Nothing else to say other than wow 5 stars! From the staff to the property to the amenities fantastic. First the staff. Great by Sheyah! So pleasant so happy very knowledgeable for such a young lady. KOA is lucky to have her as one of their faces of the franchise! Dava the manager so helpful and courteous and so darn friendly! Gretchen "G", Apollo and the rest of the staff remarkable wonderful.

Very accommodating staff. We had to change the schedule for our trip at the last minute. It was an easy process to make the change. Lots are level and plenty big enough for any size rig. Plenty of room for maneuvering through the park. Thanks for the hospitality.

Although not in a particularly scenic area, it is relatively close to a lot of attractions. The campground was clean, ample signs and wide roads, sites spaced out well, and clean bathrooms.

Staff was friendly, clean restroom & park, spacious sites. A newer KOA some suggestions: Add hooks for towels, clothes in main (near office) bathrooms. There are two bathrooms/showers in main building, the handicapped one was closed 10/9 - ? still, very inconvenient, had to wait. Bathrooms were a 5 min. walk from mid-park site, added one in back. Stand alone shower bldg. cold water & space.

Stacy in the store was so helpful telling us where to go and when to go. All the staff were extremely nice and friendly.

This KOA is a work in progress. Wide streets allow easy backing into spaces. Water, sewer, electric, and cable are within 6 feet of each other for convenient hook ups. Staff is very friendly and responsive. Campground is a short drive from Colorado Springs / Black Forest areas. Low water pressure. Expect this KOA will be a great place to stay once work is completed.

GRETCHEN checked us in she was very nice and helpful,we only stayed one night just to check the RV park out. This was on our way home,so a longer stay was not necessary,it should be a nice place to stay once it's completed.

Very clean. Will be very nice once all construction is completed. Management very nice and helpful. Suggestion to add an “occupied” or “vacant” sign on restroom/bathhouse doors to keep people from repeatedly knocking while someone is showering.

I'm thrilled that COS is getting a new RV park that badly needed. I realize that this is a new park and is still a work in progress, as stated on their website. Great entusiastic staff, that are working hard to make the place attractive w landscaping & other amenties. Lot of potential I'm sure it will be a wonderful RV park, just don't think it justify the premium price they are charging yet.

Very nice park. Spacious sites. Laundry room clean, but only two washers and two dryers. The only negative-no WIFI or cable TV. I understand this park has been open for six months or more. I would think during that time WIFI would have been made available.

30+ minutes from attractions, lacking many things that a average koa would have. Doesn't have wifi, no pools, or trash collection. Charges $1600 a month with no winter rates. That's double what better rv parks are charging. Only good thing would be the space in-between rvs. Feel like they are ripping off the customers to make their money back from the site.

Things will be nicer as you get older. Went a little cheap on the picnic tables. We will be back but won’t stay in one of the loops by the road. The tables are to close to the road.

Such an amazing park! Wide open, big lots!! Only thing I’d change is having a pool and grass.

Beautiful spot. Lots are spaced out. Easy in and out. Pool was not built yet. Super clean. Very strict rules. which I like. Price was suprising good for a high dollar area like Colorado springs. I will use it every time I'm visiting friends in the area.

We enjoyed the solitude and open skies of this park. It’s close to a few good birding areas and to Colorado Springs. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Sites are nicely spaced apart. This KOA is still under construction and has a lot of potential. Way too expensive though for what you get. Staff was wonderful.

People can either make or break your stay, I was very fortunate that the people were fantastic!! Made you feel like family!!! The spaces are very well set up!! I enjoyed every aspect of my stay and am very excited to see the final product!!! Absolutely recommending this KOA!!!!

We worked with Stacy and Gretchen via phone to coordinate our stay (we were working in the area and were not able to stop in the office during office hours). They were both great and very accommodating. The park is brand new, with large, level spaces and of far enough away from hwy 24 that it is very quiet. Highly recommend this park.

Wanted a campground near Pikes Peak after finding how non user friendly that the CO state park system was. So we resorted to our KOA friends. What a great choice but must admit on our approach to the campground we were not impressed by what we saw from the approaching road. But at checkin everything changed! Ruby greeted us and fully took great care of us. She is without doubt the best KOA host!

The people were very nice. They went out of their way to hook up Wi-Fi for us. Our pull thru site had the hookups on the wrong end of the site. The numbers for the sites were on the wrong side. For a campground under construction it was a nice stay. Everything was very clean.

It is going to be a good resort some day, but not now. Way too soon. The staff is great and they're trying hard but it will be another 2-3 years before they can rise to a 4 or 5. If you want to be close to the Paint Mines, stay there. Otherwise stay close to the Springs.

Awesome place. Very clean and manicured grounds. Spacing between RVs is the best I've ever seen. Friendly staff and wonderful amenities. And those breakfast burritos are amazing.
