Only thing that bothered me were all the rocks- especially the very large ones around utilities- they were very difficult to stand on while hooking up and dumping- rocks under tables looked nice but might be difficult to clean. loved the distance between sites- cable did not work- no Wi-Fi a negative.

This KOA is new and it's not ready to be a Holiday. In a few year and after it done, it will be a great park. The staff is very friendly and will help you in any way. I will tell my chapter about this KOA

New facility so it is a bit barren but will eventually be absolutely lovely with great view of Pikes Peak! The lady at reception was a bit rude to my husband when we got there at 5:50pm. Apparently, they were gonna close at 6pm which is very early! Seriously, she didn’t need to say “you’re lucky, I’m letting you check in” She and her husband are hosts. Later she was nice to me.

Need a big learning curve.113 camp spots 3wash machines won broke down one shower people did:nt. Know if they were in use or not. Way more worried about growing grass then anything else

Staff extremely helpful and friendly! Loved the wide spacing. Didn't love the big rocks in the utility hookup box, difficult footing.

The river rock that is around all your connections is very dangerous to older customers. It would be very easy to fall or twist a ankle. The TV connections on the bottom of the box are almost impossible to connect to. I would recommend installing them on the side of the TV box. With all the rain you had during our stay you could name your park land of lakes. LOL

Although this campground is new and work is still in progress, we had a beautiful campsite. Everyone was very helpful, considerate and very pleasant. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will return many times. The campground is close to our family and on our route to the mountains. Great job!!

Convenient to many attractions, restaurants and shopping. The campground is brand new and they are still making improvements. Large, spacious sites with level gravel for the RV. Concrete pad with table. Going to be a jewel when everything is in place.

Fortunately we booked when the prices were somewhat reasonable. The location was perfect for our granddaughters graduation. Our fifth wheel has a dropped frame as many of the newer models do. The sewer line had to go up and over train track ties to flush. Going up hill is not conducive to a clean flush. We are now at Cheyenne Mountain where they have a good set. I can send a picture if you want.

Great and helpful staff. Not ready for prime time as a Holiday. This is journey level. Not enough restrooms, no lighting, most sites do not have patios, none have fire pits or grills. It’s all one direction for driving and that is good. However a Mountain View puts your camper in the wrong direction to appreciate it. This will be a great place in some time. We will be back next year for an updat

Campground was quiet and clean. It's still under construction, but everything was in good condition. The only downside was the single bathroom facilities the entire campground. IT was new and clean which was nice, but we found a few times we were waiting on other patrons to use the shower.

This will be nice in a few years, but now there is no grass, no wi-fi. We were supposed to have a patio, but didn't even have a picnic table at first - no patio. This was not yet the KOA holiday standard you would expect.

Great place but bathroom facilities weren't adequate - only 1 toilet/shower per gender for a whole campground. Gender-neutral signs would help. Got stuck behind a big family with four girls, also had people pounding on door & even walking in while on toilet and in shower. The lock on door is only decorative. They did add a slide bolt. I hope they make putting in more toilets a priority.

Not up to par with other KOAs. The picture on the website was not anything what we found. Wifi was stated on the website, but was not available yet. Paved roads and spiffy buildings, still under construction. To top it all off, how could they reasonably think that a 31 ft fifthwheel could fit into a 35 ft. site is beyond me. Better give them a year or two to finish off what is a work in progress.

Fantastic new KOA with large, roomy sites and a cute front office/store. Easy access to Falcon or Colorado Springs for groceries, dining and shopping. The office staff are incredibly kind and helpful. Would choose this park over all of the others in the Colorado Springs area.

The weather was cool and cloudy so not much went on. Love the plane and watching the planes take off from airport and fly over! It was fairly quiet and nice and dark! Wish the sky had been clear, think we could have seen alot of stars! Overall this is a great nearby place for us! (We live less than 5 miles away!) See you again soon!

This park has only been open 41/2 months. It is till a work in progress but a very nice, roomy park. Going to be even better in the future. It is away from the congestion in town but only 15 to 25 minutes to anywhere around CS.

Under construction! Premium spot, premium pricing, but no premium amenities. Pricing should be like a journey until amenities, construction is finished. It is going to be a great park in 3-5 years. Staff was great. It is not “Holiday” quality yet!

This is going to be a great KOA when it is completed. Giving it a 4 only because it isn’t a 5 yet, but it will be. Spots are level, with lots of room between them. Lovely views. Spoke with the contractor and anything it’s missing (lighting) will be done in due time. The app needs adjusting for allowing longer rigs. Spots are way longer than the app will allow. Staff is great, facilities clean.

Difficult to rate a campground that is barely started and has virtually none of the amenities it will one day have. The staff were fantastic. The sites are absolutely barren and muddy, with no picnic table or firepit/grill. Current pricing is as if this were a full KOA Holiday park. I could give a much higher recommendation if prices were more in line with what was available.

Although we arrived later than their hours, we were met by Kristan who provided us with a warm welcome and guided us to our reserved spot. The entire staff was great! Even though this KOA is brand new you can see the potential for it to become a outstanding KOA. I would defiantly stay here again and highly recommend this KOA.

DAVA was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating throughout the stay. We knew that this campground is brand new and still under construction, but we did not realize the extent of the work that still needed to be completed before it could be considered on par with what one would expect at a KOA. Recommend calling and talking with Dava about availability of specific amenities (such as Wi-Fi).

All the Campsites aren’t finish being constructed. I made a reservation but when I arrived was told the sites I reserved weren’t finished being constructed So I had to take a premium spot that cost me more. Didn’t like that game being played.

This is going to be a GREAT campground when the construction is complete. It is still very nice to camp there currently, but there is a lot of construction going on, equipment, noise, etc. However, everything that is being done/built is of super high quality and when the grass grows in, trees mature, landscaping is complete, etc., it will be one of the top campgrounds that you can find!

An unusual circumstance of weather (snow) caused us to not have water but the staff was very helpful and we would come back in warmer weather to stay here.

This KOA will be beautiful once construction is complete! The staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Great location as far as ease of pulling your RV onto 24 HWY with the stoplight. Also, the campground is set apart from a lot of businesses yet is 5 minutes to Walmart, other stores and restaurants. Last but not least most of the sites have great views of Pike’s Peak!

I arrived late; could not locate a place that had stay information/site map/assigned site, nor door codes to facilities. There was a (not very prominent) sign asking late arrivals to complete a form and place in an envelope - no forms or envelopes to be found. Coming into a strange, unilluminated campground at night and not having a map makes it difficult to navigate.
