Take Exit 270 from I-75. Turn left onto Marlette Road toward Waters. Go to stop sign and turn left on North Old US-27. Drive South for 1.8 miles then turn right onto Headwaters Court. After a quarter-mile, turn right into the campground, just past Precision Motorsports and Marine.

We are excited to share that the Gaylord South/Bradford Lake KOA was awarded the KOA ICON Award! This was a nice surprise and affirmation of the improvements we made since purchasing the campground in 2022. The Gaylord South/Bradford Lake KOA is nestled on Big Bradford Lake in northern Michigan. We offer high quality RV and tent camping, and have both primitive and deluxe cabins. We have a boat launch and adjoin OTV and Snowmobile trails, so bring your toys! We have a private beach, lake rentals, and a playground for your kids. Located between Grayling and Gaylord, we are the perfect basecamp for all that Up North Michigan has to offer.
