Will be nice when finished. I reserved a pull through and they had me in a back in - sites are nice and big. Dumpsters overflowing. Paid full price for park that had little amenities finished. Positive side is staff were friendly and will be a nice park. Will need more than 2 washing machimes. Nice and quiet.

charging full price for a place no where near complete. Especially Wi-Fi is pretty ridiculous

Coax line was laid during the building of the park-We paid and received boxes for internet-put in 2 telephone poles-pay every month-and waited and waited and waited for 15 months for the internet comp. to do there job. They finally came in sept.- almost there- thanks for your patience!

It is under construction, but was very neat, clean and quiet. The best thing that this park is the office people - friendly, courteous, concerned. Would come back just because of the office people.

The campsite is great, there’s actually great space between campers. The place is clean, well maintained and located conveniently near shopping and the main city of Colorado Springs. The staff is very helpful and friendly. This is a new KOA, once the grass and trees develop this place will be an amazing KOA! Thanks for a great stay.

This was a great place, very clean and quiet. Can’t wait until they get Wi-Fi up and running. Nice and friendly staff. We will definitely stay again.

Everything was just fine I especially enjoyed the well laid out site and sewer connection adapted to current trailers The sites are large, easy to access and not cramped against the neighbors.. You’ll see use again next June and August.

great people at checkin, nice sites, level and roomy enough organized in such a way you feel cramped. easy in and out convenient to colorado springs. still being built but not a problem for us. good value right now

Utilities where on the wrong end of the lot. Needed to unhook and move the truck to the back. Normally for a one night stay we like to stay hooked up. Otherwise it was very nice.

Positive: nice staff, adequate space at sites Negative: 2 high rate 4 a KOA that has NO amenities: no pool, no club house, no fitness & under constant construction during our 28 da stay; facility uses larger size river rock 4their enclosure @ each utility area @ each site. impossible 2safely navigate 4hooks ups w/out round river rocks rolling &causes either falls or twisted ankles-lawsuit waiting

Thank you for your input, we will address this immediately. Most of our camper that come in have dogs- 95%. We noticed most all campers have these new portable fences. They look nice and we've had no complaints until now. We have not seen messes left in site, but will be more attentive and watchful.

We were visiting for a wedding, & two family get togethers. Staying here allowed us to be center ally located. We had a get visit at the Koa. The staff is exceptional. My dog walkers took excellent care of our German Shepherd, Ellie. Very clean. My husband & I enjoyed our visit and will be back.

Check in was smooth, staff was lovely, facilities were super clean and the campground itself was pretty quiet despite there being a fair amount of campers there. Spacious sites with picnic tables. Only thing to note would be there isn't much shade as this is a newer space and they are still growing trees, but this was not a problem for my trip!

We had 27 teenage tent campers and a camper. The staff is amazing and for a new KOA they have fun amenities, facilities are well taken care of and have the best layouts of the bathroom facilities of any KOA I have seen. I look forward to seeing additional facilities in the near future as this KOA develops and expands. We want to bring students back here yearly if or school allows us.

I had a great stay. The ladies in the office were super nice and helpful with recommendations for sight seeing. The spaces are far apart which is great for privacy. Awesome campground highly recommended

Very open and clean. Front desk girls are very welcoming and friendly. I don't think I should be charged a full price for a stay when one of the amenities listed is wi-fi at every space but when you check in your space map says wi-fi "coming soon". Really? How long does it take to call a company out to install the needed equipment? I would like to see some sort of compensation in my KOA account.

The campground was clean, well leveled, had very nice shower/laundry facilities, staff was attentive to our needs and were very friendly. Campground is still under construction and will be very nice when trees are grown. It was a quiet environment and relaxing, especially for being next to airport. Nice proximity to Colorado Springs. We would stay again :)

The campsite smelled of sewage and was not very nice. We have been to many KOAs and this was our least favorite with really high rates.

Friendly and very helpful. Adjusted our spot quickly and without hesitation. Being a new KOA some work was still on going (WiFi). Cleanliness was quite apparent.

I have mixed opinions on this park. Like location. Well spaced sites lots of room between sites. FHUs convenient. Maintenance is really lacking. I hate weeds and that is all you have here. More of a KOA journey my opinion only. Very quiet here is a plus. Not sure if we would stay again.

Pros: Sites are leveled, friendly attendants. Cons: Unsafe, there is no gate on the back entrance next to a main road. When I inquired, attendant said there were supposed to be safety cones blocking the entrance. Noisy, heavy machinery moving dirt in the back of the site and in close proximity to RV sites. No grown trees, newly planted trees are small. Looks like the facility opened prematurely.

At the time of your stay we just had record rains, and flash floods in all of Co.. Most of the work we did to the park washed away and we had our back entrance open for new dirt to be brought in. We noted your concerns when you were here and tried to resolve it. KOA was open months before your stay.

Can’t wait for the grass to grow. We are dog people and grass would be wonderful. Also, side note-get the chihuahua on a leash. Although friendly, my dog doesn’t like dogs he doesn’t know and every time we were out doing our business this chihuahua came for a visit.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The park is extremely new, so my husband and I are looking forward to seeing the trees get taller and for more grass to be installed.

Nice new KOA, plenty of space between spaces, nice knowledgeable staff and site will be beautiful when those trees grow in a few years! WIFI coming soon is a plus. Easy to find and nice to not hear traffic all night long. The shooting range or neighbor that spent nearly an hour around 5 pm Saturday is the only reason I would consider looking at other sites. I realize that is not in owners control.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The staff was very friendly and the park itself was really good. It was our first stay so I recommend you bring a blankets. The nights are in the 60's. The scenery and various areas for sightseeing, especially the Mountains of the Gods. Colorado is a beautiful place and Falcon / Colorado Springs NE KOA is a great place to stay and enjoy it.
