This was a great stopover for us enroute cross country along I-80. Very convenient access off and back on the highway next morning. We didn’t use the laundry or restaurant but the entire facility is very clean.

Site was level and roomy. All the utilities worked great. The internet and cable worked good. It was a very nice KOA and I would stay there again. The only the negative was the small Dog Parks.

Great location, nice staff Wish the all-gravel sites were made up of smaller rock composition, would be better for driving and walking on and may even be less dusty every time someone drives by

The RV slots were narrow, there wasn’t a picnic table or any shade at our site and we were very glad our stay was just for 1 night. This park was certainly not up to KOA standards in our view.

Elko is a wonderful facility with a terrific staff to take care of you. Will most definitely stay here again in my travels. As an aside, Elko is a fantastic O’l west cow/mining town. Worth a visit. God Bless!

Gravel sites are level. Small grass area with a picnic table and grill. Downfall no wi fi as advertised stayed one night good stop

The camp site and it seemed all those in our row were slanted down hill, so it took a lot of time to get out fifth wheel somewhat level. The staff was really nice and loved having the bar and grill on site.

It was interesting staying at an RV park in the middle of town, but unfortunately did not have time to take advantage of it. This was the 2nd KOA that we stayed at that the site was not long enough and as a result we hung out both sidesl. KOA needs to update their form so that we can enter both the length of the RV and the overall length with our tow car.

Met my minimal needs. Had to look for staff to register. She was serving at the bar. A note at the counter would have been helpful. Spaces were not clearly defined, so I was not sure if my rig stuck out too much. Dog "park" was gravel like the majority of the park. Listened to trucks from the highway all. Night. It was very noisy even though my rig is well insulated.

The very kind and lovely woman at the front told us she had been there for 10 years and the owners for 20! It was clear to us that this park is very well cared for and the people who own/run it, care about the folks who use it. That makes a real difference and for folks like my husband and I who are full time nomads. It's nice to know that people care.

The campground was good. Liked our spot. However, the office staff had to be chased down for check in. We thought we'd try the restaurant but it smelled so bad (cigarette smoke) we couldn't stay. The bathrooms were not clean and the showers were disgusting.

Very nice and clean park. Sites are gravel, level, but short. If you have a longer RV, you have to park perpindicular to your site. Grounds are well kept, but the store in the office was poorly stocked with amenities.

The park had two sides, one for long term and the other side for short term. The short term side was clean and the sites were fine. We stayed only one night. However when we arrrived there was no one at the desk. I had to look for someone, finally someone came out of the bar. I was not impressed with their customer service. One night is fine but would not stay longer.

Economy site is gravel with a number post. No table no grill no firepit. Bathrooms are in a building with a bar and grill.. no security on doors. Building reeks of cigarette smoke.

Dog park is three very small (12x12 ft) pens the nobody picked up poop in. Lots of spots but NOT for big rigs. We were in one of the big spots in a 45’ motorhome that was at best sized for 30’. Told to unhook our tow vehicle while we found several that did not. Unfriendly staff. Lots of permanent campers. Would have been better off in rest area. Major highway traffic and train noise.

Kind and helpful staff, easy in and out and a fun looking restaurant, and pool table .playing area . The kids were having a great time at the playground.

Site was good but a little lopsided. Easy in & Out. Close to gas stations & Groceries. Hours of office 9-4, but the bar & grill handles the late arrivals until 8 pm. No internet. TV was very good for sports.

We enjoyed the restaurant in the camp grounds. A little short on staff as on women was working in restaurant and trying to check people in. I would suggest more light to the restrooms at night. Very dark.

We had a drive through site that had a nice grass area, that was the best part. The WIFI was terrible, the signal keep dropping and when you did get some it was worst than dial-up. The place is a bunch of long term stay people that work in the gold mines in the area (nice person next door). To top off the stay we looked outside and were surrounded by police cars, dead person in camper behind us.

Dirty bathrooms, cold shower, gravel parking lot, dog park is a joke (a literal fenced in gravel square), very rude host, majority of people camping there appear to live there full time? Did not feel safe.

KOA Elko was great for our overnight stay! Clean facilities, well maintained campground and friendly staff. The bar and grill onsite were an added bonus.

The freeway rumble strips near the KOA were a constant source of noise. At first I thought it was some sort of jake-brake but later realized what it was a big rig's tires constantly swerving over them. Very accommodating to upgrade my space from the economy spot. Not enough information on the app to tell me what I was getting. Really liked my space even though it was close to the traffic.

I mistakenly booked my stay for one day instead of the two days I needed so I added another day. When I got to the facility the employee said they needed me to move my RV after my first day. I asked them if they could move me to another location, they said they couldnt and I should have called. They also said they were glad they did not have to change anything. Nice park--poor human resources.
