I was so impressed with this KOA campground. This is a newer facility, but it was so clean and tidy. The bathrooms and campsites were so well maintained, and that was such a treat. I really liked the cloth hand towels. It’s too bad that people are taking them. The staff people were so friendly, efficient, and helpful. I will definitely stay here again and recommend this KOA to others. Thank you.

Quiet and clean campground. Unfortunately, there was no WiFi for the entire three weeks I stayed there. Truly, that was unsatisfactory.

The campground was easy to get into, nice large sites and the location worked good for us. Staff were very friendly. Only down side was tall weeds on our site and know one mowed the month we were there and not a lot of activity to do for guest. Internet did not work either.

This KOA is quite new (July ‘24). All infrastructure in place. Nicely designed. Spacious sites. Good location as base for Colorado Springs area sightseeing. Very close to groceries, fuel, restaurants, etc off Woodman. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good bathrooms, showers and laundry facilities.

Great campground. It looks new and has wide spaces between sites. Not much shade yet as trees are small. Very friendly. Showers and bathrooms are prestine. Would definitely return.

Quiet an clean. Incredibly spacious!! Not a fan of the river rock around the utilities, kept turning my ankle. Rest of landscaping is great. Would like addition restrooms. Will be a true Holiday once add a pool, mini golf, a snack shack. Right it’s an outstanding Journey!

We had a nice time. Staff friendly and helpful. The restroom/shower area exceptionally clean and towels nice touch. Our grandkids enjoyed the playground. Will visit again!

Well kept KOA and very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's the cleanest KOA we have been to. It just needs time to mature and the trees to grow. I expect it will be really nice when the trees have grown. Right now it's just kind of bare and plain looking.

What a nice campground! Everything is new and clean. All spaces haves plenty of room between them, not crowded together like most KOAs. Friendly helpful office staff.

A little disappointed that they didn’t have a swimming pool and only two washers and two dryers for campers to use the third washer and dryer were for staff only making the laundry chore at lot longer. Also WiFi wasn’t working !! Nice facility but needs some more thought about some of their choices .

We stayed there to see local areas. The staff was great, helpful and friendly. We felt it odd that a KOAHoliday did not have a pool. The rumbled rocks incasing the utilities made footing uncertain.

Beautiful grounds. Love the trees and the grass islands each site has. Staff was efficient. Our dog loved the dog walk and dog park. Wish we had a chance to get in the pool. Definitely would stay again!

When I got the pre-checkin email asking me if I wanted to finish paying for my whole stay, I did that. However, when i checked in, there was no record of me paying the balance, and the receptionist said "that happens a lot." So I had to pay it again. But then I had to check my credit card record to verify that I had not been over billed. I don't want to think about things like this on vacation.

Great place to stay. Staff are all so welcoming and a pleasure to visit with. Convenient to shopping and yet away from the huddle and busy highways. Would definitely stay again every time we are in the area.

Nice campground, minimam shade but well maintained. Real problem is only 2 bathroom shower combo for 120 spaces. Well 2 make and 2 female. Very nicely appointed washrooms but a standard communal toilet shower house with 3 or 4 stalls and showers per gender would be much more useful.

We got Site #6 which is our favorite spot because of the privacy it affords. Nice office staff. Signing in was easy and quick as always. Sorry we missed the Independence Day festivities, but I had to work that day.

Wi fi didn’t work for most of our stay. Last year it was the cable that didn’t work. Monthly rate is high for most places we have stayed

Doesn't allow enough characters for a true review so here...NO wi-fi (down for 5 days?) but not told until I asked for PW, ridiculous "bath house" set-up allows for only two users so prepare to wait, no picnic table at site until requested, office doesn't open until 9:00 (speaks volumes), hook-ups seated in ankle twisting rocks, sign says grand opening, been there 1 1/2 years, no excuse, horrible!

Everything was nice and close enough to Colorado Springs attractions, but this really should be called a Journey instead of a Holiday. The playground was small, the dog parks were just fenced in dirt, and there’s not much to do on the campsite. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We had access to everything we needed and lots of space.

We had a great time here. The bathhouse is top shelf, very nice and clean. The laundry room is very good with videos and books to swap out. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Fantastic campground. Managers and staff are wonderful. Very close to shopping and grocery store. It is a new campground and you see the improvements and changes daily. Close and convenient to area attractions. Would stay again.

Being without WiFi for an entire week is unacceptable. I know the owners and KOA national were working to resolve this, but it appeared as though no one cared enough to solve the problem. KOA should have given their provider an ultimatum on the second day and, without results, had a new provider booked by the third.

We had the best time staying at the Falcon KOA. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The campground is clean, sites are large and level. The campground is the amazing for kids to ride their bikes and they even have a playground that was well kept, bonus that it was fenced in. The dog parks were clean and fenced well. Great views of the mountains. We will be back!

Just an overnight but we were impressed. Easy in/easy out just off US-24. Very friendly and efficient staff at check-in. Sites are spacious and well laid out. Only used 50amp electric and it was excellent. The park appears to be fairly new but it's obvious that as a work in progress it will only improve more. We are a 41' coach towing a Jeep and had plenty of room in our pull-thru site.

We enjoyed our stay and look forward to this KOA developing over the years. All infrastructure in place and the RV park is nicely layed out. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed our two nights tenting it! It was quieter than I expected even being right next to the road. The people at the desk were helpful and very nice. Facilities were clean each time we went in. The only thing we had a problem with was someone else let their dogs loose once and we have a child with allergies. 5/5 stars will recommend!
