Spend some time surrounded by the peace and quiet at Floyd/Blue Ridge Pkwy KOA! Our extensive network of hiking trails are marked with directional signage throughout your journey and trail maps are available at our camp store.

Did you know the central Appalachian Mountains are known to be one of the most bio-diverse places on the planet?  Not only will you encounter numerous beautiful plant and tree species, you'll see dozens of bird species, whitetail deer, rabbit, squirrel and other animals native to our region. Stop by the Fairy Village located near the trail entrance closest to the pavilion stage area, collect a few sticks, stones or other found forest objects and create your very own fairy house for others to enjoy when they pass through. A fun activity for both kids and adults!
