Just east of Colorado Springs off Hwy 24 on Judge Orr Road, directly across the street from Meadow Lake Airport.
From Colorado Springs, go east on Hwy 24, just past Woodman Road, to Judge Orr Road, turn right.
From the East on Hwy 24, turn left on Judge Orr Road, it's the turn for Meadow Lake Airport. A sign is just down the road 1/4 of a mile on left... can't miss us.
We had a GREAT turnout for our ONSITE Food Truck 'Papa Smokes' this week. It is Delicious. The Menu is on our Falcon KOA Website and hours of operation. All homemade food from our Local Family.
So lets talk about their Homemade Salsa's. Delicious should be put in front of all 3 offered. Mild, Medium and Hot. The Green ,The Red , and Habanero Mango.
All have great flavor, how you like your heat is the choice you should make. Each one has a unique flavor but add just enough flavor to your items you choose off the truck. I personally like a Mild sauce so The Green is my go to. If you like your salsa sweet, try the Habanero and last but not least The Red, its got a kick but won't put you on the ground.
I have tried all three with my GIGANTIC Breakfast Burrito stuffed with potato, cheese, house made Green Chili and Brisket, and it was a perfect match.
Come give them a try. And grab a dessert. So Good.
