I feel that this KOA is well managed. The pads need to be packed down. Needs storm shelters or sturdy buildings. Needs a pool and hot tub.

New but unfinished park. 1 functional men’s & women’s bathroom/showers in the entire park. Next to airport. Only fires allowed at office. Stayed in lots of KOAs but this one was at the bottom of our stays. It has potential but long way up.

Nice friendly staff great lay out for a new park will be a wonderful place when the trees and grass mature Only problem is the cable hook up is a little to close to the ground would definitely stay there again

Friendly and accommodating staff. The grounds and buildings are very well maintained. It is the nicest RV park in the Pikes Peak region.

I understand that campground is still under construction, it to charge $90 for a gravel spot is borderline criminal. I have been camping at KOAs for over 19 years, and overall have been very pleased. But you should be charging $50 dollars a night for the spots at this point. No amenities, no wi-fi, nothing to do. The employees of the campground were very nice, no complaints there.

There is still a lot of construction going on here, but we had a good stay. It is convenient to nearby shopping and dining. The bathrooms were very clean, but hopefully more bathhouses will be added since it is a fairly large KOA. The staff were very friendly. We would stay here again.

Very friendly staff. Looked better in person than the online pics. Clean. Playground was set up. We liked being outside of the city. Not far from Colorado Springs. Only 4 stars compared to other KOAs with a pool.

Great staff at check in really helped when my arrival date changed. Super service by both ladies that helped me. The new park still has some work ongoing but it is very nice and convenient to Colorado Springs.

Brand new facility that is wide open. Sites are pretty level as they are all gravel with concrete picnic pads. Only downfall is for the number of sites they have 1 men’s, 1 women’s bath/shower facility…and 2 washers/dryers. Everything is very clean (new) hosts are very accommodating, (except when washers are full). Laundry facilities close enough and quicker so make the drive to them.

The campground is brand new and has large sites. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area!

I can't tell you how thankful we were when we discovered this KOA had opened. We were desperate for a "decent" place to stay while visiting family in the area. This KOA far exceeded our expectations! We spent a total of 9 days here and didn't want to leave. We had a very spacious level pull thru complete with patio and picnic table. Beautiful quiet area. Great staff here as well!

No internet as advertized they said. . They tried to no, but as a MCSE & A+ Retired tec I know better. Yet they had internet at the office,People very nice.

Boxed in hook up areas need to be redone. Those large rocks are very dangerous to not just elderly RVers, but younger ones also. I would replace them with small gravel or small bark/mulch. I would hope in the near future, you will have a room/rooms available to hold meetings, etc in. Also a pavilion with BBQ grills. (All at a reasonable fee for groups). So far, so good with your development!

The staff was absolutely awesome! So very helpful and kind. This is a new campground, so they are trying to grow grass and plant trees, but they are off to a great start. The view of the mountains is breathtaking. Will for sure come back!

There was no customer service. We called in to check on what facilities weren’t ready yet due to the newness of the campground. We were assured only the pool had not been completed, everything else was ready. We reserved our spot and were told that the paperwork would be on the board at the office. It was not, thus there was no access to bathroom! We called the # and got a recording. Unbelievabl

Saw an Alert on KOA App advising all amenities may not be available. Called and was told all available except the pool. We booked one night. When we arrived our check in package was not in the bulletin board as we were told. It was not in the laundry room. So no bathroom code, no WiFi password and there was no picnic table. No emergency contact number. Worse KOA experience ever! DO NOT STAY HERE!

the staff was very friendly and helpful. Once the rainy season stops and more of the landscaping can be completed the park will be really wonderful. I would like to suggest that a large gathering hall be provided when groups come and need a meeting place. Suzy misses Sir Winston.

Spacious sites; but what sets the KOA apart is the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff from check in to maintenance. It's a newer KOA and they are still making improvements but what is nice about that is the bathhouse is new, everything is new. The area for your dog to run around in his very nice to run around in. The park is exceptionally clean and well maintained.

I know it is new, and it has potential but you have to have more than one shower. At this point in construction you are charging way too much. Should be discounted until complete.

We were so excited to have Falcon/Colorado Springs be created! A KOA in northern Colorado Springs was desperately needed! The staff is professional, Courteous and absolute hard workers! We'll always send everyone to them!

Very friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. Still under development, will be fantastic when completed. Wi-Fi and cable TV were not available yet, but will be very soon. Sites are set well apart and at an angle easy to back into with great views. Lots of space between you and your neighbors. The large rocks around the utilities hookup are a little difficult balancing on while hooking up.

Only thing that bothered me were all the rocks- especially the very large ones around utilities- they were very difficult to stand on while hooking up and dumping- rocks under tables looked nice but might be difficult to clean. loved the distance between sites- cable did not work- no Wi-Fi a negative.

This KOA is new and it's not ready to be a Holiday. In a few year and after it done, it will be a great park. The staff is very friendly and will help you in any way. I will tell my chapter about this KOA

New facility so it is a bit barren but will eventually be absolutely lovely with great view of Pikes Peak! The lady at reception was a bit rude to my husband when we got there at 5:50pm. Apparently, they were gonna close at 6pm which is very early! Seriously, she didn’t need to say “you’re lucky, I’m letting you check in” She and her husband are hosts. Later she was nice to me.

Need a big learning curve.113 camp spots 3wash machines won broke down one shower people did:nt. Know if they were in use or not. Way more worried about growing grass then anything else

The river rock that is around all your connections is very dangerous to older customers. It would be very easy to fall or twist a ankle. The TV connections on the bottom of the box are almost impossible to connect to. I would recommend installing them on the side of the TV box. With all the rain you had during our stay you could name your park land of lakes. LOL

Although this campground is new and work is still in progress, we had a beautiful campsite. Everyone was very helpful, considerate and very pleasant. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will return many times. The campground is close to our family and on our route to the mountains. Great job!!

Convenient to many attractions, restaurants and shopping. The campground is brand new and they are still making improvements. Large, spacious sites with level gravel for the RV. Concrete pad with table. Going to be a jewel when everything is in place.

Fortunately we booked when the prices were somewhat reasonable. The location was perfect for our granddaughters graduation. Our fifth wheel has a dropped frame as many of the newer models do. The sewer line had to go up and over train track ties to flush. Going up hill is not conducive to a clean flush. We are now at Cheyenne Mountain where they have a good set. I can send a picture if you want.

Great and helpful staff. Not ready for prime time as a Holiday. This is journey level. Not enough restrooms, no lighting, most sites do not have patios, none have fire pits or grills. It’s all one direction for driving and that is good. However a Mountain View puts your camper in the wrong direction to appreciate it. This will be a great place in some time. We will be back next year for an updat

Campground was quiet and clean. It's still under construction, but everything was in good condition. The only downside was the single bathroom facilities the entire campground. IT was new and clean which was nice, but we found a few times we were waiting on other patrons to use the shower.
