It's a beautiful campground in the making. The sunrise and sunset are like no other I've seen.

The people there were friendly and helpful, one even loaned his heater. I would recommend staying ther.

This was our 3rd time staying at this campground. New construction going on every time. This time we were placed in one of the new sites, and we didn't have any water (we should have). Went by the office and it was closed, realised it was 7pm, so called and left a message hoping to have water on in the morning (we stayed 2 nights). Still no water or returned call at checkout.

Brand new campground, still being built. Sites are huge and level. Staff is super friendly and attentive. Falcon, CO in general is a pretty windy place, so be prepared for wind. Plastic sewer hose holders aren’t going to work most of the time as they just blow over. Two dog parks and nice amenities. Would stay again!

As others have stated, the campground is still under construction. Staff was super friendly and always making sure we were having a good stay. What stands out most about this campground is the space in-between sites, a rarity in this day of pack 'em in for max profits. We will be back in May so will be exciting to see how much everything changes by then.

Nice big sites beautiful views of pikes peak mountain and nice little store clean laundry room and shower house's loved my space for once we're not on top of are neighbors And the wife loves her views of pikes peak mountain while doing dishes

Nice campground, still under construction and my child was still able to shoot some hoops. Staff was great… only stayed one night but will return another time.

The staff and Managers, Joe and Dava treat all guest as family, and strive to go the extra mile to assure you have everything you need for your stay at this awesome Holiday campground. You can always count on Tim, the Maintenance Manager, to help with keeping your propane tanks full, and assist you with minor RV issues that may arise. He is always around and super friendly. Love it here!

Joe and his wife are great! I had some changes to my reservations during my stay that they were able to help me with. Very nice, very accommodating. I will be back for sure, I’m looking forward to seeing the park when it’s all completed. Brian

Have wonderful , friendly, very helpful staff !! Cant say enough good about it. Nice, clean laundry area. Clean,new bath houses ! So glad to have stayed at this brand new KOA. !! Cant wait to see the next stages to be done at this great, brand new KOA!!! Thank You to all for a wonderful stay !

This is a new park which is still under construction. If that doesn't bother you than this is the place to stay. Great fenced dog run, laundry facility, and store. Can't wait to see it when finished. We will be back. Staff is incredibly friendly!

It was undescribable how well we were treated they treated us better and with more concideration then our own flesh and blood long story short it was an epic experience thanks to Davila ,joe it's a special place you could call home we appreciate you beautiful people I don't know what else I could say but God bless this place�

This place even though under some construction, had amazing views of the Mountains and Picks peak! Everyone was extremely friendly and happy to help with anything you need. We will definitely stay next year when we come back. Todd and Kelle Whitaker

This is brand new campground, and they are working very hard to be finished as soon as possible! Very friendly staff! Easy to pull in, spaces are wide and spread out, easy to park your rig. KOA staff even came by and wrapped our water spigot with insulation on a cold night. The only downside is that it is really dusty, it will take awhile for the grass and trees to grow in this arid climate.

This is a brand new KOA and entire facility. Entire staff, management, grounds keeping, and ownership is working very hard to provide everything a traveler needs. You should strongly consider a stay at this KOA. It is one of the very best. Well Done for the outstanding hospitality.
