Site was too small. My husband had to unhook the fifth wheel and had to park the truck in the back in a corner area. We were only staying one night and had not planned to unhook as we had to be on the road early to get to our next destination. Also had booked two sites, one for us and one for our friends; they put us at opposite ends when there was plenty room with larger site next to them.

I booked through the KOA app on my phone. There was NOTHING about “NO SLEEPING IN YOUR VEHICLE” in their description of their tent sites (which are ugly and uninviting). To check in you MUST GO INTO THE BAR/TAVERN. The check in person is the bartender (we checked in after 5). You share bathroom/shower area WITH BAR PATRONS. Entire campground had a very unwelcoming feel. Will NOT stay here agai

Campground is rundown and gross. Dog spot is TINY like basically a kennel. Will not be returning

As a tent camper, there was zero privacy. It was difficult to sleep with RV campers arriving late and driving over the rocky roads headlights shining. The proximity to the railroad tracks with trains passing all night with blaring horns added to the difficulty of sleeping. Tent sites were located far from the bathrooms. As a tent camper I will not return. The woman who checked me in was nice.

Awesome site. Campground is very close to the interstate so it’s pretty noisy. Dog park is just ok. Like the option to eat at the restaurant there.

Nothing but gravel. Quiet at night, restaurant on site. No stickers (dogs feet) . It was a good place to sleep in because not much to see or do.

Clean campsites, well maintained campground convenient to the grocery stores, and restaurants. There is a grill on site. There is a clean laundry room and the bathrooms are currently being updated. That was the only downside for us, No showers in the men’s restroom. This is only temporary though. We would stay here again.

We were just passing through so didn't stay long. The check in was easy, staff was friendly, and I had to move up my stay by one day and that was handled without issue. Park was clean, not noisy (except the freeway but not too bad). Easy access in the spot and off I-80. There is a grocery store and shopping center about 3/4 of a mile away on the way in to KOA. Easy to park the RV and get groceries

The girl that checked us in had an attitude. The bathroom codes were backwards because they are changing men's bathroom to woman's and vice versa. And between the loud traffic, the train and some compressor noise all night it was a terrible experience for any campground! And on goodsam website it says you are affiliated with them but I was told by two people there you are not! Get that straight!

Elko KOA is a very simple campground. it has all the amities that you may or may not need. The staff was very helpful, the restrooms are currently being rebuilt (which will be awesome when finished), however, that did not affect our stay. We used Elko as a quick overnight stay and didn't even unhook the trailer. The restaurant and bar were open late, again everyone was very friendly and helpful!

Just an overnight stay. I understand the bathrooms are under construction/renovation. They were somewhat dirty and had a terrible smell. The check-in area was weird. It was open into, I guess what you would call the game room. The registration clerk was also the bartender, waitress and I think cook. She was great, but had too many tasks and people were often waiting.

Nice clean campground with easy access to I80. Sites are big and gravel with a small grassy area that’s nice for pets.

Site 18 was supposed to be a large pull through but it was not suitable in length for a 38ft Motor Home and Jeep.

As soon as we got here, my husband wanted to leave because of the loud noise there’s a street right next to a campsite so I made a reservation for another day and our next destination they refund us coordinate here so that was good. Last night was so loud didn’t get much sleep.

I had to wait for the bartender to check us in. When came back to ask a question, again I had to go into bar to get the bartender who was also managing the registration, to get help. She said she would help me after serving another drink. Ugh.

The tent sites were unlike any I’ve ever stayed at, just a very small square of mulch. It was very windy but under the mulch was impenetrable to stake the tent down. It was really the only campground in the area what even had tent sites but given the high price, we wish we’d just stayed at a hotel. The worst part was the bathroom was shared with the bar so it was very uncomfortable.

Pors: The spots are very easy in and out and very beautiful to enjoy. Cons: No one answered the phone or returned a call. There is no signage when pulling in where the office is. This was very frustrating not only to us but 2 other people that pulled in. It is very close to the interstate so all night you hear the drivers hit the rumble srtips.

Campground was very clean and I liked that they had grass in the sites. Had to extend our stay another day which they did without hesitation. They were great. The only thing I did not like was the dog pen. All gravel with no shade. Otherwise, our stay was great.

Everything was very nice, BUT, the showers were too cold!!!!!! Very poor hot water, made it diffucult to shower, wash hair, rinse! Just not hot water!

We wanted to be out by our friends and there was any empty spot and you wanted to charge us 15.00 extra for that. Bad form. I get it if it was taken or full. And to charge us more!! Not good.

Would not let us camp next to our friends without paying an extra 15 dollars and the spot was empty all night long. Tap over electrical switches which was confusing because it had tripped off anyway. Everything else was great.

Very load road/ highway noise at night. Bathrooms very old and dingy. Hot water turned cold when another person turned on the water.

Campsite and hookups and all other features were excellent. Wi-Fi never worked. I really don't like going into the smokey bar to try and find the person to check us into the campground.
