The site we were given didn't have 30AMP outlet for our 20 ft pleasureway RV. I had to look for a back-in site in the dark as we arrived later in the evening. The back-ins i checked either didn't have good wiring, were old and had no 30amp outlet, or were not functional. It was really hot and was unable to use my AC and we couldn't hardly sleep.

All spots cost the same, yet there is a strip on the side which seems to be for smaller rv’s that has no grass area or table like the other sites. That’s where we got put. Will not be returning there!

Pull through site had no grassy area, no picnic table, and during our 4 day stay we could not connect to the WIFI even once. The women's showers were chilly, lukewarm at best and the men's showers were extremely hot.

Its a great overnight. Don't arrive in day, its scorching and there is nothing nearby to do. Its perfect as a very quick in and out. WiFi doesn't work at all except in the bar/checkin/bathroom building.

Our first stay at a KOA campground. We loved it!!! So clean and easy to set up everything!! Everyone so friendly and helpful!! We will definitely be back!!

Recommend Elko KOA to anyone staying in an RV, but not a tent. The tent sites have no shade, no grass, and the ground was an RV site so it is too hard to put in tent stakes. Move the tent sites to where the playground is so tenter's have closer access to the restrooms, grass and shade. Move the playground to where the horseshoe pits are. Otherwise, nice place to stay.

We arrived late and left early so we were not able to enjoy the available features. However, it was a very clean, quiet park like setting.

Office staff very helpful when checking in, helping us to find the proper tent area to set up. The ground covering was nice to set up on and even had eye hooks in the landscape timbers to fasten fly/tent in when the wind stirs up. Served our purpose just fine. Everything clean!

Quick one night stay, it was perfect for our needs. Had a drink in the bar and all was good. We were told this just became a KOA-they are doing a good job!

The whole site was very clean, from the bathrooms to the camping sites. I made a reservation the same day and the process was very quick and professional. We wished we were able to stay longer to take advantage of the game room/ lounge. Thank you!

We couldn’t stay as the morning of our stay, we had to get home sooner so needed to go past Elko further west. I called at 6:30 CDT and explained the situation and asked how much of the night would be refunded. By 9;20 PST we still didn’t receive a reply, so I called back. The person, a lady, who answered had zero compassion and rudely said “it’s KOA’s policy”; end of story.

Easy access. Good gravel surface. Quiet. Clean bathrooms. Free WiFi is not available throughout the campground...it did not reach my campsite by the dog run. Shower temperature went from cold to tepid....maybe because some people were doing laundry at the time.

Lots of issues with this campground. The sites are almost all extremely short, requiring us to disconnect, even though we were only there for one night. This was not clear online. When I registered online, it said that the site was a 30/50 but when we arrived we found that it was only a 30 amp. The entire campground is thick gravel that is hard to walk on. no internet available, went to office to ask for explanation and the person didn't know why it was not showing available. Lots of road noise especially sites up front. Only one person working at 5 pm who was cooking food, tending bar and working the front desk. Far superior non Koa place to stay next door.

Nice clean bathrooms but no fire pits and it’s right by the train tracks and the freeway so it’s so loud. No one got sleep. All night long you hear the train horn and trucks.

Bartender was more interested in serving her clients at the Bar than attending to RV clients, don't expect the Wi-Fi to work either. The registration office is the Bar entrance, don't be too confused because there's no signage indicating the KOA office is inside, Hope the Bar does well - the KOA is poorly attended to.

Had an issue with our truck on the way to Elko. Fortunately for us the dealer was right next door. Elko management worked with us changing our reservation day by day until the repairs were completed . Thanks for your efforts to accommodate our changing needs.

Easy access from highway. Clean restrooms. Staff was okay but had a minute to clarify our reservation. Went by last name on reservation even though my husband said my full name. Staff was like there's is no reservation fir that name. They couldn't figure out, oh last name us the same. Lol

I was on a 10 day camping motorcycle. The facility was a great experience compared to other non KOA sites that I stayed at. Elko laundry, and especially the showers were extremely convenient and very clean.

I reserved a tent spot for $54(!!!) and was told that I had to sleep in a tent - no sleeping in cars was allowed. I arrived during a wind storm only to find that the tent pads were road base material covered in chips making it impossible to drive tent stakes in the ground. I had no other choice but to "sleep" in my car and with 2 dogs in a crate, this meant "sleeping" sitting up in the front seat.

The spot had no shade, no picnic table, no fire pit, no room beyond the footprint of the tent. We asked for our money back since the site was not acceptable. The manager was contacted and refused to refund the money. We left without staying.

After 10 minutes of arrival had to hunt down a desk clerk. Was not asked if wanted a 50 or 30 amp service. Spaces extremely small so had to unhook for an overnight stay. Nowhere to really park vehicle without interfering traffic flow. Absolutely no amenities at the site on course gravel.No impressed with this KOA. Looked like many sites had permanent residents.

I love this place. They have an onsite restaurant / bar. The food was fantastic. The drinks were great. The staff was very friendly.
