Best bathrooms and showers 1000miles around. Lacking trees, shade, wasn't a problem on a near tornado day.

Very nice place to stop for a while. Staff is amazing! Level camp sites, easy to navigate and hook-up. It's new and still developing so no shade but trees have been planted. No campfires or pool but lots of other positives.

No wifi , still on going construction , full garbage but rv site has enough space

You are a valued customer and we appreciate you staying with us! We have 5 dumpsters on the park ,2 in front, 1 on the west side back and 2 east side back. We are working on recycling boxes and other large debris to save space for garbage bags. WIFI is here! Trouble shooting now! Thanks so much

I know it's a new park, so I am cutting the some slack, but a few things. They do NOT have internet. Maybe I missed it, but it should state this somewhere on their website. Lack of accessible, and conveniently located pet stations. Pretty basic if the park is to be kept clean. More accessible dumpsters. One location on entire property.

Thank you for your patience! We have internet now! Park has 5 dumpsters in 3 locations on the park dumped 2 times a week. Garbage location on maps. The 2 dog parks are 1 at office and 1 on east side of park, also on map. Being more vocal to our guests because of your concerns

Helpful hosts. A little farther from Colorado Springs than we expected. Huge sites. Some with concrete patios and tables, others with nothing.

We welcome you back anytime. Our KOA is open year round. This KOA is daily upgrading our sites with patio furniture and wood burning pits and other amenities. Some of our sites have decor rock patios and some have concrete patios. The prices reflect the upgrades. Thanks again for staying with us!

The restrooms are nice and big like home. I prefer showers separate from toilets letting more people to use them. With only 4 total restrooms with a whole campground, that’s not enough.

Facilities and campground were clean and tidy, but the rate is much too high for a campground still under construction. There was no wi-fi and very few amenities. Not yet a holiday level campground! Additionally, there were way too many dogs off leash throughout the park and seemingly no enforcement of leash rules. Pet owners beware.

You are our #1 priority and we would have taken care of this immediately if we had known. It's our mission to have a safe enviroment for all our guests. We are on top of this and taking immediate action. As for wifi, its here and we are trouble shooting now for our guests to enjoy.

Large, roomy camp sites. Clean, well situated shower/restroom buildings. Easy access from major highway. We camped there in July, so a bit pricey but worth it since only about 20 min drive to Co. Springs.

Looks like they’re doing most things right. We make allowances, of course, for no Wi-Fi and general unfinished-ness. The one thing is: although there are trees planted, there aren’t enough planted. Looking forward 10-20 years, I would not consider it adequate for shade and noise/space separating from neighbors. Not enough trees- even in current state of growth - are my only qualm.

Everything was outstanding but wish there was a picnic table available so we could have enjoyed the evening outside. Looking forward to coming back and seeing the small trees growing that will eventually provide some shade at the sites. Outstanding staff and they were very helpful.

Everyone at the Falcon KOA was amazing. So friendly and helpful. The park was clean and nicely done. Spaces were large and nicely planned out. Would highly recommend.

Great location all kinds of things to see and do. Very friendly staff and very helpful. I understand it’s a 5 month old campgrounds but there should be WIFI. There is only one men’s bathroom stall and one for women with a bunch of tents everyone has to wait to use them. Very windy at this location not sure if it’s like this all the time but couldn’t use our shade to help out.

Site was not level and beat up. WiFi is "coming soon." I realize it was/is under construction, but the rates are for a more completed Holiday experience. Laundry had two working machines. Staff are friendly and coming up to speed. I'm sure things will improve soon. There are potential safety concerns. Larger rocks by pathways and by sewer/water/elec. 1 inch rise from asphalt to cement.

Wish I knew? You are our #1 priority! We have access to equipment to fix all sites. Wifi is here and being installed. Here in Colorado we are required to use rocks as landscaping. Most homeowners do 0scape in yards because of erosion. Your concerns are noted and we are working on a solution!

Wonderful and clean. Nice bathrooms, always clean and stocked. Sites were flat, easy to get into, and clean, also well spaced. No fire pits available at sites. Loved our stay here while visiting Colorado Springs.

Enjoyed our stay, looking forward to the completion of the park. Really appreciate the large open sites. Plenty of room and, unlike other RV parks, you’re not right next to another site. That’s a huge plus!

We enjoyed our stay but this park is still in construction phases. Does not have as many amenities we normally expect from a "Holiday" level KOA park. We did use the playground with our 3 year old grandson and the K9 Dog Park but that was about all the available amenties to use. There were no sites with grills nor was there a common area where we could cook out. In a year this be a better park.

Five rating based on potential for this new park. Things are coming together nicely and the staff is excellent. Sites are spacious. Playground are very nice. I presume a pool is in plan given its Holiday status.

We were traveling through and it was okay for an overnight stop. The staff was very friendly and we did use the laundry which was neat and clean. The playground is small and held little interest for the kids. The site indicates a "Holiday" KOA but the amenities are more along the lines of "Journey" although it was some distance away from the interstate.

The people who run this campground are the best I’ve encountered. Very friendly, with out fail always clean, and willing to go the extra mile. I first stayed there back in February 2023. They were still building and some things weren’t done. They went out of their way to make sure my stay was great even with the construction. I will return here often because of the staff. Brian Cross

Shower water never got hot, restroom/shower had blinds that were difficult to close. 7 year old grandson thought the playground was lame���‍���. No pool yet. The lighting was horrible at night trying to navigate parking the extra vehicle into the parking area. Staff was very friendly.

It was a new campground so they were still working on landscaping but we had torrential rain while we were there and we were not washed out so they did a great job of grading so the water did not pool! It had 2 dog run areas which was great!

Brand new campground and still putting on the final touches. Although still working on the grounds, camp sights are very level, large and maintained. The staff deserves kudos as every single staff member is awesome. Extra kudos to Stacy, she is a bundle of joy and a very happy to have her checking in. Great job with this KOA, will be back!

Nice stay but the facilities are insufficient for the number of quests possible. 1 bathroom, minimal laundry facilities. It’s a huge place and needs more amenities.

The stay was pleasant. Unfortunately, there is not much for the kids to do. We thought we had booked the Fountain location which has tons for the kids. But, we enjoyed the quiet park and the airplanes landing right next door was really cool. Camp grounds were clean and everyone was very friendly.

Loved space between sites. Staff was courteous. Only negative is paying Holiday price when Holiday amenities have not been completed. Would visit again when completed.
