Very clean and well maintained sites. Nice area to sit and relax in next to the campsite. Would definitely stay here again. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Would put this as one of the best journey’s we stayed at.

Clean, attractive place with larger than average camping places, each with a beautiful green grass patio. Having a cafe for hot food is a plus. The only detraction is 3 very small dog park spaces with heavy gravel that uncomfortable for dogs to do their business.

Our site was very un-level and so short that we had no place for our truck. We went to the office (dark, empty, uninviting) three times and no one was there to help us. We had to search for help each time, once waiting for someone to finish a smoke break. The info sheet was a dark, almost unreadable photo copied sheet of paper. Sites are close together. Mostly full timers. Not KOA quality at all.

It was ok. The young lady working is extremely rude. They turn sprinklers on in the morning from 8am-930am. We couldn’t use the table for breakfast. I’d stay again if passing through. The site itself was good. The grounds were clean.

The campground itself is very nice. Trees, grass, nice size site. I had an issue with Where do you check in? I have been to many KOAs and I couldn’t find the door to check in. I had to call to find out. Turns out, the door to get to the check in desk was pained red, not the bold KOA yellow. As I was walking around, I peeked inside, I saw pool tables not a desk. Paint the check in sign YELLOW

We would rate five stars if it wasn't for the absolutely terrible WiFi, we were even right next to the main office! The restrooms were extremely clean, however there was no shower curtains and dry clothes had nowhere to be placed without getting spray from the shower head. Also in the men's room a huge exhaust fan was running 24/7 and it is so loud that a normal conversation can't be heard.

Terrible for tents!!!! Gravel, no trash cans, rubber pieces surface for tent that heats up with the sun. The tent sites are very close to each other. But the RV sites have space and green grass and a tree. The tent spots need to be redone or reduced to $20 a night.

Way over priced for the amenities. As a VIP member I’ve been to a lot of koa’s. This park doesn’t live up to the koa brand. No picnic tables. Our bump outs were 8” from touching the neighbors rig. Most of the park is full time residents. No camp store. When we reserve at a koa we expect a certain standard and this was not it.

Check-in was clunky, camping spots were on top of each other, bathrooms were dated (couldn't run a hair dryer for some reason) and the maintenance guy wasn't the friendliest. If you choose one of the less expensive spots for a smaller RV don't expect much. It's just a gravel parking spot with electricity hookup. If staying in Elko in the summer best to book a hotel room.

One night stay was great. There been a lot of changes since our last visit, all for the better. Park was busy, clean; well maintained. The office was pleasant and professional.

If I could give the Elko KOA a higher rating I would. Our favorite KOA in all the travels we have enjoyed. All the other KOA's should sit up and pay attention. We loved the people, the facilities and yard were clean and this is (from what we can remember) the only one that has had a restaurant on the premises. That convenience alone made all the difference for us. Good Job Elko KOA!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff was great. The showers were good. I was disappointed in the site we reserved. There was no picnic table and we had to pay for one to upgrade. There are no pictures online so we thought a full hook up would be a regular site.

While staying at the Elko KOA during graduation weekend I had family come visit and BBQ the maintenance man was rude and insisted he needed to turn the sprinklers on in the middle of the Bbq. They are turned on manually for each section and couldn’t wait. I did speak to the office and let them know I was not happy and they stated that’s how he works!!! Very disappointed!

Front of place was nicely kept. Bathrooms not so much. Head in shower half clogged with mineral deposits so only half the head was spraying. Checked in and couldn't find anyone at desk or around, this was before closing. Found a whiteboard in the hall with my name and site number. So went to site. Went to office a second time, still no one there. Went a third time found a person, had to wait again

It was probably because I reserved online and as a result didn’t know what I was booking but the site was clean but all rock in fact the whole park was rock including the pet park, sites all very short and staff seem uninterested in assisting in fact when I went to the office to request an upgrade in spot she would not answer the door bell on three attempts. And was when phoned told I could not

A lot of Road noise. Sites are very nice and they have grass. Very clean bathroom and showers. My only complaint was road noise from freeway. Our site was close to the front. If you stay further towards the back will be better.

There is no code for the restrooms, saw people come in from the highway to use the restrooms. Otherwise grat park.

Great place to stay. We had a pull thru site that was nice and level. There is a restaurant on the property. The burger and fries were delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. We did not use any of the facilities that are offered so not able to offer a review on cleanliness, etc. We would stay here again.

Upon arrival employee was in a hurry to get back to the bar/grill/slot machines rather than attend to a customer. Requested a site further from the road and noise in my December 8 2024 reservation but our site was close to the road and noise. Employee was very discourteous and rude. Will never return and informed our fellow travelers of our experience. Sad they treat people this way

Easy access from/to I-80 and a wonderful, friendly staff. The "pull through" site we were assigned required disconnecting to prevent overhang into the fairways, even though we are a relatively short rig (27' trailer) and could have been assigned a longer site as there were several available mid-week. There was no hot water in the shower. If not for these two factors, I would have rated it higher.

CLEAN PLACE BUT THE RESTURAUNT BAR BEING RUN BY THE SAME PERSON WHO IS SUPPOSED TO CHECK US IN IS NOT RIGHT---THEY HAD TO SERVE THE PATRONS OF THE BAR--IT TOOK 30 MINUTES TO CHECK IN--THE SITES ARE NOT MORE THAN ABOUT 40 FT--AND SET UP KINDA STRANGE. BUT THE BIG FACTOR IS HWY 80---THE TRUCKERS HIT THE RUMBLE STRIPS AND USE THE JAKE BRAKE ALL NIGHT LONG.
