit tight while we waited for parts. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming and our site was wonderful. Total relaxation at a stressful moment in our journey!

I imagine it will be nicer when it's put back together. However, the lukewarm showers are a BIG turn off.

Bathroom is fresh and clean and they are doing a lot to upgrade the campground. People are very friendly.

The sites are very tight together and the fire pits are weirdly spaced behind the site because there's no room beside the site for them. The water and electric was on the wrong side so we had to run extra long hoses and wire to hook up. The lake is really nice they just need to do up dating.

There were some issues I discussed with the campground. We have stayed many times and this was the first time I was disappointed. Hopefully things will improve we love the area.

Great location right on the lake. Loved being able to launch our kayak right from our site. Cannot wait to stay again.

We stayed for 3 nights. The facilities were very clean, and convenient location. The hosts were pleasant and very helpful.

Our stay was good had a good time. Didn't catch a lot of fish but it was fun trying. Thank you for letting us stay at your camp grounds.

We were booted from the campground for Camping too loud, received one morning Friday night to quiet down. We quieted down and never were asked again, but immediately booted after that, I will never recommend this campground to a single person ever.

Need to walk around after quite hour our last night was terrible! 2 tents set up on top of us and 3 cars plus 4 atvs starting parting at12.30 am till 2.30 am when my husband went out and told them enough no one could sleep. Then we had owls for about an hour. What a nightmare!

Nice facilities but very rude fellow campers. ATVs coming and going at all hours of the night making sleep impossible. Hordes of unsupervised children yelling, invading opposite sex bathrooms, etc. Might be this campground's culture or the particular groups camping that weekend but we are unlikely to return unless staff were to be onsite 24/7.

Our stay was great. Concerned about the people who took there dogs swimming in the designated beach area. Also there were a few loud children playing soccer at 11 pm. Someone did tell them quiet time was at 10pm.

New owners are making lots of improvements. Bathhouse was very clean. I would like to see more grass and less sand. Overall a great place to stay.

The campsites were ideal for our group of 16 to gather comfortably and the canal was perfect for lake access for our kayaks/paddle boards/small boat. The cabins were clean and well stocked with linens and some kitchenware I had forgotten. The biggest drawback was the terribly uncomfortable and loud mattress, making for 3 very poor night’s sleep.

Stayed three nights first week of August. Campground was quiet and about half empty. No wireless or cable or any other amenities usually offered I guess due to all the construction. Would consider staying again once its all fully built out and functional. Not sure when that will be as I saw no workers or progress on the construction work during our middle of the week stay.

Peaceful stay! Pup loved the lake! Very friendly people and good amenities! Suggested a bench for the k-9 park and was told it was already in the works so no complaints!

We enjoyed staying. We were very understanding that the campground was under construction and new ownership. The new owners and staff were friendly and helpful. I will be back in a few years but I see the finish campground.

We were there just one night and left early the next day. It is still under construction which was not a problem for us. I'm hoping they install hooks in the showers as there is just a stool to pile your clean cloths, dirty cloths and towels upon. The site was a pull through and fairly level.

Campground was very clean and staff was amazing. The ongoing improvements and projects show the owners care very deeply about this place and it is more than an investment to them.

Celebrated my 60th birthday with friends and family that rented cabins they loved it. They all want to come back. They can’t wait to see the completion of the campground and are wanting to get campers themselves. Staff and owners are the best and truly become your friends and part of your extended family. Best birthday ever. Glad it was here.

It was a quick overnight stay as we passed through the area but we would come back and stay longer! I understand it is under construction but the future of this park looks very good! Good size dog parks, lake/beach access and shade trees make it very appealing! Hopefully more sites will be full hook-ups which is preferable for longer stays, but we were fine without for the one night.

The two lots we had were too narrow. My brother couldn't use the full hookup for his camper because of the lot (51 and 52). The camper next to us was partially on our lot so we couldn't put up our tents in the area we wanted. Very nice campground but disappointed of the amount of area we had for two lots. Thanks!

We spent 2 nights in the delux cabin. It was great! Very clean. Owners and neighbors were very nice, and we had a beautiful lake view, complete with a dock. Thank you!

So pleased to find this hidden gem! Beautiful location with excellent lake access, room for my dogs to run safely, and very involved staff. There are clearly major upgrades in the works...can't wait to come back to see how they turn out! If the new owners can polish the rest of the campground like they have the bathouses and initial upgrades, the gem won't stay hidden for long!

Only stayed one night as we were passing through but will keep it in mind again. Looks like a nice little Campground on the lake that is kids friendly. They are currently under construction adding in what looks like to be more full hook up sites.

Nice campground on the lake. Stayed in the Lake House and absolutely loved it. It is very cozy and warm. Brings back alot of memories from staying at my aunts lake house growing up. Highly recommend
