Great potential. Extra large sites. Clean and well maintained. Definite need for more bathroom/shower houses and laundry.

The sites are large so you are not on top of your neighbor. There are views of the mountains including Pike’s Peak. It is very peaceful. The bathrooms are next level. They are beautifully designed and maintained. There is also a spacious family bathroom that includes two showers and a handicapped bathroom which includes a large curbless shower. Near King Sooper - great grocery store!

The sites are big. Plenty of room for a family. The bathrooms are clean and they even provide towels and wash cloths. As a single woman I felt safe also. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Although you are paying KOA Holiday prices, there are no typical KOA Holiday amenities. Most sites are missing advertised items such as picnic tables, fire rings, etc. The excuse gives is “they are on order.” The internet went out after our first night due to it being “canceled.” We had to relocate due to this and the park refused to refund our remaining nights. The park is a HARD PASS

Attended Family reunion and it was a perfect location for our 5th wheel. The price was a little to high for not having a pool. Need more showers/bathrooms for a campground that is huge. A beautiful place to stay. Spots were so spacious with a huge area for each RVs. Staff were great. Would go back again when in town.

It was a bit expensive for what you get. The bathhouses are wonderful though, but for the price I paid ($90 for a patio site) that just had a picnic table), seems like you would get more. Would be nice if there was a pool and hot tub. The free delicious popcorn is a nice touch, and you can tell these owners are trying to make a nice campground!

Place was okay. Plenty of space. Not close to neighbor. WiFi mainly nonexistent. Fairly quiet. Some lights throughout park. No grass. Bathrooms clean but ran out of TP. No dog trash cans or bags except at two dog parks.

Very nice KOA. clean, staff very courteous and helpful. The only comment I want to add, near the dog area by the office the curb seems unsafe. There is about a 2-3” lift of concrete before the actual curb. I tripped on that and fell. Very bruised and sore along with two swollen knees. Maybe painting it yellow or another bright color would help recent tripping. My husband tripped, didn’t fall.

Brand new KOA with much larger spots than any other KOA we we stayed at Owners are great and lots of amenities I highly recommend this location.

Everything and everyone was great on our stay. ♥��the pickleball court!! My only suggestion would be more washers and dryers. Two of each does not meet the needs of the number of spaces��

We had #6 on the end. Very quiet spot, and the neighbors, as with most KOA campers, were friendly. The maintenance team spotted a leak that appeared in our water hose and rushed over to let us know, even offering to help fix the problem. Office staff was prepared for our arrival and had us heading to our spot within a few minutes. The campground has really improved since last year.

We called Roberta after arriving at another campground on Father’s Day weekend to find our site with 8 inches of standing water in it and no plan to drain the unlevel site. Roberta got us in to a great site, had the fire pit ready for us, and this is the cleanest most well kept KOA we have ever stayed in. Nancy keeps the laundry and bathroom facilities immaculate. Very clean and well taken care of. Why only two restroom /shower facility for the entire campground? And, we could not access any water at our site because of some special end to the spigot. We have a pop up camper which is not equipt with whatever was needed to access water.

New campground,so not quite finished. When it is,it will be great. Spaces are roomy with lots of camping amenities. It’s hard to find places in the Springs that are not really tight.

Truly amazing people taking care of this place! Excellent facilities, very clean. Super easy spacious spots to pull through or back into. Easily the widest back-ins I’ve ever stayed at in any RV park. On site propane. Very reasonable prices! Great stay!

This was our second stay here, much improved from first stay last Fall 2023. All bathrooms were open. Hook added to wall - thank you that was my suggestion from last stay. Always clean, friendly staff. And equipment to play pickleball- thank you! Good job!

New campground, easy access, level. Built on a 40 acre flat piece of ground among industrial/agricultural, nothing pretty about it. Good for overnight. Friendly staff. Never stayed at a KOA with speed bumps, rattles your camper worse than potholes???

Campground was clean, adequate size. Will be better once trees are bigger. Dog park nice, especially the one near the office. The larger one needs lots of work and grass. Staff friendly, professional, courteous, and helful.

Facilities and activities were clean. Staff was friendly. But...there are only three sites for tents in this and they are located under a HUGE VERY BRIGHT STREET LAMP. it was like sleeping under the midday sun. Also, it's across from an airport that was flying planes... At night. Who flies a cesna at 12:40am? I'm sure this would have been great if we were in an RV. We left a day early.

We were amazed at the size of the RV sites, the cleanliness of the restrooms & the fact that they use towels, washcloths & bathmats...everything was clean and fresh. Mike & Roberta are fabulous & everyone was friendly & knowledgeable. We will definitely return!

This camp ground was a great jumping off point for exploring the area. It has the most spacious sites. It is fairly new and the trees are small but everything is well kept.

The positives about this campground include very spacious, clean shower rooms, sites that are well spaced out and a beautiful view of Pikes Peak. We paid for a “premium” site. It’s listed as having a “fire pit that doubles as a BBQ, with wood/briquettes available at the general store”. This is disingenuous as the fire pit is gas and will not work as a BBQ. Please change your wording on t
