Love the room between campsites. Since it is a new campground the trees are newly planted . Will be better when trees mature, but is still a great place to stay and would recommend it to others.

This is NOT a Holiday. It barely ranks as a Journey. The laundry facility was a joke. Only 3 washers/dryers always occupied and left unattended. Couldn’t get laundry done. No real amenities to speak of. Basically a parking lot out in an old cow pasture. But spaces are flat. Give it that.

Love the large camp spots, picnic table, ease of access and cleanliness. Campground manager, Skip, was fantastic! Helpful, friendly, made sure the campground rules were followed. With the growth in the area, this campground will need more facilities to draw a larger number of campers. This KOA has great potential with continued investment in the campground.

One of our favorite KOAs! Big rig friendly, clean, quiet, and thoughtfully designed. Staff, hosts, and manager were all incredibly kind. We loved the nearby bike path, peaceful country feel, and fun views of small planes at the local airfield. Even the speed bumps are gentle! Just 6 mins from shops—perfect mix of comfort and convenience. We’ll definitely be back!

Very nice campground, well kept and friendly staff. Very convenient off US 24, easy to find. We would definitely stay here again.

Site 70 wi th the small pup pen was perfect for my needs. My dog loved not being tied up to be outside. Great spot! Campground and facilities new and clean. Great service from office and staff. The small airport is busy, but all small planes so the noise is minimal. Only problem was the septic drain being so high above ground need to be cut lower so hose can drain.

This is not a location for tent campers. The few trees are short, it's an open field, so the place is a wind tunnel. The tent sites are near the road and directly under the flight path of a local airport that flies prop planes past 10 pm and before 6 am. They put us in an RV site without asking, directly under a very bright light and they expected us to set up on uneven ground. Do not stay here.

We love this campground. My only wish wpuld be to remove the larger rocks. It’s really difficult to walk on when you have a disability.

Pluses: Trash pickup on site. Good OTA reception (approximately 40 channels came in clear). Close to shopping, and the RV repair place and parts store down the road is handy. Minuses: The playground was inadequate. Too small for our 9 year-old who still enjoys playgrounds. Utilities set in a rock bed. Inherently unstable for feet when attempting to hook up water, electric and sewer.

Fantastic koa. Hosts went out.of their way to accommodate all my needs. Campground was immaculate. Would give it more than 5 stars. Sites were all with pads and clean. New owners who really cares about their guests

This is a very nice and new park where your RV is not stacked next to your neighbor. Safeway and Walmart are close by for supplies or fuel. I would stay here again.

We absolutely loved Lori… she is/was so helpful and knowledgeable! The sites were great, the showers and laundry areas were very clean! Great place to stay!

We had a great time here, the park is so nice and well kept! Everything looks so nice and clean. The hosts were so kind and friendly! We will definitely be back next time we are in Colorado Sorings.

No trees for shade. Pet pen was way too small, especially for the extra fee we paid. Grass (or lack of) and the type of rocks on the paths made it difficult and uncomfortable for walking our pets.

Can’t wait til the trees are big enough for shade. Enjoy this pretty new campground, it’s close to family without feeling like I am imposing on them. View of Pikes Peak is amazing, close to stores, clinic, etc so you don’t have to go clear into the city to shop, etc. The staff is friendly, helpful and fun!

Beautiful spacious campground. Only complaint was the sewer connection was too high for gravity flow. Otherwise great place to stay with an awesome KOA team!

A relatively new campground. Extremely well laid out on the eastern side of the Springs, with broad roads and immaculate upkeep. No fiber optic cables yet for WiFi, but it’s in the works. Biggest downside? The utilities are bordered with railroad ties; sewage therefore must travel uphill. A great staff; I’d welcome the opportunity to visit again.

This is our 2nd stay of over a week. In 10/23 sites were great, needed trees and landscaping. Since then they've greatly improved! Sites are graded daily, twice a day garbage pickup and planted many trees! Only complaint is needs wi-fi! Staff is great and near restaurants and stores. A few parts stores nearby if repairs to our RV.

This was a quiet stay. We got the spot we requested. Trash was always collected on time. Nice, quiet neighbors. Both Falcon and Colorado Springs are nearby for visiting and shopping. We'll be back.

We stopped for just an overnight stay on our way farther west. The campground is very clean and well maintained. The staff was super helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Fairly new park. No wifi at this time but everything else was great. The host was very helpful, assisted us with an air compressor when we had a low pressure tire. We especially appreciated the nice clean shower rooms with bath mats for the floor.

The park itself was great. Service was great. The showers were horrible. Water pressure was poor. The temperature would not set. It was either to hot or freezing.

The campground is new so the trees are small but the sites are large with concrete patios and full hook ups. It is outside of the worst Colorado Springs congestion but still close to services.

The place was clean and adequate. The spaces are large. The dog park is kept in good shape.The bathroom is so far away that you have to drive to get there. It is pretty far out of town and there aren’t enough perks, i.e. Pool, sauna, game room etc.to justify the high price.

Clean campground but no pool no hot tub no shade issues with the washers and dryers but they did come in and fix them. Gets very hot because you're out in the open and the airport is right across the street. Gravel sits with cement slab for picnic table.

The campgrounds are wonderful and clean. The only thing that would have made it more enjoyable was shade. It is a great campground and appears to me pretty new.

A newer campground, nice spots with plenty of packed gravel. Nice landscaping. Check in staff friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were very new and extremely clean. Very well maintained KOA. One of the nicest Journeys we have stayed at.
